My 2.5 and 5 year olds both go here and we could not be happier!!! From the front staff to the kids teachers, they are friendly and soooo helpful. I love the curriculum they are teaching and my kiddos come home knowing something new daily! They do alot of physically activity which I love ( especially for my 2 year old rambunctious boy). This place is affordable, all the teachers have been there around 5+ years which is hard to find in daycares! So that says alot! My kids went to tutortime prior, I DONT recommend ANY big corporation. If you want a place who cares, is trustworthy and really loves your kids then send them to just like home 💙

I am not a parent of, rather I am an aunt of a child that attends, Just Like Home. I feel it is always good to give credit where credit is due, and celebrate the people who care so much about your youths lives. My nephew has been going here for about a year and a half, and they are beyond good with him. He is always so happy to see everyone there.They talk Spanish with him, which I feel is so important to raise a child bilingually in today’s world. I have worked in child care before and their classrooms are very clean and age appropriate. Teacher to Child Ratio is always right when I go in. And when I have seen their breakfasts and lunches they are very healthy and nutritious. Communication is very important in this field of work and they do great with communicating with my nephews mother.I would definitely recommend this daycare to others. And will bring my child here, when I have one. 😁

My baby came here for about 3 months and I hated every second that she was there. Office staff is very rude.And yes, I do have the right location.

Not a bad daycare. But when I changed facilities I was blown away by the customer service and attention and education they provided. Good for daycare if that’s all you’re looking for. Just not a fit for me.Edit: The length of time I attended wasn’t part of the problem. The fact that you couldn’t lift a phone is pretty poor customer service. I know you’re too busy to check in with all the parents and we’ve been “warned”, but I guess that’s all I needed to know about the facility. There are other centers that provide fantastic service and have more than enough time to communicate with parents. Yes, I know the information was provided. And I get it. But the fact that you saw me as a faceless parent that you couldn’t even contact to check with speaks volumes. My review did not even go into the state of the center or anything else I was unhappy with. Just that you didn’t have any stated educational guidelines and I found a better fit. I feel as if you’re trying to discredit my review like I don’t know about the center. Maybe I wasn’t there long, but I found out in 1 day at a new center that 4 days was long enough.

I have taken my son here for several years and have gotten to know this staff pretty well, in the years I have had my son here there have only been a few new employees, most of the staff from what i have learned have been here for 8-10+ years and most of the staff that was hired on have now been here for 1-2 years, I typically pick up at the end of the day and to address previous complaints I have seen that the floors are swept and mopped daily at the end of the day (I physically see them doing that). This daycare is very caring and the employees treat the kids like their own. To be honest the parking isnt the greatest and gets full towards the end of the day, but there is really nothing they can do about that. I typically also see the owners a few times each week and have gotten to know them as well. I would highly recommend this daycare and have to friends and family.

The staff is rude and lazy. They sit and watch Disney movies with the kids. But don’t actually teach them anything. The owner or manager is only there when inspections are coming up. They have what’s called “ouch reports” I received too many . They could have been avoided if my daughter had been supervised because they had nothing to do with other children. I would pick up my daughter completely filthy. They didn’t care to put a bib on or even mop their floors. My daughter would cry when I dropped her. They would literally feed the kids beans and crackers for lunch. And I can agree with the other review that the cook wasn’t very clean. Staff is unprofessional. And you can see that from some of their responses to the reviews. Thankfully, I found a new day care and got her out of here. I wasn’t given all of her things. But I was over them. Now, I compare the 2 day cares and see that this was just a bad place. My daughter is happy to go to daycare. They do activities with her and when I pick her up, her clothes aren’t completely dirty.

I love how its family owned and everyone there is very friendly. They provide formula, baby food, and wipes. (my son is breastfed but super cool they still offer formula just in case he needed it) They wash the kids hands right when they get there, so less germs! And they are super nice about letting me bring a ton of frozen breastmilk to store in their freezer for my son. Which is less work for me. Love it!My husband is hard to please at times and he was very impressed with the staff. His exact words were they really care about our son, they wouldnt let me take him home unless he was in a clean diaper (even though we live 2 minutes away).They offer military discounts if youre a military family, which we are.I would recommend this daycare to friends and family.

