Went in to send a package using their FedEx shipping service. I expressly told them I needed the package to be delivered the earliest as possible so I chose the only overnight option & paid for this service. One week later the package has not been delivered. When I called to ask about it, I was left waiting for over 10 minutes while the manager helped other people & when she finally came back, put me in hold for another 5 minutes only to come back & tell me it was MY fault because I didnt arrange for FedEx to come pick up the package when this was NEVER communicated when I dropped off the package. Poor customer service & even worse assistance with issues.

Ive been shopping here for 5 years and they have always had horrible customer service the entire time....UNTIL NOW!Office Depot: You need to have the older gentleman named Joseph perform the customer service training to all of your employees. Hes great!

Joseph was a big help in helping me find items around the store. Very talkative, friendly, and gave me tons of help. What a nice guy!

A.I (think its spelled Allion) and Heaven were amazing. They were very patient with me and even though I asked 20 million questions, they answered all questions with a smile on their face. I did not feel rush. Awesome! Excellent Customer service :)

I am very disappointed in this store, I’ve order from the print section online three times and each time I’ve gotten to the store, my order is not ready. I mean come on The first time is okay but continuously? If you say you are going to have my order ready have it ready!

The worst experience of my entire life today at Office Depot, lawrenceville, Ga. I had bought an office chair at their Lawreenceville Suwannee, Ga about 3 weeks ago. I didn’t open the package. I just didn’t have the need for that. Their return policy is 30 days. Like any other store return I went to the Lawrenceville, Ga store, instead of the Lawrenceville Suwannee store. The employee was very humble and tried to do the return. He needed a manager to approve it. Ms. Linda Ak came to the register and without looking at anything started humiliating asking me in a very mean way why am coming to this store to return when I bought it at the other store. I explained this is closer to my home. But again and again the same sarcastic question why here go there. I will not process this over here. Go to that store you bought it from and have fun returning this. I asked her give me the corporate number. She is go get it from somewhere I will not give you the number. Then finally I called 800 go depot found someone from corporate and explained her that this chair box is very heavy for me to carry again put it in the car trunk and get it out again. I am an 55 year old lady. The company lady wanted to talk with Linda she refused to talk to her. Then finally she agreed to talk with her. The corporate lady insisted that refund be processed. Also gave her the code to use for the refund. Linda manipulated the system somehow and didn’t process the refund. And started bringing the whole store to look at this incident. It was very humiliating situation for me go there I will not help you. She even pushed the chair box in the passage saying just go. I finally took the employee help to get the chair into my trunk. As I was leaving she says have fun returning this again and again like 3 times repeatedly.Most UN behavioral manners of the store manager I have seen in my 55 years of age. I went to the other store and they processed the return in 2 minutes. Worst experience and worst management skills this lady has. She should be trained properly. Office Depot there is lots of competition in today’s world. One is Staples next to you.

The rude manager didnt let me use my two year warranty that I paid a lot for, 300 dollars. He said it was due to them switching warranty policies. However, that should not affect the warranty I paid for, makes no sense. One of the female workers there was no help as well, and had a rude attitude. Never will be going to this office depot again. Customer service lacks, as well as upkeeping warranty policies.

Great store. I had almost thought that the era of office supply stores had completely past. I am glad it hasnt. This location has anything and everything you could need surrounding school life, work life, and even home computing. They also have some awesome computer chairs.

Curbside pickup is lightening fast! My orders are always ready within 15 minutes of ordering. In store is a different story if you’re trying to pick up a print order. I’ve waited on anywhere from 25-35 minutes. To the point I don’t even go in store for print orders anymore.

This Office Depot rocks! They are always so helpful. I go here to get all of my office needs. Customer service is top notch. A special about out to Grace. They were about to close but I needed to help to scan some important documents that were very time sensitive and crucial. She got the job done quickly and really went the extra mile to make sure each document was scanned and labelled correctly. She made a very stressful time for me a great experience. Employees like her is the reason why I love OD!

Went to buy a laptop for school and couldn’t decide which one to get! Ken was super helpful and very kind helped me pick the best one for me!!

They open at 9am according to the signs on the door. Drove here based off online store hours of 8am.

Stood and waited for 15mins and no help when all they had to do was turn power on and off the color printer. Its only one color printer so I suggest you go else where to get better service and more access to printers. Only a older gentlemen tried to help, the 2 other females kept telling me to wait. Will not be back.

Dropped off a drawing for blueprints to be run. Was told 30-40 min. Returned an hour later...no prints. Was told 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I got 3 of 5 copies I ordered but not blueprints they were large format photocopies. 3 because the machine ran out of paper. Associate told me thats why he said it would be 5 minutes when I arrived...apparently he forgot Id been there for 15. Will find somewhere else to get real blueprints run in the future.

One person: JoshuaI came in to ship a book back to Amazon for free, and ended up shopping. Joshua was clearly running the show, walking quickly with purpose everywhere, but with a kindness. I watched him walk another customers plastic desk mat out to his car. I was purchasing an on sale flash drive, and they only had a the previous model. Before i could finish my sentence about the price he began typing in the discount. Its not hard to see great, fast customer service and hard work when it happens in your face.

