Good school overall. I have family members that go there (students.) This school needs improvements, as far as policies, not buildings, but this could be me as I expected a bit more than how theyve handled issues. Its a big school and parking is very limited, which is a challenge. Front staff is PHENOMENAL. They are very polite to both parents and students.

The school its great they have a few strict rules about hair dye and uniforms and enforce etc. I think it good. And over all they do care about the students future plans, and teach how important their future is after they graduate. My daughter was there senior year. We never had any issue that could not be resolved. Her GPA was 1.9 to a high 2.5. I would off wanted higher. But she did it.

I certainly think that Gateway high school made quite an impact in my life! I enjoyed everything about being there. All the programs that the school offers to students from all nationalities. The professors are amazing! They help students a lot. We have a great baseball coach, an incredible theater program, computer classes and a lot Of course other Options. AVID and HoNor programs. There is a variety Of courses, and helpers in all classes just in case that you don’t quite understand English. I certainly recomend Gateway to be your high school option... I loved the place, and I would love to go back in time just to have a second unforgettable time Of course my Life as a high school student 🤤😍. The principal, the teachers, coaches, counselors, office staff, cafeteria staff... everything was unforgettable 💕

I graduated from this gateway in 2013 and its a horrible school the teachers talk down to the students and treat them like criminals. The deans and counselors have poor communication skills especially the deans they sit there and laugh in your face when you talk to them about anybody and they make you look like your the bad person. They spend money on stuff that the school dont need rather than spending it on new learning books and the principal swears that gateway is best school but it aint and from your freshmen year till your senior year you learn nothing but the same crap

Ok so first of all everyone smells and the principal cloned himself 30 times and spread himself throughout the classrooms hes everywhere and you look hes there smiling at you without any teeth theres a gang of small rabbits that hang around the bathrooms and spit on kids no one listens to you and everyone has a sword that they use to clean their teeth which is cool but sometimes i stab my gums with mine over all its been a good couple years but beware the kids bite.

One of the worst high school in Central Florida. The teachers talk down to student which is why some these students are so angry all the time. The principle never gets involve with anything when it comes to problems with parents, students, and staff. It was brought to my attention that no matter how the students scores in class activity/test/homework, the principle Mr. Meadows wants to the teachers to pass the students because they showed up to class. That is ridiculous, he is putting these kids up for failure in the future. All Mr. Meadow cares about is him looking good and that he is running a tight net school when in reality he is terrible. The staff is ghetto and very unfairly! I hate everything about this school and will be moving my daughter to another school.

This school is complete trash please go to any other school than this school its campus is full of trash teachers are completely useless not to mention the guidance counselors are lazy and take there time to change schedules . Teachers give demerits which are also known minor infractions for any reason this is the most extra school . The principal himself swears its the best school in America I laugh at that statement cause its on the list of the worst this school wants to be a good school but with poor management and dumb rules they will never be anything else but a trash high school. I still go to this school but when this school year ends trust me Im out of this school. Osceola county schools in general are underfunded,bad teachers,nasty campuses, and uniform policies that ruin education. Schools in this county should stop worrying so much about uniforms and start worrying about education.

A great school. My son is more disciplined than ever. My son loves the school and the rotc program. Very deticated and proud to be a panther

I went to gateway for two years and it was amazing sure some of the teachers suck but over all its an amazing environment and I really enjoyed it

I hate it, its horrible. Strict af, telling me what to do and what not. And telling me to change my hair no, its my hair u cant tell me what to do with it. Its a no fun school and the teachers are horrible. Get better gateway.

I used to be a student there back in i wanna say 2003. ive long since moved from there. however i want to say that it is one of the worst environments to be educated in. they actually WRITE you up if you dont partake in a fight. they also bid on whoever would win. and STILL write you up even if you did partake. the facilities are filthy and they only cleanup when someone or something big is coming over (such as the job fair). they also basically treat everyone like they are criminals. you cant even make a sound without getting hit by the teachers (which last i checked was outlawed ACROSS the united states.) this school is not suitable for ANYONE.

A terrible High School.Had a racist IB counselor who wouldnt let people with Spanish last names take Spanish because it didnt meet foreign language requirements. He left and was replaced by a better one.Also, the sports director only cared about the pitiful football team. Swimmers and Cross Country runners were makin it to state but all he wanted to talk about was the one touch down the football players made.The band director had zero control over the other students, permitting bullying and sexism among students. Better to go to OCSA or St. Cloud.The deans were also prejudice. They would let athletic and IB students break the rules but hand out detentions left-and-right to everyone else.The entire school is built like a prison complex with fences every where and deans constantly patrolling.Lastly, uniforms are a dumb idea. Dressing like you work at McDonalds or Best Buy for minimum wage is not professional dress. It aint to hide gang regalia cause they got tattoos and shoes for that.

It is worst place in district. They played dirty song during volleyball game but according to officials they do not have equipment to play National anthem. Done with this trashy political driving agenda

Its alright its not exactly the school you see in the movies but its good enough dont pay attention to the 1 star reviews its not that bad the worst part of gateway is that theres a collaborative idea that the school sucks so nobody tries to make it better

Horrible. Your allow to dye your hair to any color. BUT the lady told me your not allow to have your hair dye. Its mine hair, I can do whatever I want to. Your not my parent.
