I called inquiring availability for my daughter and the woman who answered the phone was very rude and seemed a bit overwhelmed. She huffed and puffed before placing me on hold and proceeded to hang up! I called back multiple times and she refused to answer. Definitely a no for me!

My grandson just started at this daycare. And so far so good. But I think whoever responds to the reviews could handle them better. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. The professional thing to do is just say that youre sorry they feel that way and if they would like to discuss it further they should give you a call. To go in detail of the issues is unprofessional and not a good look for the daycare.

Clean facility and the lady who works in the toddler room has been there for awhile. Management is very unprofessional and impersonal. My son attended this daycare for over a year, his care ended and instead of them planning his departure they just sent a voicemail explaining that he could not come back to the facility. They are informed weeks prior if a child care is ending soon (but I was unaware). I will not recommend this facility due to problems not being solved efficiently and communication skills are at a minimum. Truly believe they need a new director and better management.

They are wonderful, my two year old girl loves going to school everyday and my one year old son is always happy. My wife loves their camera services that allow you to check in on your children whenever you want.The hours are great, especially the after hour arrangement for when my wife and I have to work late. Plus they are very competitively priced, worthy every penny. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Im looking for a daycare now and this will not be one of them... I see a lot of complaints and a lot of people liking those complaints. They dont even respond to those who are hurt by what has happen at the daycare. NopeI’m confused to how this is a fake comment. Do you not see your reviews. I use to live up the street but moved. When looking for daycares that best suites my child, I always look at reviews. When you don’t fix issues that parents have concerning there own child that becomes a problem. Honestly, I did not enroll my child because of the reviews. Y’all should probably think about fixing them.

New Addition Child Care is really a very awesome and suitable place for kids. My Friends kids are there and He always admire there services. I would love to recommend it very very very much.

Totally not recommended,, I picked my daughter up from this daycare, and she was asleep. Shes a great sleeper, so I wasnt surprised. When I got her up out of her crib, her diaper was totally full... like the way it is in the morning after sleeping all night... So I changed her. Im 99% sure that at 5:40pm, she was wearing the same diaper I dropped her off in at 8:40am.

Don’t bring your kids here please, the manager is so rude and up normal, she make quarrels all the time and when I told her I will give the daycare a bad review, she threatened me by using police and lawyers in order to cover on her fail.I have the right to rate this place and let people know the truth!I will use the threaten email as an evidence, you cant shut the people mouth, work on your self first and you will get a good reviews!

I red some reviews on them, and saw some bad things written, Anyway we wanted our kid to be well taken care of. So I made an appointment and drove there so I can check things out. This nice lady took me throughout the whole facility and introduced me to all personnel that was there at that time. I was very pleased and finally decided to send my kid there. My son Brian never complains about anything, he integrated very well in to the class. All is going well. I really recommend them as your kid`s All Day Childcare.

I am a single parent who works for FEMA, I travel with my little one and we have been to many different day cares in several states and New Additions is by far the best. My son has been here for 8 months and I absolutely love it. The care and support my three year old gets here is top notch. The staff is professional and courteous. His therapists were able to stop in whenever they needed to see him to provide services. I have noticed a tremendous difference in him since he started here. At his previous daycare one of the workers told me in secret that because he had autism he was just sat in front of the TV all day. At New Additions this was not the case my son was welcomed with opened arms and engaged in all class and outdoor activities. I received updates on his progress and an honest assessment of how he was developing. Every time I picked him up he was fed, clean, had a fresh pull up on and was ready to go.Unfortunately, we have to leave New Additions because my darling son has been accepted into a program at the Alief school district that specifically works with kids with autism and this daycare is located in HISD. The staff was very sad to see us leave and wished us well. If he isnt enrolled in summer school I will be bringing him back for child care during the summer months.I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a caring, supportive daycare experience for your little one.

I recently was informed by my child that the daycare (New Addition Childcare) allowed another student to punch her in the back yesterday, no one informed me so I called the childcare and Scott stated that didn’t no one punch my child but also said that my child hit another child first? Which is weird if no one punched her 🤔. My child also told me for snack time my child was given spoiled milk. She also stated that for a staff member birthday that everyone was given out cupcakes but she wasn’t handed one. I have called up to this Childcare on many different occasions and nothing has changed. I called and even came up to Childcare to see why homework my daughter homework wasn’t getting done and all you get is excuses on top of excuses, I even spoke with my daughter teacher and nothing has changed. Director Scott is beyond unprofessional and very rude. Due to an review that was made on Google, she reached out to my mother and informed her of what was said and etc. I called to speak with an Director and the staff members to hangs up the phone in my face. Today, I called to asked questions yet again I was overtalked by Scott and she stated that my Childcare ended which was also a lie; my child has been in childcare since she was 1 year old and I never experienced a childcare like this. I wouldn’t even recommend this daycare to my dog.

