I enrolled my toddler earlier this year and i 100% recommend this daycare! it checked all the boxes that i was looking for in a daycare: caring staff, camera access, security, technology friendly (reports and communication are uploaded to their app daily). once my daughter got through the first week, she has been very happy going to and coming from daycare and has expanded her vocabulary tremendously! i love that the administration knows all their kids by first name, and they have so many fun activities that get parents involved! they just made this anxious parent feel that my child is safe and happy every time i drop her off!

My first academy has been so great for my daughter. Since the very first day she started everyone knew who I was an who my child was. From day one they addressed her by name. The teachers an staff are very responsive and keep you up to date with everything that goes on. My daughter gets excited to go to school daily. If you looking for a safe an reliable school for your child this place is definitely it!

Im really happy that I have found a safe place in My First Academy. I was so nervous to enroll my daughter but the entire staff here has helped make me, and more importantly my daughter, to feel so secure. After the initial adjustment period of transitioning from her being home with me 24/7 to her being in daycare 24/7, my daughter now gets excited to go every day. That speaks volumes to me. I love how much they do with the kids in terms of their curriculum and just seeing how much my daughter has developed has been so reassuring that this was the best investment I couldve ever made for her. I love being able to check in on the cameras and theyre always very responsive whenever I have any inquiries. I feel at peace knowing my daughter is in good hands. I was very scared to leave my son because he suffers from eplisey however the teachers in his class agreed to meet to listen to our concerns and they are all familiar. It only took my son 10 days to get use to the school routine he loves his school, friends ans teachers. They provide you updates on an app and even access to see them on live camera. Great place!

My son JMir has been home from birth until now, age 3. His first week of school has been amazing. He is so happy to wake up to go to school and love the staff. I am super pleased with the communication of the staff and how clean the environment is. I would recommend anyone to this school.

My big daughter was in My Frist Academy since the 2 years old. Now I have to my little one. They are very clean, responsible and professional and I noted the difference in their behavior. Once both girls started in the School; they are become to be independent very fast. Highly recommend!

Both of my children have attended My First Academy and they are off to such a great start in life. The amount of knowledge they take with them into elementary school is priceless. I will always recommend My First Academy because every Elementary school will tell you that your MFA student is far more than advance!

This is my sons first time ever in a school environment and around kids and he has loved it! His teachers Mrs.Liz and Mrs.Batina are amazing. I’ve noticed a change in him in just a short time. My future kids will definitely be going to my first academy :)

My daughter is 3 years old and has been attending for 3 months now and she is having the best time. She comes home singing songs and has learned so much! She talks about her friends and what she eats so you can tell that she is also having a good time and learning at the same time!

I am not a first time parent but it is always scary leaving your child with strangers. My 1st Academy does an incredible job to make you feel connected and comfortable. The staff are super caring and communicate well about your child. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

I was very nervous about putting my son in daycare. I researched and googled all the day cares in my area and stumbled upon My First Academy. After going on the tour with my husband and son I felt really comfortable about enrolling my son here. It is the best decision I could have made! My son loves to go here during the week. My son just turned two in July and he’s currently learning how to talk and they are potty training him! This daycare has been a lifesaver.

My first son went to My First Academy 5 years ago, and last year when I gave birth to my second son I knew exactly where he would be going. The environment is amazing, the school is clean and the teachers and staff truly care about the children. I could see the progress in my kids within the first few weeks going there. My older son is now in 2nd grade and still has memories from My First Academy, as I am sure will also happen with the baby :-)

Sending my son here was the most AMAZING decision as a first time mom. After giving birth I had to return to work after only 7 weeks, I was so nervous to send my newborn to daycare. My First Academy made this decision so easy and fun! My sons first year of daycare was incredible, they implemented many activities and ways to celebrate holidays. Their communication is ON POINT; I always receive call updates on things I should know, text messages and emails of videos displaying my baby’s milestones!The staff is literally family and they treat my family as such. We’ve enjoyed using the video app to peep in on our baby and we stay up to date on his daily log through their app. After our baby turned one a week ago, we removed him from My First Academy because we needed to adjust some financial things personally. However after our baby’s second day at his new daycare; I called My First Academy to ask if they still had availability for him to return. The Director, Jessica Cosme; was ecstatic to know our son would return and her first question was “is he ok, did anything happen to him?” THEY CARE FOR REAL!They are the most professional, loving and intentional childcare providers. I know some people may feel like it can be “costly” at times maybe however as a family we do not mind paying for this OUTSTANDING service, as you can see we left and came back after one week. They do everything they can to help support you as a parent and your growing baby. I LOVE MY FIRST ACADEMY.

