My older one was in Ms. Jen’s class (Ms. Jen was promoted as Assistant Director) and my younger one is with Ms. Deehan. The girls both love and enjoy school very much. All of the teachers are full of love. The location is convenient, where is in Tampa Palms neighborhood. My whole family is very happy with Bright Horizons in Tampa Palms. Highly recommend!

This Bright Horizon is wonderful. Our children all went there. The teachers and staff are always professional, caring, and kind. We feel completely comfortable leaving our children to their care. Special shoutout to Ms. Jen and Ms. Deehan!

My daughter absolutely loves this facility. Ms Zayra, Ms. Jennifer, and Ms. Christy have really made us feel like family. As a first generation American being able to maintain my cultural identity while fitting in school was very difficult. I wanted better for my children and Bright Horizons is the place! They celebrate every holiday (irrespective of what religion it is based in) and encourage the children to learn about all the different faiths and cultures. But what truly brought it home for me is when they called my childs grandfather by the name she calls him dadaji and not just grandpa. That kind of thought and sensitivity to inclusion of other cultures is what sets apart this place from ALL the other daycares we interviewed. I cant recommend this place and all the lovely staff members enough! They are truly just above 5 stars!

Love Love Love This facility!! Its clean, has tons of entertainment and educational experiences for the kids and just has THE NICEST Staff!! I also love that they have a pool w/ a certified lifeguard!! Its been a journey since Ive taken my son to 2 (not great) daycares and 2 after (horrible) school cares before finally finding one both he and I absolutely love!! As a single working mother, its more than I would like to be pay, but its 100% worth it!

My son has been in attendance at Bright Horizons for the past four years. When I was looking for a childcare solution I toured many facilities, and the moment I walked into Bright Horizons Tampa Palms, I immediately felt at ease that this is where my son belonged, and I was right! The teachers genuinely care about my son, and have even gone out of their way to give me a call and check on him over a weekend if he hadnt been feeling well the day before. Weve worked together to determine consistent strategies for helping him though every developmental stage along the way, which has been much appreciated by this first-time mom that didnt know what to do about the stages of biting, hitting, etc. that all kids go through. When my son goes to kindergarten in the fall, I will greatly miss seeing our Bright Horizons family on a regular basis!

I had previously explained to Bright Horizons when we started coming part-time that we were transitioning from me being a full time stay at home mom and my daughter being with me 24/7 to her now attending daycare because I now needed to work. I explained that she had anxiety issues and because of this she needed to carry her night-night during those difficult times to help her cope with the transition, it calms her down and she responds very well to affection with the night-night). One day (around 11am...) Bright Horizons called me at work to come pick my daughter up because they were having a Halloween parade and she was crying for like an hour and they couldnt calm her down (she was being an inconvenience with her crying). The woman told me she couldnt deal with it... ( her teacher left that wording on my voicemail)...and I needed to pick her up she wasnt biting or hitting anyone, she wasnt kicking and throwing things, she was having a difficult moment... but after I received that call I did go pick her up and without 2nd guessing I never returned (since they couldnt deal with a 3 year old crying). Also, the only person semi-friendly there was the director himself. Everyone else was a bit stand off-ish as if they just want you to take your kid and get out. However, I found a different daycare that loves the children as their own, and they’re full of understanding and compassion. They understand kids are kids, not expecting them to act like adults when each child is going through their own issues ( unlike Bright Horizons). So very disappointed in this facility but glad the experience is over. My daughter will still bring it up like “Mommy do you remember when my teacher called you from that one place…”and will explain to me what happened again that day…and it makes me sad that B.H. left this impression on her but it was a blessing in disguise because without that happening we would’ve never found the place we are at now. She no longer deals with the anxiety and after being there for a little while she is a completely different, happy child (no longer needing her night-night for comfort).

The Assistant Director Yvonne treated me horrible because I was late (mind you I only used this place once before and hadnt been late previously). I called her and explained I was running late because of traffic. When I arrived she greeted me (in front of my child) with her hand out and stated very coldly Thatll be 20 bucks! I couldnt get a word out before she rudely told me this facility closed at 6, so maybe you should find another child care center for your daughter!I have never in my life felt so demeaned. I literally was speechless ! Bright Horizons should do a better job of hiring assistant directors who dont treat parents like garbage! I wouldnt recommend this facility to my worst enemy!

My infant son receives the best care from Ms. Samantha and Ms. Aracely. They are very attentive to his everyday needs, such as feeding his milk bottles on demand, keeping up with his diaper changes and sleeping habits that is electronically emailed to you. They will post photos or videos for you at least once or twice during the week. The infant room has a peaceful feng shui and is very clean and organized. He has circle time activities where he interacts with other infants close to his age. They keep only 8 infants in the baby room at a time and always have plenty of backup teachers that assist when needed. I highly recommend this place.

I do not recommend this Daycare. We had our infant son here for 5 months and had to pull him out due to bad experiences with the caregivers in the infant room and the way they were treating him.

This daycare is a second home to us and to our son. And it is so good that we went back to this daycare after switching to a closer one of the same franchise in spite of needing to double our commute.
