I stopped by the Dollar Tree at Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd and Hwy 29. I found several items which I wanted and looked for shoe boxes with tops. They were on the top shelf which I couldnt reach. I ask a girl who was stocking shelves to help me. She said that someone was working over there who could help me. I left my buggy and went to the Dollar Tree at Sugarloaf and GA 20. They were out of the shoe boxes, but were very apologetic. They have always been helpful and friendly and I will shop with them. I WILL NOT go back to the other store.

This Dollar Tree was just a pleasure!! Ive been in some DTs and it was like walking into a Made In China wasteland.... Employees that apparently hated their lives and me as well. But this particular Dollar Tree was well maintained and full of super polite employees!! Each one I passed by smiled and spoke. I wish this store was closer to my home because I would definitely be a repeat customer.

Went to get 2 birthday balloons. They had tons of graduation ones ready to go. I was told they dont have any Happy Birthday balloons. Apparently everyone is having birthdays. I just find that hard to believe considering they were still advertising they had them on the wall. Were you too lazy to blow one up or were you really out? Maybe take the ones you are out of off the display so it shows what you have accurately.

Awesome customer service. I think this Dollar Tree needs to be well stocked. They need help doing that. I am not basing my review on well stock shelves. Just keep up the Fantastic customer service!

This place used to be a big mess but it looks like they are finally organizing it. They are not there yet but they started so that is something because for years its just a huge disorganized mess. The customer service (Cashiers) are always friendly.

The store was neat. It was easy to find what I came for. The cashier was very polite. I will shop at this store again.

I came to purchase 2 supplies, I said can I please do cash back, she goes no we don’t do cash back and I don’t have any cash. I said okay. As I’m paying it asks me for cash back I click no based off what she said. Her coworker then comes and says we do cash back but I had already purchased the items. And they were like you already clicked no so. As if it was on me. Then she rambles on how it was the other young woman’s first day. Again, that’s not my problem. When your working somewhere, you ask if you’re not sure about something instead of giving someone a straight no. Then I had to purchase some gum to get my cash back. They were extremely rude and defensive and horrible customer service. Do better dollar tree.

Easy shopping. Love the fact that you can find one almost anywhere!

This is the only place that I can get Suave shampoo and conditioner in the smaller size.

Checkout was fast; store well stocked!

Clean...spacious & not packed on Christmas Eve.

I got 31 cup glasses, and i ask the manager for some empty boxes to take them all, she just said WE DONT HAVE ANY, and she act like if she didnt care about it. I cant belive she said that, when i know this stores haven a hundreds of them. So i had to take them like that.

This store has new managers, who are very unfriendly and seemingly disorganized. Ive been shopping this store since it opened many years ago, and Ive never seen such rude, nasty workers as the ones who are there now! I will stop going to this Sugarloaf store, until the management changes and/or greatly improves!!Ill continue going to the Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd store.

This is my absolute favorite dollar tree! As a broke college student I do a lot of my shopping here and have never had a negative experience ever! The staff is very polite and friendly also!

Very clean....cashier was friendly. There was no crowd nor long lines due to it being New Years day.

We stopped for a bithday card and a few random items. Found everything we needed but one register had a lady with like a 100 items in a shopping cart! I will give them credit, as they did open a second register and it didnt take too long to check out.

Its the same as some dollar stores, messy. I have been to many dollar stores. Others are neater and easier to shop. I dont blame the employees. They are doing the best they can with the mess customers can create.

Worst Dollar Tree around. Always a mess and under staffed. Boxes of inventory litter the aisles everytime i go to this one. Shelves are never stocked. Carpet is the replaceable squares yet always nasty. There is not one area or aisle in the store that is sticker correctly or without obstacles in the floor. They will not call for back up until lines are halfway down the aisles of the store and back up is always slow to respond. Everyone has busy times and that is acceptable, this is not and is always like this. Store is unsanitary and a hazard to get thru. Ladders set up and left here and there. Not handicap friendly at all, can not navigate thru. Corporate really needs to visit and revamp, change management or close. Lawsuit waiting to happen.

I worked here around January 2016 to October2016..... I gave a notice and left for the military October2016.... I can home months later and I had the manager file a LETTER OF REFERENCE for me on August 2018......a week ago 8/19 I applied to a different dollertree location only to be told I was ineligible for rehire....the only time I had a problem at this location was when I was sick and I brought in doctors documention for this period........im so up set because the manager asked me to come back and work for her during that time....so if your sick and you bring in documentation is this grounds for ineligible for rehire, and an outstanding work reference(2018 a years later)?....im confused.... I need a number for the corporate .... As I still have the reference LETTER the manager signed and dated?

This location is small so always very messy, unorganized, and the lines are super long. most of the time they only have 1 cashier which makes it hard to make a quick stop here. When asked when they will get inventory in, they always claim it arrives Friday, but then you come in Sunday/Monday hoping to find the new stock... but sadly the store is still the same. :( Not a good store if you are a DT shopper looking for the stuff that everyone is hauling everywhere

The staff is friendly but they dont have enough cashiers. Also, too many boxes in the aisles and the interior needs refurbishing.

Absolutely terrible. Everyone has terrible attitudes. When checking out no one speaks to you. If they do its full of attitude. I will definitely drive further to go to a dofferent location. I understand people have bad days but i am in here a lot and ot doesnt change. Such a shame

I buy bags of Jaw Busters but at times for 6 weeks or so at a time they are no where to be found. A Chicago native I found it at your Dollar Trees. It had been 40 years since I had any.Now I am in withdraws. help me. Lol

The company not the workers. They have 4 registers with only two open and the line are down the iles. Its like Walmart 100 registers but 2 open. They scan slow and the manager finally strolled through looking greasy walking slow and looking but not helping. Lord knows you cant beat the price but pack lunch and your patience.

A really great store...I always try to get the same lady to check me out after I finish my shopping. Such a great addition to our DOllar tree.

This place was an absolute dumpster. Hardly had any stock on the shelves. The stock they did have, half of it was just thrown around. Wont be coming back to this one.
