We have a 2.5 year old who just started going here during pandemic times. I appreciate how responsive they have been to health and safety standards. Though my daughter and I were both anxious handing her off to someone shed never met in PPE gear that first day, by the end of that week, she was so excited to go back to school. The teachers were attentive to her needs and made her feel valued and included immediately. I also appreciate the fact that I can check her classroom camera anytime and use their app to get updates and send messages. She loves going there and has enjoyed all the special programs this summer; tie-dye shirts, snow cones, firetruck visits, and more!

I love Childrens Courtyard! My daughter has attended since she was 7 weeks old. The staff has always been warm and welcoming and they greet you by name every morning. They also keep us up-to-date on my daughters activities for the day and have created a bond with her that I dont think she would get anywhere else. When it was time for my family to move, we made sure this Childrens Courtyard was still close by so she could still attend. I highly recommend this daycare to anyone!

My son and I love this daycare. The teachers are super sweet and caring. My son is 6yrs old and can tell my everything to what goes on there. He cant wait until school breaks to go back. Which that tells me he loves it.

We have had our son enrolled in the daycare for about a year now and we love it. The price for what you get can not be beat and he is enrolled in Spanish class which I think is so cool that they offer. Everyone from the director down to my sons teacher is really nice and if we ever have issues; Mallory (the director) is always spot on quick to resolve it. As long as we never move, we will have him here until he is too old to be.

I cant even give a SINGLE STAR(Google compelled me to give at least one star)to this school because I dont want and never recommend any parent to put their kid in this school. My son loved all his previous schools and his teachers. But this school has been a nightmare to him. He just went to this school only for a month, and we thought thats ENOUGH, and we decided this is not a place for him. My son who always used to love his teachers, can not able to get out of the fear of the teacher he faced here(Its been four months we stopped sending him to this school). Even I was afraid of his teacher there what can I say about the 4 year old kid! In a whole month, my sons teacher didnt even smile at me . I wonder are they trained? If any one ask me about the hygiene here, its better if we talk as little as possible.I heard Courtyard is a brand, learnt a lesson that I should not always go blind with brands.I had no choice but opened my eyes quickly.Forgot to mention: Here I am wondering... how some people gave BIG FIVE STARS here!?

If I could give more then 5 stars I would. My boy E is now 2 years old and has been in this daycare since he was 4 months old. We just had a baby in November and were concerned about keeping E in daycare knowing that it could put our baby at risk of getting sick if E were to catch something. The first 3 months for any infant is a stressful time, knowing that their immune systems arent developed and any fever over 100.2 meant an ER visit. We decided to keep E in daycare during flu season. We didnt want to take him out for 3 months and mess up his routine, besides he loves going to this daycare.Well it has been 3 months and we are proud to say that E has not gotten sick, no viruses the entire 3 months we had him in this daycare! He has avoided getting the flu and I contribute a lot of this to The Childrens Courtyard. Whatever this daycare is doing to keep their kids from contracting the flu in their facility is phenomenal. I would highly recommend this daycare.

My 2 1/2 year old started there this week and from the very first day we have been impressed. From the sign welcoming her to the school on the front door to the pictures taken throughout her day. Her teacher even sent us home with a 2 page letter explaining everything she did for the day, what she loved and what she struggled with. The staff is warm and caring which has helped Makenna feel right at home. So far, a great experience and we look forward to a great year.

Ill keep this short and sweet. My child was made to sit on the carpet and not get up which caused him to pee on himself and wasnt allowed to get up. Roaches. Undercooked food. Joke of a management. If you love your child, steer clear. Oh and I should add, I worked there while all this happened. So if you think YOUR CHILD will be different? Think again.

My son has been going here for ten months, since he was two months old. I think they do an excellent job with him and as a first time mom, I have peace of mind that hes there and is being well taken care of. It has been a good experience for him too, since he gets to interact with other children and gets to do activities like painting! The staff is excellent and they are very caring, not just with my son. They have given me lots of advice that as a new mom I really needed, because I was clueless. I really appreciate that! A bonus is that they have Parents Night Out once a month so my husband and I can go on a date. I highly recommend them!

