I could not ask for a better Preschool, incredible staff. Our child is already fond of all staff and you can tell how well organized and compassionate they all are. Truly a wonderful place and ease of mind for us to leave our child here. We love that they teach in each classroom and focus on not just the children doing well academically but also that they all have fun too.Today I picked up my boy from his class and as always he was not ready to go home. Miss Tiffany has activities so well organized that they keep all the kid engaged and happy. What more can I ask for!I would recommend this place to anyone with great pride and without the slightest hesitation.

We have been coming here since 2013 and have had a great experience all round. They do a great job preparing kids ready for kindergarten. My child has 1 more year to go and he has demonstrated a great level of understanding in math and reading. I could not have asked for a better home like preschool. Highly recommend them!

We love Abacus! Switched my son to Abacus when he was about 6 months old from an over-priced large daycare. He’s now nearly two. They are attentive, compassionate, and clearly love children. We couldn’t be happier and he loves his teachers!

We are delighted at having our child attend Abacus. She is learning and excelling very fast. I cannot say enough positive things about this school. I would recommend anyone to take their kids to this school if you want excellent academic, confidence skills. The Owner, Director and Teachers are all great people and a nice family environment is always present, they teach in a gentle and Christian way. My son just graduated from here and he has come a long way from when he started out at Abacus 3 years ago, I know our little girl will go leaps and bounds too.Highly advised to go meet them and enroll.

We enrolled our son here just this past January and I can say only wonderful things as we have experienced a warm and caring environment, the directors and their staff are kind and considerate, we get the daily reports every evening and the reports are through with information that helps us in the evening knowing what to do and what to plan for next day.Our son has a little autism and I feel it is important to say that Abacus staff have done a great job with him. This is the place to be if your looking for structure and learning.

After having tried 2 other day cares/preschool, Abacus was a wise choice! I can only say that our experience at Abacus has been exceptional and I highly recommend this preschool. We made the mistake of sending our boy to 2 franchises and both times we were disappointed. At abacus he has learnt a lot and he is ahead of a lot of children that are his age group, I can see the difference in the way they teach the children here, the director is always there, she and her teachers are professional in their work and around the children they have a inviting environment, our son is very settled I dont get his crying and meltdowns as it use to be at the other places. They are doing something right here and thats great!

Abacus Academy is a great daycare and couldnt ask for better fees. My son loves it, they are always having fun activities, the teachers are AMAZING, loving, caring and always on top of everything, and I am extremely happy this is the daycare I chose. I was a stay at home mom for almost 2 years and I though it was going to be a tough transition for him. I was amazed that it has been a pleasantly change, the teachers helped us a lot and I love to see that my son is happy to spend the day ay daycare! I recommend Abacus Academy for all the mommys and daddys out there that are looking for a great experience with a daycare!!!

If you are looking for quality childcare that will give you peace of mind so you can get through your day... look no further than Abacus Childrens Academy. My daughter started in their infant program and progressed all the way up to the Junior 3s class. From teaching her to use a spoon, learning the ABC song and helping her learn to potty Tasleem and her staff were there to support and nurture her development every step of the way. They are by far the highest quality Early Childhood Development Center you will find in the Round Rock and Pflugerville area (without the crazy high sticker price you might see at some of the franchises in the area). The only reason my daughter is no longer at this school is because we live in Kyle and I no longer work in the Pflugerville area. I cant say enough good things about this facility except if you are looking for a safe, and nurturing environment for your kiddos definitely call Abacus Childrens Academy.

I enrolled my daughter here for at least 6-8 months in 2016-2017 (I forget the actual enrollment date). I chose this daycare because of the good reviews and proximity to my house at the time, and I liked that it looked homey. It is small and cute inside, and very clean. I never got an unsafe vibe. As in any daycare, there were some staff members I didnt like and my daughter didnt like (she is very shy) mostly because they were loud or seemed overly harsh, but they are gone now. Turnover is high but Im not really surprised. Its a little difficult for kids when they fall in love with a teacher and they leave, but its a life lesson, unfortunately.I had read reviews that people didnt like the Director, Tasleem, but I liked her a lot and I feel we got on fairly well. You have to keep in mind she is from Britain. Shes not unfriendly, shes British. I appreciate a straight forward woman, and she is certainly up-front and experienced in childcare and Im sure (I know) that can lead to some bitterness when dealing with parents and their quirks(?). I say quirks, but lets be real: parents can be picky, demanding, impatient, entitled, etc, and I think Tasleem handled everything well. There are some rules that are strict, such as no-green-snot = dont attend daycare but that is legal and entirely at the daycares discretion, and ideally should prevent excessive sickness. Unfortunately, kids are gross, and their little immune systems are developing, so my daughter was out sick quite a bit. Thats to be expected. She never got bitten or hit. I think they handle discipline pretty well with time-outs.Things I wish could be improved:-camera system is in use but only viewable by director. It would be nice to have it so parents could log in to view their child. This wouldnt be too costly these days. We achieve this at home with an ARLO camera and the ARLO app. Maybe the facility could consider it.- meals are unexciting. Though, kids are picky so maybe they dont care, but I wouldnt want to eat peanut butter sandwich with a side of green beans. Its not a huge deal because you can bring your child their own meal. But places like Kiddie Academy have a fresh rotating menu with things like stir fry and roasted chicken, but I guess you are also paying $1200 a month for that place...- I was not allowed to bring my daughter anything with sugar but my daughter would report that every now and again she would get a cupcake and at parties they were allowed sugar, so I was disappointed that the fruit snacks I packed for my daughter were not served to her. Maybe theres some sort of rule Im not aware of. Again, not a big deal.- Sometimes my daughter would have a runny clear nose and it would be crusted to her face at the end of the day. I understand its a pain to keep up with 7 toddlers and wipe a constantly running nose, but it wouldve been cool if her nose could be cleaned off at least by the time I picked her up. I did remind the staff when I dropped her off, and via app, and provided Boogie Wipes but I dont think they were used.- the daycare closes at 6pm sharp. I kind of wish they could extend their hours to 6:30 because driving from downtown could be iffy.- Homework for 2 year olds? I really didnt want my kid doing homework this young, given that she will probably spend half her life in school. I just want her to play and learn social skills and how to use the toilet. I did talk to Tasleem about it and I understand why theyre doing it - you can ask her - its a Texas requirement thing to prepare kids for kindergarten etc.Overall, great mid-range price place, dont expect a lot of frills, safe, secure but make sure you can drop off/pick up within their hours.

Front office was unattended to and the carpet in there was smelly. Went in for a scheduled tour but waited in the front office to be attended to for up to 10 minutes and no one came, I even called their phone number while waiting and it was just ringing and no one picked up.