My daughter has only been there for a month at vpk classes and the attention is incredible, the whole team is wonderful, they are aware of their students. My daughter has advanced a lot, in just a month she can see the change, she is more independent, she has learned a lot and the best she enjoys school to the fullest.

My daughter enjoys going to the school and the staff there are very helpful. Makes me feel good to know my little girl is excited to go to school everyday.

For starters my son was never in daycare & never left in the hands to anyone whom arent his family so enrolling him and starting him in VPK was very difficult for me. But my son coming home everyday stating how much he loved his new school, teachers and friends made everything so much easier. Also being able to have access to the cameras to ensure that my son is in great hands brings me so much comfort. Every time I come to drop off or pick up my son I am always greeted with so much respect & love! Also seeing the way the teachers treat the other children bring me so much joy. Our experience at MFA2 has been one to cherish forever. My Family and I highly recommend MFA2. You are greeted every morning and afternoon. Your child is greeted on a first name basis. If your child misses a day and they haven’t heard from you they give you a courtesy call and touch basis with you. The staff is wonderful. Communication is huge, nothing ever goes unsaid. Whether it is a direct message from the teacher through the app or a direct message upon picking up. My son started as a toddler and now is in Early Preschool. He is potty trained and talking so, so much! He is able to put sentences together and have a big boy conversation. We feel that our child is interacted with, he not just being baby sat. My first academy is such a great safe respectful & full of joy school. From the first time my son started in 2018 they made him feel super comfortable!! & he came out learning so much everyday & i am so thankful my friend recommended me this school & now my daughter is going there for her VPK year & ifs still going great & strong!! She is learning so much. I definitely recommend this school 100 percent in their 3 locations Kissimmee off of Fortune road & Kissimmee off of Dyer blvd & their 3rd location in Narcoossee Road in Kissimmee as well. They are expanding for a reason because they are great!!

I enrolled my daughter in My First Academy when she was only 18 months. I spent months searching for the perfect daycare, I knew what I was looking for in a daycare and I was not going to stop until I found it. One day I stumbled upon My First Academy and decided to check it out. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the staff I knew the place was special. They gave me a tour of the facility and showed me where my daughter would be going to. They have the lesson plans for the week posted in the class so we always know what our kids are learning everyday. They also provide a camera service where you can live stream your child’s class which I loved because I can check up on her and what she’s doing. It’s been a year since my daughter has been in My First Academy and it is the greatest decision we’ve made. Throughout the pandemic they have taken the necessary procedures to keep the kids and staff members safe and have given me the peace of mind to leave her there while I work. My daughter has learned so much, she’s made new friends and I know she’s being loved and nurtured while I am working.

I was not going to put my child in VPK since I didn’t want him to get sick or I was worried the school wasn’t taking the proper precautions. I noticed my child was getting bored at home so I decided to take a leap of faith and research preschools around my area. I contacted my first Academy and the parson that answered the phone was super nice and answered any questions we had. We went for a tour of the facilities that same day and made sure that they were taking the proper precautions and that our child would be safe. My child has been enrolled ever since and let me tell you, the teachers are really sweet with the kids, they report any and each incident for example my child is a clumsy, the times he has had a even the slightest scratch they report it, they have you sign the report and they also send the information to the parent application! You can also watch your child on camera which helps when your a anxious parent. While you cannot walk your child in to the school due to Covid, you can safely drop off your child at the front door and a teacher will come open the door for you to drop off. Ms. Kattie has been a wonderful teacher and my son has flourished in this school, they have definitely exceeded my expectations and I recommend the school to any parent. Thank you MFA!

My first Academy is a fantastic school. The entire staff is great. My son is 2 and a half and he is so smart. The teachers at my first academy does an amazing job. Everyday they do activities together, which is very good for kids. It truly amazed me to see the artwork that they did in class each day. Oh, did I mention that he is always happy to go to school which is awesome. Leaving my son at this school gives me a peace of mind because I know that he is in good hands. I highly recommend.