As a single father, and a son who is attached to me at the hip, the girls at Just Like Home made my son feel welcome, comfortable and gave him an environment that he loved going to. Everyone there has been amazing to us, especially everyone in the 3s and 4s class. I wish we could take them all with us to our new home! Thank you ladies for being amazing and helping my son and I out!!!

This place provides decent childcare. Here are some Pros and Cons.Pros1.They provide all the food so you dont have to bring in anything but diapers, which is great and makes for a simple life and easy mornings.2. I havent seen a lot of staff turnover so your children get used to seeing the same people every day. That is also a good sign when you dont see a lot of staff turnover.3. You dont have to pay if your child is sick, which a lot of other places make you pay even if your child is not there, a definite bonus!4. They are flexible if you are picking up late as long as you let them know and dont charge you 20.00 a minute for being late like other childcare places.5. They strive for cleanliness. They wash the kids hands when they get there. All the bedding and toys get washed at the end of every day. The staff wear booties over their shoes as to not track in germs from outside.6. The gal in the baby room in the mornings is awesome. You can tell that she really loves babies and toddlers and shell tell you how your baby is doing each day. She is very sweet natured and a good caretaker.7. They do provide some learning in Spanish, which I personally think is great for your child to be learning 2 languages.8. They dont always send the kids home when they are sick, which can be both a pro and a con. If they have a fever, you will get a call to pick up, but my child seemed to get sick a lot, but that may be just how it is for all childcare places. I know my kid was there a few times when she probably shouldnt have been because she was sick.9. The rates are reasonable if you are on a budget and cannot afford the really expensive places.10. They are open most days of the year so if you work some of the non-major holidays you can still have childcare on those days.Cons:1. The location is not great, but Ive never had a problem with anyone in the area.2. They are a bit unorganized when it comes to paperwork. I have had to provide a contact sheet a couple of times. I guess they misplaced the first few I gave them.3. My child fell and got almost a black eye on the playground and no one called to tell me and no one told me when I picked her up. I didnt notice the pink area under her eye until I got home into different light and then started to worry. They are supposed to fill out an incident form, but the person in charge forgot. I had to wait until the next day to find out what happened. That shouldnt happen and at a minimum someone should tell you about it when you pick your child up.4. They put notes to all parents above the sign in sheet, which is hard to see b/c there are coupons and other things up there so you dont necessarily always see the notes to parents and that is something you definitely want and need to see. Sometimes they do put it on the entrance door, which is more helpful.5. The security there could be improved. They almost always have someone at the front door in the office, but it seems like any stranger could walk in there and have access to the kids. They also dont ask for ID when you come to get your kid. They take your word for it that you are the parent. My spouse came to pick up our child for the first time and they never IDd my spouse, which I think they should do if it is an unfamiliar face. They do get used to seeing the same parents so you obviously wouldnt need to ID them, but for new faces, they should ask for identification for safety purposes.6. They did hire a terrible woman and they were bouncing her from room to room because she was terrible with the kids. She was lazy and after numerous parent complaints she was fired. This could happen anywhere though so not really sure it should be a con.No place is perfect and they do have a really caring staff that enjoys kids. It is family owned and they have been in business for a long time, so they are obviously doing something right. If you talk to other parents there, they all give glowing reviews of the place.

My daughter has been attending this daycare since she turned 1, by far I have nothing but good things to say. I feel and know they watch and treat my baby with love and care. All the teachers are super friendly and if youre a parent you can always drop by and check on your child. She has learned her A,B,C, numbers and color she also comes home and say teacher Paula, I go to school. Ive recommended this day-school to my friends and will continue too. I wouldnt allow my child to be in a facility where I did not feel safe dropping her off.

Worst place ever Daycare’s are supposed to be a place we’re were your kids learn and you feel safe to have someone take care of them. Bt this place is something else my daughter was always getting sick and the staff wouldn’t notify me if my daughter wasn’t felling good I always called to see how she was doing and if it wasn’t because of me calling they would notify me of my daughter not felling good or not eating. My daughter started acting strange when I started taking her here am glad I took her out.

