We started taking our 4 year old to Higher Vision Studios recently as they offer a karate/Ninja Warrior class. He absolutely loves it and the instructor is amazing with kids. I highly recommend this place you will not regret it!

Smaller than I expected, but, the kids are truly enjoyed themselves. Staff is warm and friendly. My grandson will be coming back for sure.

Awesome place, our little man does the ninja course session every Saturday. Wonderful coach, always a different course, and good introduction to discipline and instruction

We have a three year old in their Fall Class. Their patience and creativity is excellent. They take the time to make sure everyone understands and help them along the way. Not to mention, it is the cutest thing to watch. Very impressed. We will be going back.

Hands down the best studio. I’ve been coming here for years and know the family for decades. Yes, a family owned business! Doesn’t get any better than that AND they are the best at what they do. Tom Poey has won numerous championships and is very patient. This studio doesn’t just hand out belts like others in the area that are only in it for the money. You actually become skilled in what you are learning. It’s a great atmosphere for kids and adults alike! His wife was a professional dancer and even has the dance classes for those interested in dance. A well rounded studio for the whole family!

This is one of best places I’ve ever taken my son. Tom is attentive and patient and knew exactly the amount of discipline needed to motivate a 3 year old. I’ve been to places where I’ve literally walked out because they didn’t know how to deal with kids, but not this place! He has the knowledge, experience and the equipment to prove how much this place is worth your time and money!

You have no idea how grateful I am for Higher Vision Studios. My oldest son has been attending this program for almost 4 years now, and he stays committed to what the instructors have taught him. They make it enjoyable and worth the car drive every week. Tom is very understanding when it comes to schedules and situations and he will work with you and your child when it comes to meeting their needs as far as attendance. My son competes in tournaments representing Higher Vision Studios and he always brings back something to show forth.

Higher Visions Studios is an amazing place to take your kids for summer camp, martial arts classes, and performing arts. The owners are an amazing couple who put children first and focus on love for the arts and developing children. Prices are competitive and the quality of instruction you get is top notch. My daughter has done summer camp and LOVES IT. Comes home exhausted but pumped for thr next day. 5 stars!!!

Had my sons 7th birthday party here and it was awesome! Many compliments from the guests, parents and kids alike. Everyone had an absolute blast! The host was well organized and did an excellent job entertaining the kids while keeping things on a timeline. It was a fun, unique, and high energy party. I would definitely recommend this place as a venue.

My son absolutely loves this place! He has attended for 2 years now and has grown in confidence and skill. He has earned the third belt (purple) for Tang Soo Do and is working on earning his fourth. The staff is amazing and very patient with children. They make learning fun and keep things interesting by mixing up exercises. I highly recommend them!

This is a awesome studio! We go to the Saturday class which is 1 hr of martial arts and one hour of ninja warrior type stuff. The staff is great and the kids love it!

Tom and Tara are amazing with all 3 of my kids. My little girl can’t wait to get to performing arts camp every day and has learned so much. Ninja camp is the highlight of their year. This is hands down the only place that I trust with my kids day in and day out. It’s safe, clean, well staffed and has been such a blessing to our family.

All 3 of my children (ages 4, 6 and 8) take karate class here as well as the ninja warrior class and they love both. Mr Poey shows excellent patience and instruction when it comes to teaching my younger children. His classes are well taught and my kids have already began to have better discipline and greater self-esteem. Would absolutely recommend Higher Vision Studios for anyone looking to take karate for themselves or for the their children.

I had attended Higher Vision Studios for four years straight and started with bringing my son when he was 6 months old. As a single parent dad who wanted to train in boxing and Kick-Boxing, it was hard to find a place. But, this place found us, and became our second home. My son and I have known the Poey family for over 7 years now, and now that I have traveled the U.S for the past 3 years, my son and I can say that there is no better place to train, or even have family activities than that of Higher Vision Studios. Every time I come back to VA, we do a drop in fee to participate in any activity they have, and we leave more than just satisfied; we leave feeling cared for in our progress, tired from the workout, and confident in our martial art techniques.

My daughter has done dance & martial arts here for years now & loves it. Great family atmosphere. Great instructors who have lots of knowledge & patience which make learning fun for the students.

Our whole family takes classes at Higher Vision Studios. The atmosphere is amazing & extremely encouraging. We take kickboxing, and our kids take dance, musical theater, karate, & ninja warrior. We are so pleased with Higher Vision! Highly Recommend!

Master Poey is fantastic. He always took the time to helps us out with our daughter. The classes are great and really helped my daughter become stronger and more self confident.

Bruh....love this place. I’ve hosted two birthday parties here, my kid too a class here, loved it and still talks about. Would still be there if it weren’t for some scheduling stuff. Higher Vision goes above and beyond. CANT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH!!

A family run biz that leads with heart and gives to the community relentlessly. Mr. Poey forever holds a special place in our household and the hearts of my 2 boys who trained under Mr. Poey when they were young. We love supporting the fight nights put on by the studio as well. So much fun! I highly recommend Higher Vision Studios in all aspects.

Higher Vision has excellent instructors who really work to create a family atmosphere on purpose. I’d highly recommend their martial arts and kids programs as Tom and his wife are nothing short of fantastic.

Although our busy lives make it difficult to attend regularly, my childrens love for movement and exercise are a direct result of the many years they attended Higher Visions. Both my children took martial arts and my daughter danced as well. You couldn’t ask for better role models than Tom and Tara.

This is a great place for birthday parties, summer camp, ninja warrior obstacles and known for martial arts class. Tom Poey has been doing martial arts for many years and is very good with all ages. My daughter has been doing his summer camp as a camper for a few years and then became a camp worker once she was old enough. This is a great place if you are looking for training, cardio, kids camps, birthday parties.

I have taken both martial arts and performing arts classes here for years and both are absolutely amazing. when i first joined I was very scared and felt like I wouldn’t fit in, but within two days both Tara Poey and Tom Poey made me feel as if I was a part of the great Higher Vision Studios family. I brought my children (ages 6 and 3) to Higher Visions childrens obstacle course class on the weekend and they had a blast. There were plenty of teachers to facilitate the class and keep the kids engaged.

Higher Vision Studios, and its martial arts programs changed my life. I used to be very shy, and had no self confidence. However Master Poey and my classmates helped me to come out of my shell, and gave me more self confidence than Ive ever had in my life.

One of the funnest kids birthday places around. A very creative approach, unique activities that are fun for kids and parents (ninja course, black light nerf gun wars). Highly recommend this place. The owners story is also very touching and we need to support local businesses like this.

At my time in the performing arts program during practice the owner of the performing arts program had ask me to watch her daughter while we were learning a dance. Also during that time we had to dance on a table and one of our dancers got hurt

This studio is such a lovely experience both the martial arts and performing arts programs are outstanding.

I am a dance student there and I love it it is a very fun, positive, welcoming place and the teachers are amazing.They so parades,competitions and recitals.The end of the year recital is on Friday so if you want to see the supreme and extreme dancers perform come June 23 Bishop 1 and Catholic High School 6:00 to 8:00.

My son loves the class, its challenging and fun. A great way to focus all that excess energy that is wasted on the young.

This place is awesome my daughter loves the classes and it helps her to gain confidence and strength.
