Best center ever! My son has separation anxiety and sadly, most places do not know how to handle it. As the teachers opened up to him the more he let go. He is doing better then expected and loves all.

My son attended the Preschool and we were so happy that when he did attend kindergarten in regular school he did wonderful we feel like the preparations that you provided for us helped us to get through the 1st few few years of elementary or very thankful.

Phenomenal place!! I am a VERY protective mama bear when it comes to my munchkin, but I 1000% know and trust the staff to take good care of not only my baby girl, but all the kids in their care. They are warm, friendly, loving and very professional people who are passionate about the well being of youngsters! I cannot believe this place exists!! It will be bittersweet when my daughter outgrows this place.

I love Scottsdale Child Care and Learning Centers Carefree location. I have three children, ages 10, 8 and 5. We started going to Scottsdale Child Care and Learning Center at Carefree when my 10-year-old was 4. Weve been there ever since. Not only have they taken great care of my children, its also a fantastic learning environment. My children have all been able to read by age 4 1/2 and theyve been beyond prepared for kindergarten once they leave (one is still there in the private kindergarten class, and hes learning so much!). I love the extracurricular opportunities they provide such as Spanish, computer class, dance class and cooking class. The staff is friendly, accommodating and everyone has been there for years. Its not a daycare with high turnover, which is great for the stability of the kids. I love the Christian-based philosophy that has been instilled in my children, and I know that everyone there has the childrens best interests in mind. From a business perspective, I appreciate the flexibility they offer. I never hesitate to recommend Scottsdale Child Care and Learning Center to anyone.

Don’t take your child here if they have any type of learning delay or maybe needs a little extra help than all the other children because they WILL NOT tolerate any bad days for your children. We brought our son here for his first day last Wednesday he is TWO just turned two actually and the first day they said he had a great day just didn’t get the whole nap time cause obviously he wasn’t used to it! Second day rolls around and I get a phone call stating my son is “INCONSOLABLE” so I come to pick him up and he’s up front with all the front office ladies not crying, not throwing a fit just sitting on their lap quietly. That’s when they took my in the office to tell me that “it just wasn’t a good fit for them” that MY SON was too much for them to handle and that he was kicking screaming pulling hair and throwing things. First of all let me tell you he HAS NEVER acted in such a way ever! I get this is a new environment but it’s very hard for me to believe that he was so much trouble they couldn’t get him to calm down. Not only that but I told them “so my son has one good day and one bad day and you guys kick him out for that ? “ She said with a huge smile on her face ya I’m sorry it’s just not going to work out for ya and we wanted to give you the weekend to find someone new.So basically if your child is behind or cranky in any sorts don’t bring your child here because they do not have any tolerance for bad days or TODDLER BEHAVIOR. If you ask me this place is a joke. My son is a loving and nurturing kid never has he acted out in such a manner. These people are careless and LAZY. Do not take your child and waste any money on this facility.

Cassidy and Amy are the best directors. They greet everybody by the name. All teachers are good with kids. The school is very clean. They have a lot of fun activities for kids. I also appreciate breakfast events for parents. My kids had switched four schools before and nothing compares to Scottsdale Child Care. Love them and would recommend to anybody.

My son has been in attendance here for 2 years and has moved up in the rooms and with different teachers. He graduates preschool in a week and I will be SO SAD to be leaving SLC! Ive appreciated the faculty more than they will ever know, the activities both in my childs classrooms as well as extracurricular have been amazing and he has grown so much I am sure from attending here. We highly recommend the school.

Simply wonderful staff, facilities,programs,and learning environment! My wife and I are tough customers when it comes to our children. This Learning Center is top notch. We studied every aspect, from the high tech security features to the outdoor play areas...the staff...the programs...the schedules. We have found no other facility that comes near the high marks of this center. We feel so fortunate to have our son attend here...and he loves it too...that,s a huge plus!

We love Scottsdale Learning Center. My son has been going since he was 9 months old. He is 4 years old now and will attend their Kindergarten. We love how everyone there knows him and can tell us things about him every day. It is like a family. They even offer extra programs that he loves. He is learning Spanish so well from the extra Spanish program and can even say the Spanish alphabet. It is also really nice that when he does not attend, they do not charge for the day. Plus they provide diapers when they are little and all the meals and snacks when they get older. I would recommend this school to anyone looking for a daycare/preschool solution.

Look no further!This is the best daycare that you will ever find!I have 3 kids that have gone to SLC Carefree over a span of 10 years. My youngest is still enrolled. Every teacher and director is truely an angel on earth. They are all so friendly, caring and take excellent care of the kids.We had tried other daycares before coming here when my oldest was born and they dont even compare. When I drop off my kids, I always feel comfortable and can enjoy my day at work, because I know that they are in a very happy and nurturing environment. They have all learned so much while attending this daycare. I ask my 2 year old every day if he had a good day, when I pick him up and he jumps up and says yes everytime. This facility is very clean and has top notch administration. We have never had any problems.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! I took my six year old son in there for summer care. I had a ditsy woman give me a brief, undescriptive tour then her boss (I assumed) listened in on our conversation about registration and helped her fill in the gaps (like I said, ditsy). I told them Im a protective mother and putting him somewhere new makes me uneasy. I took all the paperwork and said Id be back next week with the money. I felt weird when I left but all the parents passing me seemed happy so I thought why not. WELL when I came back, boss lady was like, So-and-so doesnt normally work here and she didnt tell you we dont have anymore openings. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! YOU HELPED HER HAND ME THE PAPERWORK. YOU HEARD IT ALL. Shes lying. I knew I got creepy vibes for a reason. Something is not right in that place... The owner guy even weirded me out, trying to talk to my son and ask him where he lives, goes to school, ect. Trust your gut. I dodged a bullet.
