Everytime I go in I leave astonished that these girls are in school. Emily (the owner) has went above and beyond to teach her students the newest techniques and you wouldnt even know her students are still learning by how well they do. These girls can do anything! I love going in for a new hair style and the great conversation! Id recommend to anyone to come check LA Luna out! I suggest you look up the back story about Emily, shes from here locally but did hair in LA for sometime and can work wonders on any hair type!

Love, love, love LA Luna - Highly recommend! Went in for a root touch up and ombre with some balayage thrown in. Could not be happier with the result. Beautiful color and great service. I spent a little extra time in the chair (for 1/2 the cost) and did a little good offering an up-and-coming stylist a learning opportunity (totally supervised by the owner who is a BA professional colorist/stylist.) Check it out!

Im extremely glad I stumbled into this place its fantastic. The owner/instructor has a lot experience/knowledge that shes passing on to her students and who are following in her footsteps well. I have been look for a decently price school to do a wild crazy style now called fashion colors. The owner brought out several shades of blue and purple which was new to me i ended up picking three and the way we collaborated it turned out amazing. So long story short fabulous personalities fantastic styles they do will be back and it recommend it to everyone especially if you have a wild side.

2nd time at LA Luna! 2nd time, my experience was AMAZING! The students are EXCEPTIONAL! Because their teacher is TOP NOTCH! Both times there, so pleased!I was accepted at Paul Not hell and never went! Im glad! If ever I am to attend a school for hair design, it wouldve at LA LUNA with Emily!

I stepped out of my comfort zone today by getting multiple colors!! I couldn’t have done it without all the confidence, and support these ladies gave me!! It was so fun having all of them check out my hair! It boosted my confidence, and they were so happy and excited for me! This is my first time ever going here, and won’t be my last. I loved how they all communicated, very good teacher, I just want to be their canvas forever!! Lol. Such a fun experience and for them!

I have a great experience every time Ive been there. Neeley does a great job and I feel very confident in her abilities and her teacher is great about showing her how to do things and checking her work. I got a great haircut and love love the purple hair I requested.Great place. Great people!

I had my hair done by Miss Neeley. I have horrible hair anxiety. However, not once did I worry about my hair while she was doing it! She explained what she was doing the whole time and absolutely made my hair look amazing. We went out of my comfort zone and did a reverse ombre with copper which I absolutely love! She also did my daughters hair who has only had one haircut in her life! She was patient and took her time to make sure her hair turned out cute as well! Would 100% recommend seeing her!

Mickey was terrific. The school has a great vibe.Just because its a hair academy doesnt mean these ladies have no skills. Help these ladies get their hours in. Let them show you what they have learned.

I visited Kate at LA Luna Hair Academy recently for a cut and she did an incredible job. The knowledge Emily is passing to her students is remarkable. The salon is trendy, the student was constantly supervised by the instructor and the haircut was very affordable. Keep up the good work!

Recently my daughter (6yrs old) went to La Luna Hair Academy to spoil ourselves and it was a great experience! She got a cut and I got a cut and color. My daughter has thin curly hair and I have thick curly ethnic hair and Mikayla slayed it.The girls and staff are amazing. It’s very clean and in a great location at the square. My daughter had an amazing time. If you need a cut color or whatever special occasion come here! Prices are to good to be true! I would highly recommend seeing Mikayla M.
