We signed up in April and they havent had a single time that we can sign up for driving. I got a notice that there was an opening, while sitting at my computer. By the time I logged in, the session was gone. They have a ton of students and 3 drive times.. for the month so far. Such a rip off!

If you scroll through the comments youll notice that the comments coming from the students are all very positive and the ones from parents very negative.Do NOT give them your money. Its almost impossible to schedule driving lessons. You log in, but there are never any lessons available. They refuse to schedule out the whole 7 lessons ahead of time. You have to do one at a time and wait 30 days between lessons. Theyll refuse to schedule a lesson through the phone unless youve signed into the scheduling site multiple times.I gave up and transferred them to Hendricks where they can get all their lessons scheduled out within a month.

Never hours available.I check everyday, a few timed a day and I get the same massage: “there are no hours available at this time”. Ridiculous!!!!

This place is fantastic for teen driving and adults a beautiful lady name Maddy is great in doing her job i recommend to go to her

Be aware that the late class at this location ends at 8:45. I know everything your going to get says 7-9. However the instructor apparently has some place to be at night so he kicks all the kids out at 8:45 and locks the door behind them. This school is in a dark shady parking lot so you can imagine my mood when I pull up at 9 and find my teenage daughter has been waiting in this shady parking lot alone in the dark for 15 min. Said something to the office they said they would talk to him and at least let the kids wait inside until parents arrive if he ends early. Didn’t change a thing. He still kicks the kids out in the parking lot at 8:45. At least now I know and am there early waiting.

I absolutely LOVED this driving school! Everyone is very friendly and they make it easy to learn. Scheduling drives was very easy and they are more than willing to work with your schedule. I personally purchased the Premier Package, and they honored every thing that was included in that package. At the end of the course my mother and I were very happy. We will continue using this school for my brother as well.

The total experience was great! One of the receptionist, Jacob, was very efficient and kind. He had an answer for any of my questions and concerns he was very helpful! Great service and great instructors! I would definitely recommend!

The school is awesome better rules than the rest. good hours. Mrs. Ramirez makes the class. shes very energetic. Mr. V is very good with real life experiences. Ive yet to do any driving yet but Im sure Ill enjoy that too/

Rip off!! DO NOT ATTEND... you will waste your money and childs time...No driving days Available, no one answers calls. you will have better luck with the DPS self taught service, as you will probably end of having to do that at the end with no staff to drive your child to obtain hours.

Place was really cool, made learning to drive fun. There was an older white dude who got really made really fast. The instructor Ernie was awesome! He would play the metal radio station and we would talk about the bands we saw in person and what not. Receptionist was really sweet too.

The lady behind the desk (Ms.Maria) is very helpful. She always answers my calls, and find a way to schedule a drive for me. She is bilingual, which is great because she can explain things to my mom better than I can. She is very nice and ALWAYS has a good attitude, she enjoys helping others.

Rhodes Driving School was a great experience. It showed me that there is so much more to driving than people think. I recommend Rhodes because not only are the classes informational but the people are also funny and make you feel welcome. The only way to truly know if you will like it is to visit the school yourself. So go!

My daughter is currently enrolled at Rhodes Driving School (Ellison.) I called around looking for a driving education class for my daughter. When I called Rhodes/Ellison I spoke with Jacob at the front desk. He was so polite and very helpful to me. He answered all of my questions that I needed answered and took his time to assist me without rushing me off of the phone. He definitely has great customer service skills and very professional. Its better then I would have expected. The teachers are great and theyre also quite funny. She makes the 2 hours not seem that long. I know for sure that once Im done, I will probably never forget $30,000, $60,000, and $25,000, which one would have to pay if the driver causes the death of one person, the death of two, and the $25 is for property damage. I probably will also remember the Kitty Litter Smell Much Bad Peanut Butter. Knowing this as well as what were learning about alcohol and drug week will probably help me make better decisions and be a better driver, Its a really good class. I would definitely encourage other people to go there.

This is a great place to go!! The instructors are very nice and will teach your son what they need to learn. I have not had one problem with Rhodes driving school in Ellison! TEvery one is very professional and will help you with anything. PLEASE do not listen to those ignorant people who get upset at everything when its theyre fault.