I typically give everyone a great shot and very laid back and realize no one is perfect but this place is hands down the worst business and daycare we have ever been to. It starts with the parking . Horrible and dangerous-parking, very uneducated and rude staff. This facilitie has let several kids leave without being out being signed out by proper parents and I have proof. When brought tonthere attention they threatened . Seems to be a on going issue there . As a parent cleanliness should be a major concern . The employees are filthy dirty and even had to address the cook not washing his hands as i followed him back inside .I asked them to see the footage of my child who also bit my child and they claimed they don’t need cameras and denied showing me . My child has gotten ring worm twice . I went in one occasion and saw a teacher snatch a new born infant from its rocker because she was to lazy to get up and properly get the child. . I reported all issues to my doctors as well as the state. This is no way you should run a facility. As for these other reviews they are offering discounts for good reviews it is what they do. If you have a hard time believing this . Ask them 1. There turn over and why 2. What certifications staff needs to have 3. Law suite and health inspection records 3. Who do they favor most moms or dads regardless off the custody . This place is trash and unethical .

My son has been going to this daycare since he was 1 years old and he turns 3 next month. Ive never had an issue and definitely recommend it to others. His teacher Irene is great and I feel very comfortable leaving my son with her. He has learned a lot and I couldnt be more thankful for everyone at Just Like Home!!!!!!!!

My son Aiden has been going here since he was about 5 or 6 months old and hes now 14 months. He loves going to daycare and walks right in to the class with no issues. The staff here is very friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about the kids. What I really love about it is that prices here are very reasonable and its the ONLY facility in the area I had found that had a 3day option available for infants as well (Most places have a fixed rate for infants no matter your needs) which works great for me since I work part time. I do want to shout out Zeidy, Michelle, Gabby, And Brook they have all taken care of my son here with such care and helped him transition from infant to toddler. Thanks!!

It had a good playground, the teachers are nice to the children, the lady in the office is like the worlds best person in the whole universe

She never once told me she was an assistant. She is not the owner and should not pose as she is!

My kids are 2 and 4 they started off real well and after that they didnt want to go..my oldest son had a lot of issues. But my main issue is your sick policy needs work.. ppl cant drop work and come in 2hr or less to get to there kids.. I lost 2 job just cuz my kids had a bad day or they supposedly sick.everytime I taKe them home they run around the house like they never was sick.. to help parents out keep the kids till then END of the day then explain to them the issue.so they can make arrangement. Instead of calling on the job and explaining they got a certain amount of time to pick your kids up not right.

The daycare providers are great with my son. He always has a smile on his face when I pick him up.

I called today to get an estimate I spoke to a woman named Carolina she stated she was the owner... She clearly sounded like she did not know what she was talking about I was asking general questions she seemed some what challeged by my questions and stated well you know what our 1 year old class is full anyways so go find another daycare! What HORRIBLE customer service especially if she is the owner!

They take GREAT care of my Baby...

My daughter went to this school for about 3 weeks! I choose the school because the reviews were great! I went and was greeted by the owners son, who told me the school taught the children spanish, the school looked ok, and I even spoke with a few parents who stated the school was excellent! First of all when I took my daughter there, they spelled her name WRONG on everything art work, etc. She was hurt there, I picked her up from school one day and she had a Gash on her forehead and it was bleeding, the teacher didnt think it was proper to contact me ..I had to ask her for a incident report which she wrote while I was standing there!!!! The owner I never met her once! I was given my money back for the week due to the injury. I contacted the state to report the injury, and misconduct! I contacted the mother who is the owner, shes very RUDE and I dont see how this place is still in business! Dont listen to these Excellent reviews parents, go the DES website and check the reports, reported to the state on this center!!!!!...I believe the excellent reviews are made up ...I think its sad, if you are not in the business for the love of the children, YOU NEED TO GET OUT OF CHILD CARE! P.S - My daughter didnt learn a thing!!!!

Very nonchalant and unprofessional. Wouldnt recommend to any parent. Staff isnt friendly and family members who work here think they are above rules and regulations of other employees.

This is the Worst daycare, they hire anyone. I would never put my kidos there.If you ask to see what happen to your kids on there camera she will tell you that she will look at it and you cant ever see anything that goes on.they are just about money thats it.
