I have tried contacting them to make a complaint but now that I have made 1 complaint they seem to pass me around and never return my call. My kids have been left at school for over a hr after school gets out and also have been left before school because the bus driver makes her own schedule I assume. I have left work on several accounts just to get my kids picked up.. maybe its time to switch this driver because we have never had this problem until this new driver took over this year

The lack of communication is unbelievable.. every time I call to get answers I literally get told all the time oh I don’t know ..like I people are a joke ..

Update: to even call this a “department” is an overstatement because it implies an “organization” with someone in charge and some level of accountability, but there is none, nothing but chaos. It’s bad enough to have crowded buses during a pandemic, but worse when they don’t even show up to begin with. That’s right folks, imagine students being left at a school for hours after the end of the day with no ride home, no answer as to when that ride is coming for them. Imagine that child being a special needs student, now afraid to even go to school because they’re now afraid they won’t be able to come home. You should be ashamed.

Excellent place which we had the opportunity to continue our training as Attendant for School busses. Clean and well organize

Unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star just to write a review. This organization has absolutely no regard for safety. Children are crammed in these buses with drivers who dont know how to drive. Bus stops are on busy roads and intersections that have no crosswalks or crossing guards for that matter. They do not return your call. You have no voice or opinions when you finally talk to a person. To top that, favoritism is shown towards certain groups. I am blown away that this has been allowed for so long. I believe that the decision makers need to leave there cushy offices and drive during peak hours to see where they let these children wait for buses. Not to mention the hours they have them out in the morning. I am going to saturate social media with this to try and rectify these horrible decisions made. I hope other parents that care about the safety of our children rise and let the school know how dangerous some of these stops are.

Good morning, may our children be safe and secure this new school year! We are having a little situation with the bus transportation on OLD VINELAND RD. & TANGELO DR. There are too many students and the spot for pick up is dark and we have no side walk because is a new complex. I understand we are over populated but I truly believe you can handle the situation. As they said, on the news kids shown be sitting on the floor like my child has and not more than two per sit. Safety starts in the house and our buses are over crowded! Today a kid told my child move and sit on the floor, this can be an issue and start arguments. But, he ignored it. Kids shouldn’t be uncomfortable going to school and start a bad day. Hope you take care of this situation and make our kids feel safe and secure! Placing a bus at the entrance of our new development Vineland Landings will be much easier for our kids and driver! Keep our drivers happy too! Thank you for your attention!

Okay every company is usually overwhelmed by the amount of work. That’s no excuse for a poor attitude and dragging your feet to assign children to a bus route. If you are unhappy at work. It’s simple!!! Find a new job!!! No one should have to deal with such terrible attitudes when it comes to dealing with kids and ther services. Ms Henry at the transportation depot is lazy and has a terrible attitude. Get a new job or suck it up and put on a smile at work. It’s not the parents or kids fault you are miserable. So kids have to stay home until the bus is able to transport them. Does this make sense???

I called this number at 514. They close at 6. Ive been on hold for an hour and ten minutes so far. Considering I called 45 minutes before they closed. They shouldnt of been allowed to leave before getting to my call.i was only number 5 in line. I dont see why no one could answer. Or why it took so long.Its now 625 pm and the animated voice keeps telling me Im number 1 in the que amd keeps saying all reprisentivies are assisting others. Why keep me waiting tell me your closed this is b.s.Update the system ended up hunging up on me.

From the bus driver to the manager have no good service there always late didnt do nothing to correct the problem. What a waste of taxpayer money

The bus system is good. Whats not good is bus 60027, Route 509 in Celebration K-8 School. This bus is old and rusty, has a bad bus driver, and doesnt have AC. The bus driver yells at us if we talk too much, and no AC makes it worse. Ive seen other buses that look good and refined and have AC, so why doesnt this one have AC? And to make it even worse, there are assigned seats, enough said.One of my friends got yelled at by the bus driver because he was complaining, dont you think that something needs to be done and changed?

I cannot give starts to a company that makes children ride the buss STANDING because there are no seats available.I watched the buss drive off with my son standing because there are no seats. How do you think that 3 HS students can sit on a seat build for 2???WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE SYSTEM??? THIS IS SAFETY ISSUE PEOPLE!!!

I absolutely do not like how the bus drivers treats us !!! I also want to know the regulations and rules for the bus ! If bad tempered and very rude was a person it would be my bus driver ! My morning one is a sweetheart but my afternoon bus driver needs a LOT MORE improvement !!!!!!!

Osceola District Schools Transportation Department is an excellent place to work as a bus driver!

Osceola county did noylt just fall out of the sky as a new county last week why do we have such a problem with bus transportation? No child should be on a bus for more than 30 min. An hour and a half is too ling.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I HAD NEVER HAD THIS EXPERIENCE WITH A SCHOOL BUS IN MY LIFE. EVERYTIME I CALL IM 63 in THE LINE WAITING TO SPEAK TO SOMEOENE. My child was waiting at the bus stop for an hour and change and we had to pick her up and hour and a half after school because the bus driver was no where to be found. THEIR IS NO EXCUSE!!!! GET IT TOGETHER
