What an amazing experience! I completed a Discovery Flight with Chad for my birthday. I knew absolutely nothing . Chad was wonderful to fly with. Knowledgeable and professional, he immediately put me at ease for a task that could have been truly daunting. He was so patient and approached each new task and experience with just the right amount of explanation. I never felt overwhelmed or incapable throughout our whole flight. He can quickly and easily taper his lessons and explanations to your level of comfort, wherever that is. I HIGHLY recommend this experience to anyone even remotely interested. I have been working on my Private Pilot’s License for the last few weeks with Chad Degges, after working with another flight school for that same purpose. The importance of quality instruction should be obvious but boy it is night and day working with Chad. Chad is the consummate professional who understands what it takes to thoroughly instruct, mentor, and develop a new pilot. He has blown away my expectations. He takes the time preflight to cover what is to be accomplished for that training segment and thoroughly reviews what was done well or not so well post flight training. When you succeed at a maneuver or a flight skill he is more excited than you are. He makes training fun and exciting and he shows his passion for his work and his commitment to your success. I doubt that you will find a more committed and skilled training option out there. If you are looking for a more structured training approach with personalized instruction and an exciting experience, this is clearly the best choice and a great value as an added bonus.
