I had the most wonderful experience during my tour. A special shout out to jay williams assistant director. He made my son and i feel welcome and more than excited to start our adventure with kinder care tomorrow.

From the very first day my children started here, I felt like I was dropping them off woth family. Overtime, that hasnt changed. The director and all the teachers here are so amazing, attentive, responisive, communicative. They have been so great to my children and my family. My 5 year old has autism and the previous childcare facility he made it clear he didnt like it there. From the very first day, he ran inside and was excited and happy to be there. They have worked so well with him that he is eligible for a gen ed classroom for kindergarten with some assistance. I love it here and so do my kids.

This place is amazing. My kids go here for distance learning. The place is clean and the staff is super friendly. I’m so happy to have found this place.

I have to begin this by simply saying “I couldn’t have had a better place to send my son!” I was at a crossroads as an extremely hands-on parent, because the childcare I had my son enrolled in was one I thought would be best for two reasons: 1. It was a center with people I knew personally, and 2. They had a really great curriculum outline and menu to accommodate my sons dietary restrictions as a vegetarian.Only to find out they were mistreating my son and not feeding him according to his diet. I became livid. My friend recommended Kindercare Black Canyon and knowing how she is about her son. I called the morning I decided I could not send my son back to this other place. Karla (director) welcomes my son with open arms, and reassured me with her actions that this was the best place for him. He ha seven intellectually engaged more so than before and shows improvements developmentally at a rate that is above average for sure. I am a great mom but I can’t take all the credit. They are exceptional. The Asst Director, Courtney is amazing as well, she is truly excited about child development and makes it her duty every day to be present and excited about caring for our children! I wouldn’t have it any other way!

I highly recommend KinderCare! I was really nervous about taking my son to day care because hes never been cared for by anyone outside of the family. My son has special needs, he is excelling with KinderCare! The teachers are amazing, my son runs to them to give them hugs every morning which shows me he feels safe and happy with them. The director of the preschool is very passionate about her center following/being up to standards!My favorite is they provide eating and learning reports and send me 1-2 pictures a day of my son at school! He always looks so happy!

I love this center for my kids. They say it takes a village to raise a child and I’m extremely proud that the black canyon kindercare is part of my village. The teachers care about the kids in their class and my kids absolutely love their classroom teachers. Another great thing about this facility is that the administrators are so helpful and accommodating. They really go out of their was to facilitate fun activities for the families and help anyway they can. I would strongly recommend this daycare if you’re looking for a FUN, SAFE, CLEAN environment for your little ones. My children have learned so much since they started there.

My 4 month old daughter is at this location temporarily until our spot opens at the KinderCare closer to my husbands work. After a nightmare-ish experience at an in-home daycare, I can say this place has been a blessing! My daughter is her normal, happy self again, comes home clean, and my mind is at ease with the help of the updates from the KinderCare app! I havent personally met the staff because my husband takes her, but he has said nothing but amazing remarks about them! I can tell by her energy when I get home that she is well taken care of. I am so thankful we made the switch! I have no regrets!

I absolutely love this KinderCare! My baby has been to other daycares but I have noticed the biggest change in her development mentally and physically here! I highly recommend it here! The director and director assistant and teachers LOVE the kids and are amazing with them!

This a great day care with a great staff of professional caring individuals. My wife and I came into Phoenix just for the day and needed a day care for our 6 month old. They were able to accommodate us just for the day. If we lived nearby we absolutely use this day care on a regular basis. The nursery for the infants is large with lots of toys and books to keep the children occupied. The caretakers are very engaging with the children.Each child had their own crib for naptime. Great place for your child to be taken care of.

I absolutely love this center. My baby has been going here since she was 6 weeks old. There is a warmth when you walk in that is amazing.

The staff there is amazing. My daughter loves going to daycare everyday. Also, Clara is absolutely the best and she really cares about the kids and her staff.

My 2 year old goes to preschool here and he loves it. The location is amazing also. I work right around the corner. Its comforting to know my son is so close to me while Im working. The staff is very professional and they treat all the students and parents with respect and dignity. Id definitely recommend this school to stay-at-home moms turned full time working moms! (Dads too!) :)

I absolutely love this place! It was actually right across the street from the apartment complex I lived in at the time when I was in preschool this place was so much fun and the teachers were always so nice I had a lot of friends and I enjoyed playing I never wanted to leave hahaha highly recommend sending your kids here

Once i walked into this day care. Mrs. Karla and teachers were great and friendly. Can tell they really love what they do. Felt so comfortable knowing my daughter was safe.

Black Canyon KinderCare was a godsend. The director Carla Martz is absolutely wonderful. They helped my granddaughter overcome a lot of obstacles with love and care.

I did a tour of the facility on Friday. First thing I noticed was the security at the main entrance. Although I had already scheduled a tour of the facility, I arrived a bit early, and the lady that was supposed to give me a tour was busy, and instead a different person gave me a tour, without any hesitation or making me wait. I was very impressed by the overall appearance and cleanliness of the facility. Also, the program that they offer for the preschool and pre-k is great, which is the only program I asked about as my child is 3. My son will definitely be attending this location once we move to the area in a few weeks.

Since my son has been at this location he has improved so much and has shown alot of improvement development-wise and has a better attitude . All of the teachers have been so wonderful that we can not thank them enough for what they do.

Teachers here are extremely caring of the children and there learning ability. The directors are great. Very friendly. I WOULD RECOMMEND this learning Center to parents.

Me and my son absolutely LOVE it here. The teachers are all so caring and nice, the directors are always available if you need them and they actually listen to you. We have had a rough past with daycares but when I came to tour, here I knew it was the one! My son learns so much, he comes home knowing something new everyday and I dont have to worry when I am at work. I hate that I cant be home with him but the teachers all put my mind at ease and I know that he is in good hands and he is reaching his potential when he is there! I would recommend this place to ANYONE. I seriously could go on and on about how wonderful the staff and facility is.

My daughter has been going here since 07/2018. At first it was really hard to drop her off (separation anxiety) but the staff an directors were really nice an let me know i could drop by any time to check up on her (which i did sometimes a couple times a day as my job was literally around the corner)not that the staff wasnt doing their job but just for my own piece of mind. Ever since then ive become very close with my daughters teachers/staff. An i can bring a concern/question to the ditector-she is very knowledgeable an cares about the kids safety an well being. Their hours are also very convenient. Clean classroom and awesome learning based curricular activities. I give a four star because their is always room for improvement.thanks for everything kindercare keep up the great work!

I JUST did a walk through for my daughter and after looking at other schools, this is definitely the place to go!

Nope!! You guys discriminated against my daughter due to the fact that she has Spina Bifida and is in a wheelchair! ZERO stars!!
