I currently have three children in Kiddie Academy Brier Creek- my twins are in Transitional Kindergarten and my 3 year old is in the 3s class. They all started in the Toddler room at 15 months old and every single step of the way Kiddie Academy has been nothing short of amazing. I am so grateful that I found a center where my kids are not only learning a lot, staying engaged and are safe, but they are all very much loved. I cannot say enough about the warm and loving staff, many of whom have become personal friends. I will be very sad when my children graduate, but I know that they will have had wonderful care and will be very well prepared for Kindergarten and beyond!

My son’s teachers are like family, they truly treat the children as their own. My son learns so much from this warm, loving group setting - he actually learns as much from his peers as his teachers and he is thriving in this nurturing environment.

My childs staff is amazing. The front office staff provides clear and complete communications with us as parents. The center is clean and very well maintained. We never worried about the safety or health of our child during the insanity of 2020 while attending his daycare center. 5 star indeed.

Good place to start your child daycare journey. The staff and teachers are very good. You can watch your kid the entire time with the online feed they have. Price is also not too high for the services and care they provide.

Great experience for us and for our child. Friendly, ample communication. The teachers are kind and loving. We felt confident we were leaving our baby in wonderful hands!

The entire staff is so sweet and caring. I swear everyone knows my kids and it’s so refreshing to witness that. I feel very comfortable leaving my children in their care. They enjoy going and are learning a lot! The meals provided are also very well balanced and my kids seem to enjoy them!

I have been most impressed by the staff at Kiddie Academy of Brier Creek! The teachers care and are passionate about what they do. I have to say, I am a tough critic, and I am not easily impressed but they have successfully won me over! My husband and I are very thankful for Ms. Laura and Ms. Brook, as well as the support staff. We love that they are more than willing to help us in our child’s individual challenges and needs. It is the first time I have experienced such a high level of quality staff at a preschool!

We loved KABC. They took care of our daughter from 6 wks until we recently moved, and we could not have been happier with our experience with all of the teachers and staff. The daily communication was excellent. It seemed like all of the teachers and staff that we encountered knew our daughter by name, and she felt very loved. We appreciated being able to check in on her during the day and watch the playroom cameras--it was fun watching her learn new activities and play with the other kids. Even throughout COVID, the entire operation there maintained a very high level of professionalism and we felt as secure as possible continuing to send her there. We will miss KABC and all of their staff and teachers greatly.

We LOVE that we made the switch to Kiddie Academy!! The teachers are so wonderful and our son has been so happy there..I recommend this place to everyone!

We’ve only experienced the infant room II but we’ve found the teachers to be so loving and supportive...exactly what you want in an infant caregiver.

Great teachers that are dedicated to their job and love the children. The monthly plans for learning and summer fun activities are amazing. Our daughter is always excited to go to school every day!

I love this place! My daughter started at 23 months with Miss Briana and Miss Corea and we loved it. They welcomed us with open arms and made us feel very comfortable being it was our first experience at a daycare. Now she is in Miss Amanda and Miss Belindas class and they are awesome as well. They make you feel comfortable leaving your little one behind and I trust shes always in good hands. Everyone here is very positive, friendly, and professional! They also have the camera system where you can login and check on your little one throughout the day 😍 . This place is wonderful!

Amazing facility for your kids. They have so many great things available for the children. They have soccer, speech, dance, and even teach another language I believe. My son was saying very minimal words when he got there and now he is saying so much and this is in a year span. I just want to thank them for all the great things they do.

We love this daycare. It is a bit pricey but well worth it. The infant/toddler care is wonderful and they put a lot of emphasis on learning through play but really expand on that in the three and fours rooms. The teachers are wonderful and are great at finding interactive and creative ways of teaching the kids without them realizing it. Great daycare and an even better pre-school.

We love Kiddie Academy of Brier Creek! The teachers and facility are great. They keep our daughter on track with development and have a lot of activities going on for the kids. I would recommend Kiddie Academy to anyone.

