We found Zenith though this whole situation with virtual learning. From the get go, they helped me feel calm and that the situation was manageable. We really love our Learning Coach, Ginny, she and my son hit it off from the beginning. Super thankful to have found Zenith!

Do not work for this company or let your kids participate in the after school program . All of them are very unprofessional, they lie to you this whole company is a scam!

My kid has been attending Zenith since 2 years. I am absolutely satisfied with the experience. Friendly staff, make improvements/changes based on feedback. They have a good curriculum of activities. Glad to have their services on school premises.

Be careful! They are liars and thieves. They have no problem charging you for services not provided. If you ask for a refund, they literally told me, Sorry, we already spent the money so theres nothing left to refund.I signed a contract with Zenith last month, enrolling my daughter in after-school care for this August. I asked written questions about the contract as I was signing, including about the fee schedule. I was okay with being charged an enrollment fee during the sign-up, but was confused that Zenith deducted August 2019s tuition in May. There was never an answer to my questions. But whatever, at least my daughter had after-school care, right?A couple of weeks later, Zenith sent out an email disparaging my daughters school for revoking their contract with them. In that email, they stated that those who already enrolled may be subject to a refund. Indeed, the contract I signed with Zenith even stated that they prorate tuition if it is not completed. I emailed Zenith directly and asked about a refund. They literally said, Sorry, we spent all of the funds so there is nothing left to refund. Instead, they want me to pursue my daughters school for the refund.1. My contract is not with the school, it was with Zenith.2. Zenith withdrew the funds.I have already filed a BBB complaint. I want everyone to know that this non-profit only cares about your money; not your kids learning or being your partner. They want your money up front and have no intention of giving it back when they fail to provide the tutoring and care to your child.

We love our that our kids school uses this great afterschool program. Its a great stress relief for me to know they are safe and having fun and still learning after schoo .

Zenith, in my opinion, has committed services fraud. They took my funds without a signed contract with Harmony. They will not be providing services and refuse to refund my money. They may have had a verbal agreement with Harmony, if so they should be trying to recoup their losses from them and not me. I am speaking with an attorney, my credit card company, and the BBB....do not use this group.

I love that Zenith Premier provides quality after school programs for students.

Me as a parent of 3 kids attending Zenith learning, I must say that the new curriculum is great . My kids love doing all the arts and crafts an educational games. My kids do not like being picked up early . The employees are very polite and treat the kids amazing. If your school offers Zenith after school program I recommend you look into enrolling your children, if you need after school care . It is very affordable and a must ! Thankyou Zenith forndoing what you do !

My wife would tell me picking up our son the teacher would always be on her phone and not pay attention to him being called to go. I picked up last week February 6 and saw that teacher on the phone outside while there was caos inside and with her class. Glad she is not the 3rd grade teacher anymore, but the first graders need an attentive teacher. Public records show the teacher is also a felon with crime. Not good. Just want to warn parents if they are considering Zenith as an after school program. My daughter was left unattended for 50 minutes yesterday because Zenith forgot to send someone to get her from the designated location. There are no signs of where your child is supposed to be picked up from, they do not answer the phone or respond to emails. When I went to pick my daughter up, which I add took about 40 minutes because no one knew where Zenith was holding their after school program-- anyway, when I went to pick her up, they did not ask me who I was or even ask my name. What kind of safety is this? I have never come across such a terrible, unorganized after school program. Beware!

The Zenith program is great. My sister is enrolled and it is super helpful with homework and they do a ton of activities!

They had much better operation than pervious years, but the school decided to not work with them. Ridiculous decision!!!

We take an admission for our son and we had very bad experience with zeinth learning programe.when we were picking after programe my son always was too thristy and we keep observing this for 1 week and we also observe his behavior changes. this programe is not at all good for small kids age like 4 -10 years.

My kids attended the one in Harmony Katy. No structure, the ONLY helpful person was the YOUNGEST teacher there Ms. Carla. Will not be returning.

This after school program is nothing but a Day/Evening Child Care, please dont be fooled. I never seen any academics going on the times I was able to take a peek at the activities (DFW Area). FYI

No structure whatsoever! Nobody knows what they are doing..impossible to contact someone during pick up(on several occasions!!)..they drag their feet to get back with you with problems from payment to issues with homework help!..Since when kicking balls and running around is considered STEM based activity..are you kidding me??$250/month tag is little too hard to swallow.so done with them!
