Our entrance wasnt the most graceful (due to personal reasons) but Autumn showed us much patience and taught a great intro class. Look forward to attending more classes. The studio is also really nice.

Ah where to even begin here with Lovely Lioness? My first impression after walking in was that this is by far the most gorgeous (and dare I say, instagrammable?) studio in Northern NJ. The teachers are top notch, they take the time to find out your personal aerial goals and will tailor parts of each class to get you there! I can’t recommend this place enough, the environment is incredibly welcoming and the instructors so empowering 💪

This place has become my second home and all the instructors have been like a second family to me. I really enjoy taking these classes and everyday i go i feel like i have learned and advance so much that i can believe it myself. Every instructor makes sure to know what your personal goals are and they help you out ultil you reach it.I would really recommend everyone to try this place. Is very fun! :)

The first pole class I went to at another place (not lovely lioness) said I couldnt do pole due to my weight and I had to go back when I lost it. Ive always had a dream to become an instructor. This place is amazing and anyone of any size or shapes can join. I had to tell my friends and they just started coming here. They love it. I’ve never feel so happy doing something I’ve always wanted to do and I’m trying to get better since day one here. I’m in pole and lyra. Now I’m starting silk classes. The instructors are awesome and very supportive. I love this place for being body positive, I personally never felt as great or “sexy” as I do in these classes. If you want to feel confident and free this is the place for you.

I have been a member of Lovely Lioness for almost a year. It has been the best decision of my life! The studio is very clean and they take all the proper Covid safety precautions. Autumn, the owner, puts her all into both of her beautiful studios. I have never felt so supported in my life by any fitness or dance establishment! If youre looking for a body positive, supportive, and fun place for aerial arts, look no further! I recommend this place to everyone I know.

I was craving something new and exciting, so in August I bought the beginners package because of amazing value. I was a bit worried about it but once I walked in I was sold. The studio is high in a building so I didn’t worry random people could see me struggling through the classes, the teachers are amazing, encouraging and EXTREMELY patient and the other classmates were so sweet. I have gone back every week since It’s a great place if your looking for something new!

I started taking classes here about 3 months ago and I have loved every single one. I go here pretty frequently (sometimes up to 4 times a week!!) and have never had anything but a great experience. The staff are super friendly, very helpful, skilled, professional, and passionate about what they do. I always learn something new and leave literally daydreaming about the next time Ill be in the studio for another great class. The current policies they have in place for COVID make this probably the most cautious and thoughtful studio Ive been to so far about maintaining a safe and healthy place for people to have a fun time. All in all, Lovely Lioness is a fantastic studio that I will continue to recommend very highly to others and continue to be a patron of for a long long time.

I love taking classes at Lovely Lioness! I always feel welcome, safe and encouraged. Even when I’m struggling, my instructor always helps me accomplish my goal. I cannot say enough about how much I love taking aerial classes at Lovely Lioness!

Very challenging aerial class . I liked how they focused on form and strength before trying any position. Really drill down to the fundamentals. Definitely wanna go back. Learned alot on my first class.

This is such a cute and stunning studio. You really cannot get this good of a price for pole fitness classes anywhere near New York City. I’ve been an LL student for 3 years now and I love this community!
