Everyone is so nice and great with the kids! The staff have been awesome at helping my one year old get used to day care

We love this place! I have 3 children that have each been here over the last 10 years. I keep coming back! My kids learn so much and are definitely prepared for their next venture when they leave here. The staff is so caring and genuinely love your kids as theirs. Any issues are promptly addressed and handled. I trust them wholeheartedly. Lisa has done such a great job over the years and has built a strong family with the staff and parents, we DONT go anywhere else 💜

My daughter has been going there for almost 4 years. Not only are the prices affordable, location is perfect spot but my daughter’s safety and the safety of all the children are the main priority. The teachers are involved with the children and tale the time to assure that each child is where they need to be with learning, social skills and mannerisms. We don’t ever feel like we are just dropping our daughter off at just another daycare, the teachers and director are amazing and feel more of a family setting rather than some ladies watching your children. I want my child to love and enjoy the environment she is in while Learning everything she needs to know to prepare her for kindergarten and the school years ahead of her and here at Valley Child Care & Learning Center is where we feel comfortable knowing our daughter is cared for here.

Valley has been by far the best daycare my kids have gone to. From the director to all the teachers, just loving all around. It truly feels like family.

We visited a lot of daycare programs before picking one. we feel we made the best choice with this one. Our son has been attending there since he was 6 weeks old and is now 11 months. He loves his teachers. they have been so welcoming and comforting. they feel like family.absolutely recommend this place with the highest marks. especially the management staff and the infant room teachers!!

Im the type of person who does a lot of research online before I make a big decision, especially a decision like where my daughter is going to spend most of her time. One of the first things I do is search on google where places are located and then I look at their website, check their rates, then I call the location and ask questions. When I looked at Arizona Child Care Centers, I loved what I found. All of the information I needed was right on their website, and when I called, they gave me the same exact information. Then my daughter and I went in for a tour and she really enjoyed it. The first week she was there was hard but that was because she had never been to daycare before. But after that first week, she loves going. The teachers work with her on potty training and most days she doesnt have any accidents. Everyday when I pick her up she tells me I had a good day. Its also a perfect location for where I work.

My son was only there for maybe a month and a half since day 1 the director was pretty rude and ignorant, not friendly at all. Ever since he started going literally there would always be an incident every week, especially biting... I understand kids will be kids but biting to the point where it would caused broken skin and on sensitive areas (side of stomach & underneath his arm) was not acceptable. I was terrified and was not comfortable at all leaving my son there. Theres been plenty of times I wouldnt notice anything on him until after I would get home. When theyre supposed to inform you and have you sign an incident report I only did that once and because it was the teacher who told me about it! Never again will I be going back to that daycare.

My daughter loves going here, and the staff treat her like she is their own daughter. I would highly recommend this preschool and now care center to anyone. They communication is wonderful and they truly know each and every child and what they do during their time there. From the teacher all the way to office staff you can ask anyone and they will tell you if your child showed good behavior or not.

Please think twice before placing your children into the care of Cactus Daycare. We have had our son in this daycare for 18 months. The first year was amazing. We had no problems and no incidents. Ever since the new director came and our son was moved up to the 1 year old class, things started to come apart. In the past 6 moths our son has been bitten 4 times, and had 3 other incidents. All incidents caused physical bruising and scratches and two of the biting incidents broke the skin and caused scarring that is still visible two months later. All incidents are from a single offender and we were informed by daycare staff that this child has other incidents and attempts at biting on other children. I followed the advice from all the websites and reached out to the director to collaborate on an action plan. For the first 2 biting incidents she had no idea what was going on. When I made her aware of the situation she placed the responsibility of taking care of it on her assistant and ignored the issue. My son was bitten again (3 times in one week). Again I spoke with the director and she was unaware of the details. I went over her head to the Director of operations. Only then did we make a specific plan to provide a safe environment for my son. The operations director ensured me that the director would meet with me to go over the plan. That meeting NEVER occurred and the director continued to ignore the situation. Now I have a 4 biting incident from the same child and the suggestion from the daycare is to move my son (the victim) to a class he isnt ready for rather than deal with the problem. I called the operations director 3 times and she refuses to call me back as well. This daycare and its leadership does not take the safety of our children seriously. Rather than getting to the root of a problem them they try to sweep it under the rug and pacify using empty words rather than action. Since then I have researched their incidents and they have a high number of citations and violations.

A friend recommended me to Arizona Child Care Center a few weeks ago. After touring their day care, my husband and I decided to enroll our toddler the following week. The rates are inexpensive and they place safety & security as their priority. Im glad Ive choose them as my child care center!

My son has been attending Cactus for a little over 5 years now and my daughter over 3 years... prior to deciding on Cactus I visited many daycare centers and pre-schools. I cant say enough about Cactus and the amazing staff. They have not only taught my kiddos so much educationally, but are patient, kind and truly caring to my children and the other kids there ... my kiddos dont cry when I drop them off - they LOVE to see not only their teachers but all the staff. I would absolutely recommend Cactus!

My pre k 5 year old had never been in any type of day care previously. The experience Ive had with this location has been stellar. My son had a difficult time with the transition initially, but the encouragement and love we both received from the staff has been overwhelmingly incredible.

Hands down best daycare ever! My son came here at 2 years old, had speech delays and wasnt fully potty trained yet.. They helped me finish potty training him, and his speech dramatically improved! He is now almost 6 and about to go to kindergarten. Thank you cactus preschool for loving my child like your own and taking such good care of him while I work full time. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my life.

I love the educational approach Cactus preschool applies to there programs. My kids have grown as a result.

Personally, it was a horrible experience. Had my girls in 3 of their daycares and the last stop at the Union Hills site was horrible. The leadership there were biased, unprofessional, & rude. They were found by an independent PhD to be ignoring their own companys policies,confused about the laws regarding mandating reporting and failed to have appropriate professional boundaries. Avoid them at all costs

It is a good place, is open all year around and they have a good communication with the parent. Also I can leave my older kid when he doesnt has school.It is a good place, it is open all year, they have good communication with parents and I can also leave my oldest son when he has no school.
