$5 a month on my card is not ok for roadside assistance!!… He doesn’t even drive yet amd I have my own coverage!! My son didn’t finish his VERY LONG readings in time and he had to pay an additional $50. This wasn’t clear when we chose this site.

My daughter took lessons via this site. Were in Texas. Now Ive learned driversed.com is in California. I probably wouldnt have minded that at the outset but now that there are problems its clear they arent familiar with Texas details. Everything was great until they stopped managing behind the wheel training themselves. Now we are left with an incomplete course and they are making it impossible to get the correct paperwork for the online portions that definitely were completed so we can transfer to a local school. The customer support people have been friendly enough but are very hamstrung by their systems. Minor things are referred to managers who _never_ call back. Maybe Ill add more stars if they ever send me the certificate of completion for the online portion. What a joke.

I just got my Texas Driver’s License last year. I would definitely recommend LISA if you need an awesome, patient, and friendly instructor. She’s the best! You’ll will learn a lot of cool techniques in driving. She’s so efficient and always on time. The best and kindest instructor ever.

On my first driving lesson Ms.Lisa made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Being a new driver I was obviously nervous but she made me feel so welcomed. I learned so much from her and I am now a very confident and able driver. She always had a kind word to say. She was my favorite instructor because she kept it simple and didn’t flood me with a bunch of information at once. So I would definitely ask to have her as my instructor again and again.

Great experience with the behind the wheel segment of drivers ed! I had most of my drives with Lisa Hudson and she was a great teacher for me. She was very involved and focused on helping me become a better driver, she genuinely cares about kids learning the art of driving.

I was incredibly anxious at having never even touched a steering wheel in a car before, and Ms. Hudson immediately made me feel welcome, before I even began driving. Memorizing procedures such as parallel parking and stopping were far easier, as instead of piling numbers and angle degrees on, she simplified things to make them easier to understand by using things like landmarks to make the learning experience more visual. She was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with, and helped me focus on my individual shortcomings as a driver while still teaching me all I needed to know.

Call them for anything just to reach a person before giving them any money. 3-4 weeks to get an answer via email is not acceptable and using Covid as the excuse is not acceptable in July. This was worst customer experience ever. If you can’t call them and get an answer run the other way but first you have to figure out what number to call them on as it’s buried in their website! Too many other schools to choose from. We used another school in Spring Tx and they were awesome!

I really enjoyed my experience taking adult drivers ed. I had all my lessons with Lisa Hudson and she is so patient and made me feel comfortable since our first lesson. Thanks to her i just took my road test and i passed!! Would definitely recommend her if youre thinking about taking lessons here.

Richard Castillo took the first driving lesson for my wife. She never drove before and was scared of driving when she started the first class. But, 2 hours later she drove back home and was very very confident that she can learn well by the end of the course. Mr. Castillo is a gentleman and excellent instructor.

I have to say this was a really great experience for me. I was 24 at the time and never had driving experience, I never felt shame from this company. They work well with your schedules and the car was pretty neat! My favorite instructor was Ms. April Haugen! I love how patient and kind she was towards me and also making me feel comfortable. She is good with conversation and explaining the rules of the road in a soft manner. I passed my drivers test and currently have my own car! Thank you, well worth it.

Lisa was calm, funny, and an amazing teacher. She taught me a lot of neat tricks that not even people who have been driving for years would know. I would give her a 10 star rating if I could. Highly recommend.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

First Driving lessons with Richard was great!! Everything went smooth and I got to pick up and learn a lot from this lesson. I hope to drive with him again and it was very comfortable. There were a few minor mistakes I made myself but quickly corrected it after.

I waste my money for the adult driving classes. The driving class was unorganized and the instructor was not great either. It’s was poorly toughing and I would not recommend for beginners adults driving.

Their customer service is poor. You have to pay for any lessons up front before you can schedule them, and then you may or may not be able to get times that fit your needs. I booked my daughters first lesson for the following day, and within 2 hours I found out she couldnt do those times. I called back to reschedule, and because it wasnt within 48 hours, they refused to waive the $50 cancellation fee. The time of booking was less than 48 hours to begin with!! He asked his supervisor and she refused to waive it. Very poor customer service.
