In my opinion, It depends on the persons experience or view point. My experience was different from others, on the one hand, i had great memories and made some friends, but on the other hand i noticed alot of this about the school that doesnt seem fair. For example, I feel that some of the staff is prejudice toward the students who dont go to the church or help around the school. But every persons experience is different.

Horrible experience with these people. Its been years ago now. But...Every time I drive by this place, I remember.... Not sure I want to leave the details here so publicly. Suffice it to say that expelling my kids so close to the end of the school year while our family was in such turmoil only served to demonstrate the absolute apathy our faith can enforce when we feel we have the right to judge others. Your actions caused a huge imposition to me and my family and only added to our difficulties. This is the lasting mark your school left on us. Thankfully God redeems all things. To those thinking of going to this school, it may work out fine. It just didnt for me and my kids.

I dont understand some of the negative comments on here but our experience has been excellent. The staff has been completely accessible and attentive to any concerns or needs involving our children. They love the positive/Christian based environment. Highly recommend it.👍

Love this school! Grew up here with this family and went on to Southeastern University and studied higher education. Without the staff and faculty I would not be the person I am today!

My daughter is happy & full of joy attending school at COLCA. She attended 4th grade & now 6th grade. The drive to & from school is appx 45 minutes so I changed her for 5th grade & I regretted that decision. She use to hate waking up to go to her prior school; literally she was sad & would cry.COLCA staff & teachers show love and are caring to the students needs. My daughter loves God, her teachers & her friends!

They are the best. I put my child in that school and he started to do better than the other schools. They are so awesome.

They dont deserve a star. I had boys go here august 13 2018, my kids would tell me they didnt want to go back, this hurt me coming from a so called christian school, they are a business not a minisrty, they are far from God, minor issues accured, the principal threatened one of my kids that they were going to throw them out because they dont kn how to redirect.then a week later the principal said yeah, we are going to withdraw your kids today right when i walk into the office unexpectly, this shocked me and hurt me.they were trying to find ways to kick my kids out because i didnt fit critirea. she said oh and the money you paid for the whole year, yeah, your not going to get that back she then showed me a sheet of paper with all the prices for registration and fees and she said look honey you barely paid anything, you are one of the lucky ones, your kids have a scholarship, like my money flush down the drain, then i ask what about the uniforms i paid and i never recieved. They have 25 + kids in each class, they have 2 abandon trailers they dont want to fix. Dismissal is the worst, they make you park anywhere and you have to walk to ur childs classroom and pick them up rain or shine, this is the first school who i have seen do this, they are not orgainized, then one wednesday i forgot it is early dismissal day so i come at 3pm and no one is outside no kids no parents the lights are off in the classroom i freak out, i call the office no answer, it was raining by the way and i have my 4yr daugjter sleeping and my 5 month old baby with me daily can u imagine, i walk into the office and no one was there i ring the bell and i say where are my kids and they said um innn tha aftercare, like i knew, i mean no one called me, you would expect them to call and say hey i have ur kids in aftercare, my kids never went to aftercare we dont even know what that is, my kids road the bus or i always picked them up in other schools, so they said um its in ur hand book hello this is my first yr here, we are new. then i said where are they and they said over in the chur h area like i knew where that was i dont attend service there.We were bullied by the teachers and principal, i dont understand how parents deal with the staff, they are not loving, and my kids did not feel loved or wanted. My son told me a boy was crying because he didnt have his lunch, if you dont kn, they have resturants that come to the school, if you dont have money to buy or you dont have ur lunch you dont eat. They DO NOT HAVE A NURSE. My husband called the principal and confronted her and she said this will be the last place you share your comments!i dont recommend this school, its a nightmare if you do go, this place is a joke, the principal threw my kids out, they only lasted 1 month. Dont waste your time and money!