Do not. I repeat. DO NOT even think about bringing your kid here. Long story short- 1. my son has never had the stomach flu in his life, (he’s 18 months old). He got it from this daycare. He is still puking... for a week now he’s been puking. They did not and DO NOT take care of MY SON. He was fine when I dropped him off at the daycare the day after he had no symptoms of the stomach flu after being in my care but now he is way worse.2. The teacher that was watching him, the small Mexican lady, told me that there are too many kids for her to keep an eye on EVERY kid. My son never got the attention he needs. I don’t understand how people enroll their kids here.3. Daycare director told the daycare teacher to not tell me what is going on in the classroom. Just take my word for it, she is very unintelligent and should not be allowed to run a daycare facility.Don’t bring your kids here. If you truly care about your baby, don’t bring them here.

I just recently removed my child from this daycare. The director called me while I was at work to tell me that my 1 year, who is always happy and who everyone adores, to tell me that he has been angry lately.... and had no REAL information. Just that he cries and wants to be held. REALLY!?...oh, and that he knocked his bottle over... ok, hes ONE! How could you call a child angry who hasnt developed his own character yet!? You need to do your research about 1 year olds before you call with some bogus assumptions! When I asked the two teachers about it, they said it wasnt true and had nothing but good things to say about my child. The next morning, the director yelled to me, Well hes not the ONLY child in here!... while we were discussing his so - called angry situation. Smh.Also, the director, nor her daughter knows how to communicate with parents. They act as if they have a stick up their butt and dont know how to be sincere. I referred a co worker there, because she wanted to try it out for her two kids. After the conversation she had about an inquiry, she changed her mind! She said there was NO WAY she would take her children there! Also, there was a time when the daughter got up and yelled at the older kids because they were playing with the toys in the lobby while waiting on the bus! Gave them a whole break down about whos going to clean this up when you leave, put that back, etc. Well WHAT do you have the toys sitting there for if you dont want the kids playing with them! He loves his new daycare, and I can tell the difference. Hes always his happy self when I pick him up. Im glad I got him away from that NEGATIVE and COLD environment!

A++++ Services. Awesome. I have recommended this to my cousins and relatives in USA. They sent their kids to NewAddition. They Loved it. Their Kids reports were awesome. I would recommend it to every one. I dont know why some people are saying it is bad, our kids are not working good there. Dull kids are DULL on any place. dont blame an institute for it

Want to say thank you to management and the teachers for taking good care of my granddaughter. I was worried taking her to a place that shes not familiar with but seeing how she interact with her morning teacher made me feel confident that shes in good hands, right now Im having financial difficulties, but as soon as that change, shes coming back. My child has never attended to this daycare and Im BLESSSED! I was looking for a daycare and because of the reviews, I decided to check it out. I called prior to driving to the facility and confirmed their hours of tours and they told me anytime before 6:30pm. As I was pulling into the parking lot, I was a little frightened due to the fact that in the front of the plaza there was a group of young males loitering that seriously looked like they were selling drugs. I thought about turning around but decided to at least check it out since I drove about 15 minutes. It was about 5 mins past 6pm when I arrived and when I went to the door it was locked and there was no one in the front desk. I could see inside and it looked like all the lights were off. As I was walking away a tall gentleman approached me and asked if I was picking up a child and I told him no, that I was wanting a tour and explained the hours they told me. He knocked on another door that was on the side of the building and a short african american woman opened the door. At that moment my 3 year old was saying he needed to use the restroom (of course) The woman said that those are their hours but because it was dark now she couldnt let me in. Why do they even say they have hours then? just say not after dark! I was frustrated at this time because I had driven a distance, in a hurry, trying to get there in time so they could deny the tour. I told the woman that it was fine and Id come back another time. My son is btw still insisting about the restroom and I asked her if he could use it. She said no because she did not know us. Im 50 about 100lbs... really? but I understood that it is her responsibility to make sure all her kids are safe. I started towards my car and had to hide and pee in the parking lot by my car that was parked by a swimming class because he couldnt hold it. He then saw the kids in the pool and wanted to see them. So we went inside and I see the lady that opened the door coming inside this business telling the front desk girls that I had knocked on her door looking for bathroom and to not let us use it either. I was upset at this time and told her that I how could she be so rude to new customers that were considering this daycare and he response was you dont need to leave him here I was appalled and told her how could someone like yourself work there and she said I dont work it, I own it I told her that was great and goodnight. She walked away mumbling under her breath... I was shocked but felt blessed to have met her.She owns it? Imagine her staff! I would never ever bring any kid I know here. HORRIBLE!!

Almost brought my kids here until i saw the horrible reviews and funny part is look how rudely the owner replies to you the parent! imagine how they treat Your kids!!!! stay away ...
