Excellent place for adults and children to learn self-defense and gain self-confidence. I initially signed my son up for the kids martial arts class and was really impressed, so I decided to join as well.You cannot beat the price for the level of quality instruction that you receive and at the time of this review they also offer group and family discounts which makes it that much more attainable. Ive tried several BJJ locations in town and this is definitely the best deal around and a great atmosphere to learn and grow. No big egos and everyone treats one another with respect.I specifically train BJJ, but have observed the Karate classes and think that the training is very practical and applicable to real life situations. They also offer yoga, boot camps, and have weightlifting equipment included with the membership. And if youre visiting from out of town, you can pay a reasonable drop-in rate to get some training in.So, if youve been considering BJJ, Karate or both, stop by and check it out for yourself. No contracts, no enrollment or cancellation fees, and no pressure from the staff to join. You really cant beat that. Hope to see you on the mats.

I take my 4 year old to their kids fundamentals class. He loves it and is excited to be there. Its a wonderful place to learn and the Senseis are energetic and engaging. Im grateful he gets to work out his energy, get some exercise indoors and learn discipline and structure in such a great environment. The kids are all age groups and it helps the little ones to learn by example. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Great learning environment - no egos, and the best instruction Ive ever received in Martial Arts.The instructors are the Karate Culture guys - but they cross train in different martial arts as well. Youll get a good grasp of everything (grappling, throws, striking, touch sensitivity) along with fantastic foundations (conditioning, functional muscle building). Best of all - if its not for you theres no hard feelings. No enrollment fee, no cancellation fee, no contracts.I WISH there was a school like this local to me.

My family and I joined a few months ago. We really enjoy the classes and have become more confident in our daily lives. I recommend this to anyone looking to learn and grow.
