Workers too busy posting videos of kids without parents consent. Place makes a jail house look better. Facility looks run down and definitely does not look like a legit day care. 10/10 would Not recommend. Would put 0 starts if possible.

My kids have been coming to this daycare since my oldest was an infant. I have three kids my oldest is nine and my youngest is three. I know all the staff very well and I do not feel comfortable taking them anywhere else. For those of you commenting because you seen a TickTock video, let me remind you that the video was taken years ago and the person that took them no longer works at the childcare center. Most of you that are commenting I’m pretty sure aren’t even in the same state let alone have your children/child come to the daycare. So if you’re going to sit here and blast the daycare because of someone else’s ignorance that isn’t right. This is not the same daycare that is down in Tucson either two different locations. My kids like it here and I stand by them.

I have had my son at 3 other daycare facilities. Im so lucky to have found them. My son enjoys going to school every day. The folks there are caring and attentive. They actually listen to you which is not what I encountered anywhere else. And for that Im very appreciative. I feel confident dropping him off every morning knowing hell be cared for. Completely unprofessional and unsafe as they are taking personal video of the children and posting them on social media that’s not for advertisement may I add. They are completely disregarding the parents who have stated clearly to remove any post of their children. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! They will more then likely be shut down. Please take your children to safe daycares remove them immediately if your child is here and have not be informed of these actions!!!Update: she’s been fired BUT the videos still are active please report them immediately! Jerri Ann Winters has posted Tik Toks of the kids on her personal Tik Tok. And its had thousands of views. She also stated its been a while since they have had a fire drill. In one video all the babies are crying and none of the teachers are tending to them, and you can see another teacher on her phone.In another video that has been deleted she made a comment about on of the babies, and it wasnt very nice.

Just saw all of the infant room all over tik tok. Babies screaming and crying. The teacher was more worried about recording than anything! So sad 😭

Jenna, angel, and the rest of the lovely ladies are super great with the kids my daughter loves it here. Keep up the great loving job you guys are doing.

My twins have been going to Creative Beginnings since they were 8 months old. I was really worried about taking them anywhere because they were preemies and I worried about them with others, the staff were great and made me feel comfortable leaving my babies in their care while I went back to work. The office staff is easy to talk to and very helpful when I have questions about anything concerning my babies. It was also very helpful as a single parent of twins that the daycare provided formula, and now diapers and wipes!!My babies are now 3 and absolutely love going to school every day, they are learning so much and have so many friends. They even ask to go to school on the weekends to be with their friends. They love their teachers and talk about them all the time at home. I would recommend Creative Beginnings to my friends and family.

I love Creative Beginnings! My son and daughter both go there and I couldnt be happier. The owner and staff are amazing and I know my kids are in great hands. They also have great educational activities. Im so impressed with how they treat the kids and families.

This is an amazing day care with very supportive staff! My son absolutely loves going every single day and theyre amazing with teaching your child instead of just letting them do what they want. Im pretty sad that Sheila is no longer with the company but either way its a great day care! Just a note they do need to update their website they are no longer open on weekends.

I have 3 kids that attend this daycare. They are 5 3 and 2. They started going there Jan last year. My 2 year was under 1 and in with the infants. I read all the comments about abuse here and honestly this place is amazing. They are the best daycare ever. My 3yr old cries when I pick her up. Saying no I want Ms.Bobbie. And runs under the table from me and saying I have chocolate and pizza. This place is phenomenal. Threw this year and half and more it is great. I literally do a hour bus ride just to drop them off because they love it there so much and were treated like family. They are great. I have never worked there. This is my honest opinion. Love this place.

My Son began going to Creative Beginnings Learning Center in Phoenix since he has been 1 years old, and I must say I am always in awe with how responsive this organization has been any time my child has been hurt. My son busted his 2 front teeth, and the staff on site was quick to act and offered to cover his medical expenses even though it was honestly an accident because my son, 1 years old, was a clumsy toddler. My child learns so much at this facility, and shocks me with how much he picks up from the instructors at this location. The front staff is truly incredible and always attentive to all our needs. Dont always jump to believe the internet that causes these local businesses to suffer. Creative Beginnings has been nothing but a blessing and we plan to keep our child enrolled until he goes to grade school.