So I have to share my thoughts I do not have a child enrolled here, but here is what I witnessed when they had taken the children to Johnson Lake Pool. First of all 2 employees got into a fist fight in front everybody! The poor little kids were all staring and watching this horrible scene! Next there were so many kids who had to have been 4-6 year range and they were being unsupervised, 2 of the little girls could not swim (thankfully they were wearing life jackets) they kept asking me for help. I have 3 kids on my own one who is 3 that I have to supervise, I didnt want to be responsible for those little girls. Lastly when they were leaving they were just undressing the kids without covering them up so they were just standing there naked, I know they are little but have some privacy! I am reaching out to the director to notify them. Again after what I witnessed I would not leave my children in the care of this facility.

We love kiddie academy. The teachers have all been great over the years of moving thru classes and our child I feel is learning all sorts of stuff he never would at home.. From Spanish class, daily learning activities, to outdoor play time, to the summer camp fun activities they have it all... cant say much more good about them!Only comment I have is the camera system is not the best. However, hey at least they have a camera system I guess ;). I like watching my child from work sometimes and its a great bonus even thou the quality is not so great.

Staff is professional and caring. Some teachers are the best teachers Ive met in my life: they actually love their job. Kids have lots of fun and at the same time learn about life, soft skills, pre-math, pre-reading. Highly recommended.

The person (Zahkiyah Carter) who wrote his/her review is unknown to us. He/she is not a former employee or a member of any family of record. We pride ourselves in having a great deal of tenured staff at our center, and the fact that many of our teachers commute a long distance is because they choose to be a part of our Kiddie Academy family. Unfortunately illness does happen in group care and we make every effort to keep our staff and children healthy. In fact, our owners provide health and dental insurance benefits to encourage staff to seek medical care if needed. This benefit is rarely offered in the childcare profession. It is unfortunate that the author of this review has not communicated directly with us. We would like to have a conversation and would encourage the person to contact us.

People here are awesome! They helped my 1 year old transition quickly, and were very communicative and friendly!!

For clarification, the review posted below is a Jimmy Johns driver who we complained to his manager about. He was upset that we didnt include an additional tip on gift cards we purchased for our teachers. His comment is unrelated to our program and the services we provide to our families.

After a not-so-good time at a brand name school in Cary, we brought our little one to KA because we heard that the teachers were experienced, skilled and very caring. This was proven 100% correct during our first week with them nearly 2 years ago ... and continues to stay the same till this day. Our daughter will graduate out of TK and leave KA in a few months and we feel confident that the ready for the world person that she is growing up to be is truly because of every gifted teacher shes had here. My wife and I keep saying that Kiddie Academy will be a tough act to follow for any Kindergarten teacher that my daughter will meet.Going to miss them a whole lot!

I like that the teachers are engaged and focused on the children as individuals. My son has been in three different classes (age groups) at KABC and each teacher focuses on his individual strengths and weaknesses and finds unique ways to use his likes / dislikes to reach him on an individual level. I like how they focus on social and emotional growth as well as the academics. I feel that hes received very well-rounded and loving instruction and care while he has been there. He will be going to Kindergarten soon and I feel that he is more than prepared thanks to the teachers at KABC. Another thing that I like and appreciate about KABC is how they have handled conflicts. Surely everything has not been perfect, and conflicts have come up with other children and even staff. I honestly appreciate how the Director, Ms. Linda, has been open and willing to communicate to my husband and I regardless of the concern or issue that weve brought forward. Concerns have been addressed immediately, discussed openly and resolved as quickly as possible. Its impossible to think there will never be concerns or conflicts, especially when your child is involved, there will always be differences of opinions or factors out of your (and their) control that will come up, but how these situations are handled can make all the difference.

The people who run this are the worst. Enter at your own risk.

Just from the experience that I saw the employees go through on a daily basis, I would NEVER enroll my child in this facility. Any branch or location. The management is messy, unorganized, and does not show any type of consideration for the health of their employees or the children. They allow children to enter the facility with contagious sicknesses. These sicknesses then circulate throughout the facility, infecting multiple students and staff members. Some of the staff members have long commutes, and the management shows no sympathy to a sick employee. They are given so much backlash from the management that they are basically forced to work their shift. Sadly, Google does not have the option to give a 0 rating.