Very poor customer service from office personnel. Classroom instructor was fine, driving instructor so far is very good - but the employees do not seem to know what their contracts say and do not provide good customer service as a result. When the office personnel were told that I paid a great deal of money for their services and I would like to have access to what I paid for, she merely said everyone pays a lot, sir. That statement only served to make me think that everyone pays but no one gets the customer service that the school should provide. Not a happy customer whatsoever. I hope they read these reviews.

I greatly appreciated Jacob during my process of completing drivers Ed. While I was approaching my dead line he was very helpful as to servicing me many opportunities to complete the hours behind the wheel. Jacob was also one who answered my phone calls very appropriately and assisted me well.Tori was also a very big part of my completion of drivers Ed. She work around and with her schedule to help me finish with my deadline. She was very good at instructing me calming but assertive as well. I feel Im a safer and more cautious driver due to her guidance.

The driving instructors are very nice. They explain to you what to expect when you go for your drivers license. Everbody there was very helpful and understanding. If I had to do it over again I would go back to Rhodes Driving SCHOOL thanks Becky and thank your staff.

This driving school is awesome and it was fast thanks to the best secretary lady Ms. Maria who works diligently with her students and schedules drives on the spot. The intructors are also kind and will work with what ever you need help on. Im glad I went to Rhodes driving school! Best driving school in the county! Learn to drive someplace else! This driving school has frustrated us from the beginning. The staff is rude, and dont acknowledge you when you are in the office. They never answer the phone or call you back when you have a question. The schedule to drive never lets you log in to find out when your drive is. So, you only find out your schedule a day in advance through an e-mail. You cant try and reschedule or you will get fined. Who does stuff like that? Kids have jobs, appointments, practices, but they dont care because they already have your money.

Rhodes is a great driving school! I was in and out in a matter of no time! She gets busy at times and people fail to realize that, but she is what makes Rhodes better!

My experience at this school was very good. My teacher was Viviana & she made sure learning was fun & ensured we knew everything required of us. I was able to learn a lot through this school & would recommend to anyone.

My daughter attended a class at this location. She was billed twice. It has been over two months and Im still trying to get a refund from the school. I havent had any one care about this issue to contact me about my refund more less to apologize. That shows how they do business!

I have been calling and leaving messages to schedule a drive for my daughter. No one returns my calls she completed the instruction portion October 2015. She has 4 hours left and I can never schedule online. I need her to have these completed before we leave Texas. If she cant complete the hours I am requesting my money back. This is a horrible way to do business. I would not recommend this place!!

Definitely worth the investment for your teen! I can honestly say that too! One of my kids were self taught and the other came to these classes and I can say she has excelled above and beyond her older sibling!

I really enjoyed my time at Rhodes, the material was easy to understand, and I havent had any issues with the drive log. The staff is courteous, and have always been very eager to help anyway they can! Conveniently located near Sea World!

My daughter signed up and paid for six hours of driving lessons and then took over a month to get scheduled. No one would return calls after leaving countless messages. When she finally got a hold of people they were incredibly rude. Still, after waiting over a month, no lessons.

Rhodes driving school is by far the best driving schools Ive been to. I never have a problem doing my drives, all the staff is very helpful and nice . Jacob the guy that works up front, is very helpful and helps you with anything you need!

My best drive was with instructor Ms.ToriShe keeps it fun and connects with everyone. And makes sure everyone knows various information students may not know. Always makes sure the student is paying attention and has everyone cooperate with each other. Also making the drives fun with game activities.Overall the greates instructor anyone could ask for. Sad to say Ill be done with my drives but extremely happy I had Ms.Tori as my instructor.Another big help from Jacob as secretary there at Rhodes helped with the the resolvance of past standing issues. Both Jacob and Ms.Tori have made my recent experience go extremely well as multitasking to hemp multiple people at once for drives.

Jocab on front counter, is very respectful and adjustable. He always finds a solution. The driving instructors are wonderful. Theyve taught me some things and tips Ive learned from my experiences here at Rhodes. I recommend it. Wont regret.

Rhodes Driving School, is great! Ive learned so much. The proper way to drive, I thought I knew everything about driving. I was wrong, Rhodes breaks it down for you, teaching whats right and whats wrong. Making sure we set good examples for other teens our age. The one thing that helped me the most is K.L.S.M.B-P.B, Keys Locks/lights Seats Mirrors Belts- Parking Brake on, giving your a quick check list of what to do in your car before you take off. Rhodes Driving School, is the best!