My First Academy is leaps and bounds beyond any other child care facility I have toured in three different cities. They aren’t just your local daycare.I spoke with Ms. Angelica and just by our conversation, I knew My First Academy was going to be our choice. Ms. Angelica gave me all of the information I asked for without reservation and requiring a tour.Their classrooms are CLEAN, ORGANIZED, and small (infants has 4 babies total). There are cameras that I can log into throughout the day, an app that I can communicate directly with the teachers, standardization (uniforms & backpacks), the building is secured at all times, automated system to log children in/out, and an added bonus they offer meals and snacks as part of tuition.As for the ALL OF THE STAFF, they all genuinely care about the children. I feel like the staff acts as an extended family for my daughter. My child has learned so much (Spanish, sign language, social skills, manners, and respect for others).I have cried over the thought of leaving and trying to find another place that would care for my child the way they do. Ms. Angelica understood my concern and offered to contact any child care facility I had in mind to ensure it would be a good fit. As you can see, they aren’t your average facility and I recommend them without any reservations!I WOULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS IF I COULD!

My First Academy is an amazing place. Ever since my son started, they’ve welcomed him with open arms and such care. His teacher Ms Katie Hernandez is wonderful! They care immensely about not only their job but the kids as well. A happy place is a happy home! In the beginning it was hard for my son, Xavier, to adapt to the environment but with the help of these wonderful teacher and their acknowledgment, he was able to process and excel in this program. I’ve seen a great transformation into the person he’s becoming. This institution has helped me tremendously. They’ve been a helpful hand with my son in his education and his manner teachings. Thank you MFA for the many years of service you provided to our family. It is great to know that there is a place that still believes in family values, and shows love to every child, just as they would receive at home. My First Academy goes above and beyond to prepare their students for Kindergarten. Ive had the privilege of receiving some of their students at the school I teach at and am always amazed at their skills coming in. Their writing, knowing sight words, and are doing math skills that arent expected of them when entering. They are normally in my high achieving group.

When I started searching for Academys for my niece, I had a very difficult time finding the right place to put her in. Until I ran into My First Academy! The minute I walked into my First Academy I told my self this is where I want my niece to start growing. The Admin|Staff was super nice, sweet, caring and made my niece feel super comfortable right away. I could not ask for a better daycare then My First Academy my niece learned so much from them and always came home happy. MFA is a great academy and I would recommend it to anyone that wants to see their child grow into a bright future.

If youre a responsible parent and have shared custody... DO NOT enroll your child in this daycare. The owner Maria Dos Santos WILL pick sides, going as far as to accept a court parenting agreement form from the other parent and erroneously trying to interpret it. The saddest part is that this daycare will NOT report a childs obvious injuries to the proper authorities caused by the other parent and going as far as to downplay it and make an erroneous report when forced to.Be aware of this place!!!! specifically when they said The child had a little fall ...then you get the doctors report and it totally contradicts what this daycare says.While the place is extremely clean and the owner comes across as genuine and soft spoken, be aware... Maria Dos Santos will take sides and discriminate against one parent or the other for whatever reasons, yet the saddest thing and what scares me the most is their clear documented willingness to lie, to downplay a childs injury and to simply not report it or have the decency to contact the other parent.This is my experience with this daycare, your child may not be as safe as you think.

If you are looking for a daycare/school for your child I HIGHLY recommend My First ACademy. We absolutely love this school. Their staff and teachers do an exceptional job caring for and teaching all the children. Looking for a daycare for your child can be one of the hardest things to do as a parent. Having to leave your precious angel with complete strangers is terrifying, but from the moment we stepped foot into My First Academy, my wife and I immediately felt like we had know the teachers and staff for years. They understand what you are feeling and communicate with you effectively to help reassure you that you child is safe and being taken care of. In both cases with my children, they both got over being away from Mommy and Daddy WAY before we did and that is a testament to the great teachers and staff at My First Academy.

My nephew came here when he was little and my sister loved it! Now, all of my 3 girls have gone here for VPK and I absolutely love them! From having great security including camaras, Life Chubby app so you can have direct communication with the teacher, tells you what your child did during the day and it even tells you when they were checked in/out! And not to mention staff and teachers! Very loving, very understanding, and always present! I will always recommend them.

My name is Julimar and my son has been going to My First Academy for about 10 months now. At first i was so spectacle and nervous about leaving him there bit let me tell you it was the next decision i could have made. The staff and teachers are amazing and they always make me feel welcomed. They treat my son as if he were their own. He has learned so much since he started. I feel safe everyday leaving him in their hands and very grateful for them. We moved and even though i have to travel the opposite direction from work, not once did i think of putting him somewhere closer.