My grand children have gone here for 10 years! I love the staff they are very friendly. And my kids always have art work for my walls! Highly recommend this preschool!

My daughters been going there for several years now and she loves it. The staff is caring and friendly and weve never had any problems at all. Theyre a big help getting her to school and back, were both very happy with Creative Beginnings!

My kids have been attending CBLC for 3 years now. My kids and I love the staff. They take great care of my kids. They make sure that my kids make it to and from school everyday. They take the kids on field trips when the kids are on breaks from school. The cost is reasonable.

My grandchildren attended this daycare for several months. Within in this time they were neglected and threatened. My granddaughter was an infant while attending this daycare. Her and hand was slapped for reaching for her food while they were feeding her. She also had a bruise on her ear. One of my grandson had blood blisters on his feet when we picked him up from daycare, that day. Another day I picked up my grandson who is school age and there was an employee yelling at a 5 year as he was laying on the floor. That same day there were at 70 school age children in the back room with only 2 teachers.I have turned them into the state. They are currently under investigation for child abuse and neglect. Do not take your children there!!!

Disappointment; you get the minimum effort from most of the teachers, not to say some are not amazing but 9 out of 10 are not helpful or have positive interactions with the children. Most have the children sit in front of a TV.The director/owner, Dave, doesnt hold his daycare to the standards, when you speak of these concerns he speaks over you or states he isnt in the classroom. This owner should take ownership of his daycare.4 out of 5 times, no incent reports are being made. There is more bullying and negative interactions among children and teachers than Ive seen in other facilities. Such as not implementing re-directing and positive phrasing techniques instead shouting or ignoring the situations unless a parent points it out and asks for something to be done even if the care taker is witnessing an interaction.Ive been to a decent amount of daycares and sadly, this one would be on the negative side.Im hoping something can be done, but I fear there is no hope.I only leave my child if I see one of the care-workers that care in the same class they are in.I guess for one the cheapest daycare you get what you pay for.I recommend, anyone find another daycare that actually cares.

To all of those who think that Creative Beginnings Learning Center in Phoenix Az is in anyway affiliated with Creative Beginnings Daycare in Tucson is sorely MISTAKEN! Creative Beginnings Learning Center here in Phoenix is privately owned and the staff working within this facility are very well trained and valued! They have been watching my children for the last 5 years and do a tremendous job of it ! They are like a giant family they know the name of the children as soon as they walk in and treat them with compassion and kindness. Every daycare has incidents that occur but let me tell you I can count maybe 3 issues that Ive had at this daycare that are common things that occur between small children nothing severe to cause any kind of concern for me as a parent. The issues were documented and I was informed immediately! I love this daycare and so do my children ! They are amazing in every way! Jenna the directors Candace her assistant and everyone else in this daycare are amazing people who know how to operate and efficiently run a daycare/preschool they go above and beyond to make it a better facility each and every day! So before anyone gets any further on the reviews for the Tucson Daycare with a similar name please remember that they DONT have a website and that your harsh words could impact my childrens favorite place to go and favorite people to see. Be cautious of your words and get your facts straight!

This daycare is great, my son has been going there. This is not the same daycare that had the story on the news with the bitten child, please do your research before you post negative comments about somewhere you clearly havent been.

The teachers have ZERO CONTROL over the kids its absolutely nuts and awful. I will be getting a hold of whoever runs this business and filing a HUGE complaint and as I was getting the number off the van the teacher took off as fast as she could because rules and the law were broken....this place should be shut down immediately!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been sending my son to this school for a bout a year. i have had a few problems before but for the most part its been manageable. This past week i went in to pick up my son i saw one of their teachers throw my 3 year old off of a chair because he was sitting in the chair crying. the tape of the incident was erased and the owner blamed it on the fact that my 3 yr old crying may have upset the teacher. I caution any parent thinking to take your child here or have already enrolled your children the video cameras are just for show. they do not care about your child and if any abuse happens they will blame you, erase the tapes and accuse you of lying to cover for themselves.please please please look for another facility!! there is a reason they are always accepting children, their retention rate is horrible because of the employees here.

