My son has been attending this daycare since he was 9 months old. Ms. Hannah made the transition from the previous director as seamless as possible. All of the teachers communicate daily via the Brightwheels app and I have not had a single incident occur that I wasnt made aware of immediately, or that was due to my sons own recklessness. The teachers are wonderful and definitely care for their kids. My son has transitioned into 4 of the classes and has had every teacher there, and he loves them all. Theyve been extremely vigilant with COVID and have done their absolute best to ensure the safety of the kids as well as themselves. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Pflugerville area seeking childcare.

La Petite of Pflugerville was recommended to me by another mom who has her daughter there as well. We have had no issues at all. The teachers have always been very attentive and caring for our one year old daughter. They have lesson plans each week and complete arts and crafts. We are updated regularly and any time we have had questions, the director, Hannah, has been super helpful.

My 3 children love Coming everyday . I have had no issues . The teachers are very attentive and send me brightwheel updates everyday . They have helped my son with his online virtual schooling. I cannot thank the teachers and director enough . ❤️

My son absolutely loves going here. The teachers are amazing and my son has learned so much in the past year of attending this daycare. I also started my daughter here after she was 2 months old and I cant wait to see how much she learns starting at a younger age. The director, assistant director, and all of the staff are great with the kids. You can tell they truly care about children.

Awful company to work for and an awful and unsafe place to leave your kids. This is a place that leaves false reviews, takes no responsibility’s in any injuries a child receives and MANY unsafe situations. As another review said “community wipes, diapers etc.”this couldn’t be more true! The ratios are absolutely overwhelming and ridiculous! Do yourself the favor and just DON’T!! This is a shady place!!

I have had kids at La Petite for about six years now. Overall this is a good school with caring teachers who provide a safe and fun environment for the kids. Each of my kids have been very well prepared when they entered kindergarten. There certainly have been times where turnover has been high, and times when we went through directors in quick succession. I can imagine that if you started during one of those times you might think it was a bit chaotic, but overall the experience has been good and we have never considered pulling the kids out.

My child attended La Petite for 1 school year. It was the worse. At first, the person who gave me the tour was amazing. She provided updates for me on a regular basis. However, she left the school, which should have been my first red flag. I then noticed that the Director was not in tuned with the kids at all. Then I started getting complaints from my child that he was being bit. When I addressed my concerns with the Director, she told me that there was nothing that she could do and that I would have to wait until my son was old enough to move to another class. I then explained that this was not a solution and she basically suggested that my child was not smart enough to move now and that I needed to wait. Then a week later, I caught her snatching something from my son and when I addressed it, she tried to switch things to make it seem as if we were not following the rules of the school. This was the final straw, so I contacted corporate so had the District Manager contact me. There was no solution as the District Director called and basically said that she would handle the matter. She did not! Things just got worse, to where I had to tell my child to start defending himself, especially because the main student causing the issues was the child of the Director. My patience wore thin so I removed him from the school. The only good thing at this school is some of the teachers there really care about the kids, but the really good teachers leave after 2 -3 months due to the craziness up there. I wont suggest taking your child there unless you have NO OTHER OPTIONS.

I am coming on to express how much I enjoy bringing my kids here. My kids love it here we have tried many different other daycares and this school has met our every need the director and the assistant director are amazing and really concerned about the parents needs.. I also LOVE the brightwell feature I can log in and see pictures and videos of my kids day I love that.

Horrible!!! I had to call just after the first day!! My son was enrolled in the after school program which they are supposed to help and have the children complete their homework. I was told by the teacher that my son didnt complete his homework because he wanted to play instead. When I showed up yesterday to pick him up, the classroom was completely out of control and the teacher was screaming at the children at the top of her lungs. If this happened while I was there I cant even imagine what happens while No parents are there. This is an awful place who does a very poor job in caring for children. I would give 0 stars if I could. Dont bring your children here!!!

