Where do I begin. DO NOT ENROLL your child into this school. I have had a nightmarish experience with the staff, assistant director and director. They were unfair in dealing with me as the father and would give preferential treatment to the mother. Cactus refuses to give me a daily activity sheet so I can work with my sons behavior or see what he had eaten that day. I would pick him up and he would have injuries to his head and face but no one would explain these incidents. I also spoke with the Director and assistant director about my childs progress and learning curriculum. They could not provide me with any evidence of his learning but told me they would give him an assessment. After no response for two weeks they sent home a assessment for me to give him MYSELF! I have also had issues with them not reporting neglect or abuse on the mothers part and they also lied for my ex and gave her written letters to take to court about our childrens health and appearance that were false. They made up false allegations about my wife and refuse to let her pick up my son until I confronted them about it and asked for them to put their grievances in writing. They eventually denied ever making up allegations and my wife continued to pick up my son. I have had multiple issues with this particular daycare center. Besides them being unprofessional, unsafe and biased the school is also nothing more than a building of babysitters. Your child will not be getting educated or any intellectual stimulation. It is simply a place to take your kids for someone to watch them. Eventually someone will get hurt because of their inability to be held accountable and wreck less practices. I have nothing good to say and if you care about your children you will do right by them and find a more professional and caring group of people to leave your child with. Im also almost certain that the teachers have no certifications and little to no training. The director and assistant director are inept and irrational. I have my son enrolled at Sunrise during my custody time and the experience is Night and Day. Sunrise teaches my kids, gives me daily activity reports and treats all parents equally. Please look into other schools as Cactus is the worst preschools in the valley.