These people are ridiculous, they never call you back always have an excuse why they cant schedule you or speak to you... I will definitely be complaining to the DPS... how are they opened and operating, I have no idea... besides the fact the office personnel states how the owner does not do her job either and does not respond to them either... so basically it starts with the owner and the staff follows her steps...

I didnt like Rhodes I loved it😘. It was a great time learn lots 🤕of ways to not get hit by a train 🚂 and other 🚗 .the test were easy 🅰️because I had a great teacher 👍🏾 I recommend Rhodes to everyone and their mama✌🏾️

What a damn joke this place is. I have to call repeatedly just to schedule hours. They never return any calls. I guess theyre just sitting there with their thumbs up their asses. Seriously, if you dont like your job do us all a favor and not show your faces there anymore. On one of my daughters recent driving classes we found out the instructor was texting while the kids were driving. Arent they supposed to be setting a good example about no texting. Theyre all idiots and we pay so much money for what!!?? Its taken so long, since May to get nowhere and to not be able to schedule hours so my daughter can finally take her exam to get her drivers license. This business should seriously be shut down because not a damn one of them know what the hell theyre doing. Yall are idiots!

I really like Rhodes! my daughter came here because all of her friends came to rhodes and they totally recommended it. Her instructor was a lady named diane shes a great instructor and Ms. Becky is a life saver any problem i had she was right there to help and fix any situation!!! just an overall a great experience for my child and I!

Rhodes a pretty good school they have a pretty good way of teaching, and do fun activities. The only thing is that it is kind of costly. but if you are looking for a driving school Rhodes is a pretty decent one.

My daughter and I have been trying for a week to obtain her certificate so that she can take her driving test that is scheduled for tomorrow. We continue to get the run around and have yet to recieve the promised return call. Weve been up to the school three times and either no one is there or the front desk personnel tell us they have no authority. Becky, the director, said she could not give us the certificate until she verified classroom attendance with the instructor back in January. My daughter attended every class, obtained her permit, completed every drive and now shes being penalized for poor record-keeping on the part of the instructors. They do not allow the students to sign-in, but rather said to the class, Is everyone here? Great Ill give everyone a hundred. They failed to record her attendance and quiz grade and now 7 months later when shes ready to test, she cannot. This is incredibly unfair to a good and responsible child, great student, and hard-working person. Shes done everything asked of her and we paid nearly $400 to be mistreated. Question: If she didnt attend the classes, how was she ever able to schedule and complete all of her drives? This is absurd and terribly unprofessional on the part of Becky and her instructor Mr. V - who also had the students drive him through the Burger King drive-thru to get food while he was supposed to be teaching them. Drives never started on time and they always ended early. The entire experience has cause me and my daughter immense stress and disappointment. Now, shell have to repeat classes and wait another month to reschedule her test. This is so unfair!! Im truly heart-broken for her and disgusted with Rhodes Driving School.

Very great school and even though i missed a few day the make up days were flexible with my schedule. The instructor not only explains the laws and rules but she also inputs personal experience into the lessons.

Rhodes Driving School is a wonderful experience that allows young teens to learn what they need to know on the road to be safe and understand the rules of the road to be the best drivers they can possibly be.

My experience with the schools program was great, it was fun when it was and was very informational. It showed me things i normally wouldnt get to see or know that others dont and that makes me a safer person and others around me safer because of it.

I finished my driving hours in the 6months time because the service to get their students their licence asap was very helpful and co-opretive especially from Becky!

For the 4 days Ive been attending this school Ive learned a lot and Im excited to start my second week and to further my driving education.

Its extremely hard to schedule the Drive lessons unless you are in front of the computer the moment they post the open slots. My son has got the permit back in August-2013 and I was able to sign-up only couple of times till now and had to cancel due to scheduling conflicts with after school activities. Very disappointed with the scheduling @ the Brookhollow location

Ms.cindy was the best instructor there is, she helped me so much with learning about rules and driving she is so coperative with everyone in the class.

Worst driving school Ive ever had the displeasure of working with. After three months Ive only been scheduled for two drives. The front desk clerk is rude and doesnt seem to be able to figure how to do her own job.

Ok class. Please get a teacher who knows what he/she is teaching. Learned a lot but, not enough. Also they bribed us with pizza in order to get good reviews. Thats why you see some five stars because of the bribery they make us do for food.