Horrible place for your kids!Please don’t bring your kids here Parents!!!Very dirty facility-cockroaches everywhere,restrooms are smelly,sticky and nasty,Out of ratio-more kids than teachers and teachers come and go in a matter of days or weeks.The director there now is terrible than the old one.She lies a lot to the parents.She’s not even done with her training as a teacher then she became a director right away-no experience at all.What she cares is to eat (a lot) while watching her cctv-teachers struggling and kids out of control but she won’t do anything.She has a right hand person I think but she too is lazy just like her.They are not professional at all.This place needs to be shut down ASAP!!!! Oh by the way I forgot to mention they don’t follow their weekly menu.It’s sounds great when you check on the poster but in reality it’s a lie.My child told me they always have toasted oats or rice crispies for breakfast and snacks.I hope licensing and corporate would come for a surprise visit soon after reading my review about La Petite Academy Pflugerville.

Director two faced. Teachers are great! High turn over. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY!!!!!!! Childrens food was horrible and they werent given evening snack. Director would LIE to parents and Staff!!!!*Hopefully if the school gets a new director things will be better.

I read a review that they have a high turnover rate with the staff but I still liked the facility and took my child anyway. the review was absolutely right everything was good throughout the summer but around the time school started they lost three teachers and the director. they have yet to fix it. My two year old has a different teacher almost every day. Some days he gets to school and doesnt have a teacher at all and has to be with the big kids. This is very confusing and not constructive at all. it is not worth it, do not put your child in this daycare. and to add to it they dont even teach the children they just play all day

Love this place, the teachers are great, they have patience with all the kids, my son has learned a lot at La Petite Academy they do all kinds of Activities, I feel comfortable leaving my son here, he even learned how to sing ❤️😊

Withdrew my child after a few months due to a laundry list of issues. The most concerning being the way the teachers, a few in particular, speak to the children. Yelling at a child to the point of tears and then shoving them in the direction they wanted them to go. Lucky for this person, it was not my child who was being treated this way, but I immediately spoke with the director. Gave them the chance to rectify the situation. The teacher is still working there, so my child is not attending. Several times I went to pick my son up he was soaked through his pants to his knees. The classrooms are dirty. Toys are broken. Teachers are over worked and exhausted. The rooms are all at capacity and look like a zoo with the number of children they have in there. The employee turnover is very high and for a reason. No one wants to work in those conditions. In the 6 months my son attended, there was 3 directors, and 3-4 assistant directors. I honestly lost count. Your child deserves better.

I started at La Petite when I was four years old in 2004, now Im 17 and I still cant forget what happend there... my first year was terrible the other kids did nothing but shun me and make me feel like I was inadequate. When I came to the staff for help they sided with the other kids and not only did they not do anything but the staff also encouraged the other kids to not talk to me. Due to this I started developing anger problems at five from the bullying and frustration and because of that I lashed out. Instead of handling these tantrums like a mature adult should be upheld to the staff became physical and at times would sit on me until I couldnt breath as punishment. One incident I can even recall clinging onto a counter and crying as two of the staff members tugged on my legs to get what they wanted from me. I begged my parents everyday to not take me back because I was terrified but the staff were so manipulative that not only did they convince my parents that I was a horrible child but they also convinced them to make me attend anger management classes and seminars. All these years I can still remember everything that happend and I urge any parents reading this to please please for the love of god never send your children here...

Worst school ever this school will have your kids sharing bottles diapers and wipes then when you confront them about these issues they act really funny towards you the new person in charge even tried to get in trouble with cps.. Unless you like having community pacifier bottles wipes diapers and etc not a school for you

After putting our son in this school, we decided to pull him out after a very short period of time because this was the most dirty preschool that we have ever seen. I am worried about the kids health who come to this school. Sink is rusty, tables are not cleaned properly, the floor is dirty, etc. Bottomline - this is not a good school for kids. If you send your child here, you need to expect there is no concern about hygiene at all! Will never recommend this school.

Stay away. Lot of turnover in management and teachers. My daughter came home trying to potty standing up which leave me to belief boys and girls are allowed to go to the bathroom together. No structure

Ive walked pass here during playground time. I have never taken my child here, so i cant review it as a whole. But the way they were talking and screaming at those kids... I felt so bad for them. Now I saw some kids acting pretty bad, but they way they talked to them was still ridiculous.