Reading these comments had definitely turned me away. I will not go somewhere that has abuse repeatedly being reported. This is sad.

My son had his leg broken at this so called day care ...no video...ouch report said teacher didnt know how accident happened.. reluctantly took son back, with cast on now, to this so called day care and within a couple days he got pink eye. These incidents happened within a month of attending this so called day care.. Needless to say... STAY AWAY FROM creative beginnings!

My children have been attending CBLC for 8 years. They are loved on cared for and looked after daily. The girls at CBLC should be very proud of themselves considering all the compliments i get on my children. They have done an excellent job helping me raise my children. I love CBLC

I would not leave my child is such a place that constantly smiles like weed and Ive over heard staff talking about doing drugs. Just horrible not professional at all. And the teachers are not cpr certified parents should not leave your child in a place the smells of weed and the teachers are not trained in cpr.The place is dirty they do not sanitize there toys and the teachers dont teach anything. Not to mention the fact that infections spread in that place and they do not notify parents or send the kids home to prevent these they simply do not carePlease parents do not leave your kids here there are better places in the valley.Our kids deserve better!

Very bad service from Dave from the owner, kick my grandson out saying he was not inlisted after my grandson had been attending for a couple of months. The police had to be called on Dave he was refusing to give the money that was payed in advance.

Nightmare daycare! My kids were here for a year and the staff regularly abuse the children here; EVERY week I had a ouch report or a call saying my baby hit her head so hard, they are gonna keep her up for 30 mins to make sure she doesnt have a concussion! Both children front teeth were chipped, with no ouch report or an answer as to what happen. The owner plays favorites with the old ladies in the newborn room, who have been there for years. My children were left with bruises, scratches, bumps and they all happened while playing or they came in with the injury. One time I was in the newborn room and heard my 1yr old begin crying hysterically. I run over to see what happen and the teachers says nothing happen. I storm into the office and demand to see the video of the last 10 mins and sure enough I witnessed the old lady with the short brown hair and a face full of make up, (she was in the 1year old room cause I didnt want her around my newborn after several incidents) walk up to my child grab her by both arms pick her and and walk with her across the room and forcefully puts her down. This interaction was completely unprovoked, my child was just running around like any normal 1 year old. When I talked to the owner she said she saw the video and didnt see anything wrong. She also refused to give me any type of documentation stating my child was dragged across a classroom by one of her favorite teachers. I can deal with dirty noses, lost items, high staff turn over but abuse of my children I CANT tolerate. Trust me its not worth your childs mental well being, PLEASE stay away!!!!!

I signed up my 8 month old grand daughter to attend Creative Beginning because they had such good reviews on Google. After being there one day and paying $180 for the entire week it was a complete night mirror! They lost her clothes, she cried all day long according to the day care provider in the room where their are cribs, she came home is a rash and has been sick for a week since leaving the facility. During my registration they assured us that everything was cleaned nightly and disinfected. I would not recommend this facility for any 8 month old or younger. When I picked up my grand daughter the one day she was there, I saw two employees doing nothing. One elderly lady holding a new born while another new born baby was laying in a crib screaming. Three other 8 to 10 month olds who could sit up were sitting on the floor being ignored.

I am one of this daycares biggest cheerleaders. CBLC has taken care of my son since he was 8 weeks old. He is now 4 (as of the date of this review), and he has thrived there.The staff truly cares about the children they work with, and the children seem enamored with them as well. There is a structured curriculum and schedule for every class, allowing kids to be kids, but not having them sit around bored. TV is not a babysitter here; Ive seen a TV on maybe twice in the 4 years my son has been attending! It is also great that they keep the proper ratio of kids per teacher, and the rates are very affordable.The school gives incident reports for things as simple as a splinter or paper cut. If anything has happened with the child, they list who, what, where, when, why, how and how they resolved it. This increases my comfort with leaving my child there every weekday.I love their hours, and they keep the facility clean and secure. If you need a place to drop off your child without worry, CBLC is, hands-down, the place to go.