Good service. Great helpful staff. Merchandise split in multiple spaces made it difficult to find. Several items were it if stock in store and at wearhouse. But the associate helped get it sorted, found it in another store (out of about 14 stores only 2 had it but in extremely limited quantity, 1-3), and had them ship it to me directly.

Purchased a flatbed scanner on-line that would not synce to the computer and tried to return it to the store. Office Depot return policy states that returns may be made to the store, yet the Store Manager refused to honor their policy. Two trips and an hour of time wasted. I used to recommend this store to all my teacher acquaintances but can not now. I have to wait for someone to call me to arrange a pick up. Amazon is looking better and better.

I am an extremely hard person to impress and I almost never write google reviews but I have been into this particular office depot many times and overtime i am impressed with the team there. Jacobo has helped me more than anyone but all of the employees there have the same propensity to serve attitude. I have only talked to the manager Barry once but you can tell the attitude that the other team has comes from a solid leadership team. There are two other members that i would like to mention. Gabby and I think his name is Zach (the guy with the to do list on his forearm. ) Both of them are constantly moving and and asking customers if they can help

Awesome! Customer Sevice amazing! They are always so very helpful when I go there, going out of their way to help when needed. They happily honered my coupons and their online price for the large item I purchased. Way to go Office Depot!

A bit pricey for office supplies in my opinion, but quality is top notch for what youre paying. The staff is polite and very helpful. Be a rewards member and save that cash!

Went in to purchase tax we and stopped to look at computers. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Will definitely consider returning when we are ready to purchase.

Although the people were nice, thats irrelevant when they dont have the correct information to give. I was misinformed on a matter that was time sensitive and was told incorrectly twice. Unfortunately, this is the neighborhood Office Deposit but for certain things Ill definitely be finding another location.

Good service and convenient. They are usually not crowded. They have a very limited selection on some office items you might conside staples. Helpful staff and whey mark it down it is a really good deal.

Not very happy with this store. Was not greeted or offered help. Which I needed. Went to front of store to ask questions. 5 s tree aff members standing around talking with each other. Was told where to find item I was looking for, never found it. I just left them to their discussions. Will not be returning to this location

By far this is potentially the worst experience I’ve received at an Office Depot before. I was very upset with the way the employees here treated my concern. I was placed on hold several times, transferred to lines that didn’t pick up, and was rudely terminated of my call. The reason of my visit was to order a Notary Stamp for the first time. Unfortunately, my order was made incorrectly and was send off to the store instead of my home address which is inconvenient because of the long commute. I was very afraid that my stamp might’ve got lost or sent to the incorrect address so I kept calling. I never got an updated until 7 days later when this young lady, I presume, picked up the phone with a dull attitude making it seem like my questions were annoying and she wanted me off the phone! I never really complain about anything, but if someone else was ordering a notary stamp of such importance, it is NOT okay to put people under all that stress and address them as if they were annoying or bothersome.

Waited for 10 minutes and no service available for 10 minutes. Asked for help and got a tentative maybe. OK store for bulk kind of items if you need any assistance your better off at Wal mart.

Young African American male cashier was distracted with checking his cellphone and looking towards the back of the building today to provide good customer service. After the transaction he hands me the receipt and said, here you go. I looked at him and said youre welcome. He in turn looked back at me with a puzzled look and I said are you going to thank me for spending my money. I left before he could answer.

I had a great experience at my Office Depot today. Great teck support help with my laptop and very friendly atmosphere here.

Service at the copy/printing was terrible! Not only I had to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to ask me if i need something, the quality was not good at all, and beside that the lady who finally arrived I think didnt had a good day at all and I was the one who paid for her bad mood! Her name was Melissa. Terrible Service!!!!!! I went to Staples by Pleasant Hill Road and was awesome! What a difference!!!!!!!! It was worth the drive!

This shop is well stocked and offers a variety of things. You always have to walk around and find someone to help you, but when you find an associate, they know what theyre talking about.

They always seem to be understaffed . Lady in the print and copy section is very nice but she cant handle 5 people on her own she tries very hard to multi task but she can only do so much. If it wasnt for her attitude and work ethic I would rate the store with 1 star.

In the midst of remodeling, and they wouldve been better served closing during the process. Inventory was low, store was noisy with construction, staff was clearly aware that it was a less than ideal situation but didnt appear to care, and on top of it all prices were definitely too high.

Very bad customer service I was looking for a desk for 45 min nobody help me and I was only like 3 customers in the store ! Finally I decided what desk I was about to buy but they told me out of stock and don’t know when can get another one ! Why they display something they can’t sell !I see Thai store gonna be out of business soon !Nobody cares !Bad business!

Would not give any stars if that was an option! The cashier was rude he was in the middle of complaining to another employee when I walked up and he never stopped. He did not want to give me the discounts I was supposed to get and I had to get a manager to get a credit done to fix the problem. They need to council with their employees that they are the face of that company. Very dissatisfied

Went there three times for printing services. Each time unsuccessful copy services customer service. The woman with the worse attitude, Im told she is the supervisor of copy services.I take my service to Lawrenceville Suwannee Rd. 5 star and above customer service. :)Reminder to self - not every body that works with people dont like people. :)
