I started at Kicks over 15 years ago. Master Jun & Master Do are incredible instructors! Master Jun has the ability to push you further than you think is possible. Every class is an experience that is very challenging & fulfilling. I highly recommend starting Tae Kwon Do at any age. I began practicing TKD when I turned 40. For older adults it is outstanding for fitness, flexibility, strength, endurance, confidence and self defense.

My kid and myself both take classes. They are exciting and challenging and you learn various techniques for kicking punching and take downs. Its a fun family atmosphere that is addictive. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to either get in shape or learn how to defend themselves.

Kicks TKD is amazing. Master Jun and Master Phoung truly care about the kids. I was so happy about my kids progress in just a few months that I decided to join as well. They have great kid’s classes and family classes. The kids learn discipline, respect, and the correct way of performing the art. It is truly a family environment and my kids have met many new friends. Great group of adults as well. Master Jun is really skilled at bringing the best out of each student and you are getting the “true” martial art experience. Looking forward to our long-term journey with Kicks.

Kicks Tae Kwon Do is great - I really cant say enough positive things about it. Our son goes to their after school program, and I could not be happier with the way they take care of him and work with him in so many ways - the Tae Kwon Do, of course, but also character, work habits, and his homework itself. And our son loves going there!

My twin boys have loved going to Kicks Tae Kwon Do. Theyre learning great technique, skills and discipline which will take them a long way in life. Im grateful for Master Phuong and Master Jun for their knowledge and the family atmosphere that they create for everyone.

Kicks is an amazing place. I have been going there for 11 years and wouldnt leave for anything. It has been a second home to me and a second family that I know I can count on for anything. It is a great martial art school that anyone should be happy to be apart of.

After almost a decade and a half of doing Martial Arts, I found myself wondering what I was going to do for training when I moved to the Triangle area. Needless to say, I was not disappointed by my decision to train at Kicks! The head instructor has a large amount of experience and isn’t afraid to push those that want to take their training to the next level – exactly what I was looking for. Easily the best part of my day is when I get to train at Kicks!

Words cannot describe how great Kicks has been for my son and our family. We often say that finding Kicks was one of the best things that happened to us. My son has been taking classes there for 5 years, as well as after school and summer camp. The Masters care about these kids. They want the best for them in and out of Kicks. They are supportive in so many ways and so easy to talk to and deal with! And you have to see how it is with the kids! There is an amazing balance of teaching respect, skills and fun. You should see the smiles on the faces of the kids during class.There is too much to express how thankful I am for Kicks. Not only for the amazing things that my son has learned, but also giving us all a place that we love.

The best taekwondo experience Ive ever had. During summer camp, all the counselors are amazing. The masters are so helpful and qualified to be teaching taekwondo. It also has a very safe environment. Ive been going there 4 years and I loved and still love every second of it. Its amazing how they teach the material. They make sure you dont get confused and get it right. Everybody should check it out.

Kicks is the most awesome taekwondo class my grandson Bryce Jones is in. It has taught him so much. He has learned discipline n self defense and all the kicks masters have made us feel like family. We have been part of the KICKS family for over a decade. Master Jun and Master Phuong are the best at their craft but most importantly, they are incredible people. Not only do they teach tae kwon do, they teach respect, focus, coordination, discipline and friendship. This is taught in class, after school care and their summer camp. I HIGHLY recommend KICKS Tae Kwon Do.

Kicks is an extended family for us. Not only do my daughters learn and train with me, but they are part of the aftercare program at Kicks as well. When we began 2 years ago, it didnt take long to see why so many families go to Kicks, because the first thing that comes to mind with the school is family. Master Jun and Master Phuong put so much of themselves in everyday - you never have to worry about what your kids will be doing, learning, etc. You can rest assured that when you leave your children, Kicks will be that extension of home for them. They support my husband and I as parents in what they teach and instill in the kids. Our kids are their kids. It doesnt matter if its a single TKD class, aftercare, summer or overnight camp. And when you see how much fun the kids have, it often makes you want to leave work and go do what theyre doing! Couple all this with becoming more flexible, learning discipline and how to defend yourself, just know that were proud to say were part of the Kicks crew!!
