Probably the best place I’ve got my hair cut in Springfield. Very cozy environment due to the staffs best efforts. I was early in my transition from female to male and requested a haircut that would suit that. They made me feel very welcome and were very encouraging:) The haircut was pretty good too especially for the price.

I received facial today from Dre! That young lady has magic fingers! Thanks Dre for outstanding work! Hope to see you next week.

One star due to years of loving to come here...Pre - covid.Always the finest of experiences greatest people on the staff..Post - covid.Two haircuts indicated the mojo.. was gone.I waited months to give them time to recover the magic.A simple call to check the schedule a day after greene county health official stated 231 cases of covid are crippling our 2 hospitals.. I ask if I could request the attendant wear a mask.He may have just laughed me off the phone (not really) but he was very dismissive and clearly indicated that would not happen.I will pay extra if it will help prevent transmission of this Delta variant. Smart people will understand.Too bad the person I spoke to is not one.I miss smart people.Update -- gave them another try. Called last week and ask again if I could request the student to wear a mask. Of course was the answer. We can do that.NOPE when I arrived the student was not asked, had no mask and was proud of her choice to be not vaccinated.I tried to explain the logic but of course it fell on deaf ears. As I left it was painfully obvious that no one in that building was even slightly concerned about Covid or its variant, let alone the overwhelmed hospital system in Springfield.I still miss smart people.

They always do a great job here, and its still a great price.In fact, its easily a better experience overall than Ive had at at least 4 different chain places, both in quality & pricing especially.Definitely would recommend.

This is the absolute best school in town for Esthetics. I completed the program a couple years ago and the foundation they set for me sparked my passion and career in this field. The students and staff are hands on. If you are interested in skincare please visit and see what they have to offer. They run monthly specials so the price of services are next to nothing. Go get pampered because you deserve it.

Went to go get my nails done and a facial the guy had no clue what he was doing, my fingers were covered in nail polish, and it all came off the very next day on my vacation. Not to mention with the facial he also didn’t know what he was doing. He had to go get someone to show him how to do every single step and it was anything but relaxing

My son and I get haircuts/color treatments every few weeks. I am always happy with the results! Yes, they are students, but I am very pleased with how well they are trained.

Weve come here for years. The supervisors are incredible and the students are all the sweetest.

This is a great school with great instructors and eager to learn students. Ive had my hair colored and cut here several times by different students and never been disappointed. Definetly worth 5 stars!!!

I had my hair done here for my wedding and it was absolutely lovely! Plus, it held up all day and made a great curly ponytail in my normally straight hair the next day! Most of my bridal party decided to get their hair done here for the low price and only one had any issue getting the curls to stay - but only because her hairdresser curled her hair with a flat iron instead of an actual curling iron. All of the stylists are students, so theres no guarantee that everything will come out perfect, but their instructor(s) are there helping and teaching as well and they do a great job of making sure their customers get exactly what they want.

Students need to learn with hands on experience. You get an inexpensive haircut from students, instructors check on the cut and signoff if it was done correctly.

My hair dresser had absolutely no idea what to do. She got hair dye everywhere and stained my shirt. Didn’t get what I wanted and wasn’t happy with my hair afterwards. Then charged $44 for something I didn’t even have in mind. The girl wasn’t talkative or even friendly.

Ive been going to the school for ALL my hair needs for the past 20 years. Whether it was a cut, color, just rollers, whatever, the students always did a good job.Hats off to all.

Went in to have my hair trimmed and was very happy with the results. I also wanted to have it curled but the girl told me she could do a better job with a straightener. So, I found out I am not a fan of straighteners! Felt like it was ripping the hair out of my head and the curls lasted maybe 10 minutes. It was a learning experience so I am not giving a bad rating, I will know what to ask for next time :)

Color faded about a week after getting it done.

September 2016 I had my hair done by Alyssa. I had it colored with blue, green and purple. She did such a awesome job on it going back to have it redone (6 months after) they are very friendly and do a great job with everything Ive had done. Been going to them for several years.

Very dissatisfied with my visit my daughter did not get the cut she wanted. And took way to long

As a first level student, i would recommend this school of Cosmotology to ANYONE. Mr Stanley is not only the owner of this school but he is very much hands on . He genuinely cares about his students present & past. He KNOWS, not only the business, but he KNOWS every aspect of Cosmotology. And is dang good at it. He clearly articulates how to do x-y-z. And is one of the most patient instructors (when he is wearing that hat) I have ever encountered. He really encouraged me & made me feel excited, not humiliated. He easily identified my struggles and was helping me work through them.I also want to mention, everyone there- are so willing to help!Respectfully,Jacqueline Steinert

Great experience

As a bald man, I have little use for haircuts. However, their prices ($5.00 for shoulder length and below, $7.50 for anything longer) have to be worth checking out, right?

I realize this is a cosmetology school and its going to take a little while longer but two and a half hours and then a very disappointed young girl that is in the backseat crying is a little much because she showed a picture and the picture her hairstyle is nothing like the picture and its way way shorter