If there was an option to give this Child Care ZERO stars I would. Most of the staff are just out of high school, no education or barely any experience. The District Manager, Clarissa Johnston is a slimy snake who doesnt care about the welfare of the children at her daycares. She is in this business strictly for the money! Both my children were neglected, left untreated and I was NEVER contacted or NEVER sent a photo update. Clarissa assumed giving me my money back (which I repeatedly requested) would hush me up. Her staff is very deceitful and will lie to cover up more lies in hopes to protect themselves. They also avoided my request to see the camera footage of the incident that involved my child. So I took further action and opened a investigation! Dont be fooled by the show they put on at your initial visit. AVOID THIS FACILITY!!!!!! RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION!!!!

Not satisfied with the level of care my child was receiving. Payed too much money to have my child consistently come home with dirty clothes as well as a dirty nose. The first 5 months were fine in the infant room but once she turned a year the care became mediocre. I realize the job of a child care worker can be stressful but that is no excuse for leaving a child in soiled clothes and not bothering to change them into clean clothes when the stain and smell is clear as day!

It’s my daughter’s first week at this place and so far so good! I had so much anxiety about switching her to a new daycare as she had been attending her old daycare since she was 7 months old and she is now 18 months old. A few things that drew us to children’s courtyard of pflugerville is the ability to access unlimited live camera monitoring of her classroom anytime, they provide the meals, snacks and drinks, they have a great curricular plan, and they send pictures and updates throughout the dayvia an app called brightwheel. So convenient! I also would like to mention that the director, Malorie, has made this transition much easier for us. She answers all my questions and responds to any of my concerns immediately and doesn’t make me feel like I’m overreacting about my concerns. I’m hoping things continue to go well here!

I wish I could give 0 stars, but unfortunately thats not allowed here. I left this school because of constant issues with communication. The day I actually decided to withdraw my child was the final straw. That morning I walked in to 8, yes 8, incident reports from his teacher, Miss Courtney. She just casually asked me to sign them during drop off. These reports were from several different days, spanning over different weeks. If you have a 3 yr old child, telling them, Hey did you do this? from a situation over a week ago does absolutely no good for the child. In fact, it only does harm for the childs development. This was not the first fail at communication from their staff. They previously had me sign documents from days/weeks prior. Enough is enough and I had to go.After I disenrolled my child and began to leave, the Director, Mallory, made a last attempt to talk to me stating, Yes when I found out yesterday... Really? Why wasnt I notified yesterday? Why didnt you call me personally yesterday? Dont expect the District Manager, Clarissa Johnston, to be helpful either. She knew about the situation as well when I spoke to her that day, minutes after I left. It seems everyone knew about the communication failures, except me.Above is the reason I finally left. The other communication errors were around giving my child mangos several times. I clearly stated in his paperwork, and verbally to all teachers and administration, that they give him a rash. In addition, clearly they have no regard for the well-being of my child as they kept putting diapers on my son that were not his, causing more rashes. Their negligence knows no bounds. The revolving door of faculty is probably a contributing factor to these communication problems.

The center itself is friendly, kind, and caring. The same can not be said for the District Manager, Clarissa Johnson. She is cold, calloused, and cares nothing about the health and wellbeing of the children at the center. She is strictly in the business for the money.

My son went here most of 217, but due to a recent life event we had to take him out towards the end of the year while my husband looked after him at home for a while. When we were ready to place him back in daycare we went with another facility (KIndercare), which he did not adjust well to at all. He was always hungry and just didnt gel well with the facility at all. We reluctantly took him out, because we really like the director at this location (Shiela), but when we found out she was leaving the establisment we knew we had to go. We came back to Childrens Courtyard and boy what a difference we saw in our little big man! He was happy again and back to his normal self. It is as if he never left! And boy did they give him star treatment, which in turn made me feel so good as a mother, knowing that my son is in a place where the caregivers enjoy taking care of him. We will NEVER leave Childrens Courtyard again! He will be here until he is too old and no longer meets the age requirement! Thank you Childrens Courtyard for all you do and the care you have shown my son since day 1!

I have my two kids enrolled here and I am disappointed at this school for the following reasons.1. Inadequate notification of other kids with infectious diseases. A kid was allowed to attend the school with a contagious disease and infected other children.2. Inadequate supervision of kids while on school grounds. My son was allowed to exit his classroom unsupervised and exited the building and ran into the parking lot.3. Lack of qualified teachers with degrees in childhood education. (Over 50% of staff have no college degrees)The education curriculum is lacking and it is evident no emphasis is placed on actually educating children, if you want your kids to play all day this is the daycare for that but considering the tuition cost $1200 a month for infants I would expect a higher quality of care and education. The sales staff center director is highly competent at selling this less than stellar institution and to be honest I felt deceived.
