Absolutely LOVE this childcare center. The Teachings Are Very Affective My Son Comes Home Everyday Telling Me About Everything They Learned For The Day, He Has So Much Fun. Thank U Guys So Much For Making My Baby Have Such A Favorable Memorable Place To Come To While I’m At Work

I really like the teachers here, they always seem to be in a great mood. Whenever my child leaves something behind they always seem to pick it up responsibly. They do cute little celebrations inside the daycare whenever their is a holiday, and my kid loves it! I love the effort the staff show and feel like I really found a great place for the long haul.

My child has developed a nice relationship with her teacher. It is great to know her caregiver has her trust. With the professionalism and standards they have set, I had to tell my girlfriends to give this daycare a try and they have thanked me!

My daughter has been going to this daycare and she has never been more happy. The staff is great. They are constantly doing different activities with the kids. It’s clean, well kept, and maintained. I highly recommend this daycare.

My son is a very active child, so he has to have a lot to do so he doesnt get bored. This is first daycare that we have been at that he hasnt complained about having nothing to do. Its such a relief cause I want to make sure he is in a daycare that he enjoys!

I dont have a kid that goes here but just watched one of their vans full of kids pull out on to a 45 mph feeder road right in front of a lot of fast moving traffic. Sucks you gotta wait a minute for traffic, but do so every time. Especially with other peoples children that they are paying you to take care of and protect.

This place is horrible, I have never seen so much negligence in my life. My wife and I had enrolled our daughter into this daycare earlier this year and at first things seemed fine until the daycare started making too many careless mistakes. Our daughter came home with a knot on her head but no one knew anything. She came home one day and had bleach all over her clothes, once again no one knew anything. My daughter has come home with another toddlers cup and pacifier. Not to mention she was always getting sick because this daycare doesnt know how to send sick children home or keep their facility cleaned like they are suppose to. I had called several times to speak to the director but he never once got back to me which was unacceptable. After all of these things happened I knew my daughter was never going back to that place. The final straw was when she came home in another childs shirt. Do not send your kids to this daycare because they do not watch them as they should and also they dont teach them anything either, all my child did was watch cartoons on netflix. The people here are not passionate about helping kids learn and grow, they are just looking for a paycheck.

I enrolled my 2 year old here and my husband and I love it my daughter is happy all the time. She is learning so much the price is affordable as well, I highly recommend this child care center, everyone works together as a team they treat your child like their own child I know she is getting the best love and care here.

This daycare has a warm environment for children. My child is always excited to tell me about her day there, and she lets all of her energy out so it is easy to put her to sleep at the end of the day. The staff are friendly and communicate well which is very important to me as a parent. Recommend highly!

My son loves Kidz Rocket and has learned so much from his time spent there. He loves the school, the teachers and all his friends.The teachers are genuinely caring and have always provided me with great and positive feedback. The owners are great and are there almost everyday leading the teachers and kids in awesome learning activities. Ive seen a huge progression in my son since he has attended this daycare!

I love kids Rockets daycare! My grand daughter has been last two years. All the staff are friendly, helpful & loving like a family!

Horrible daycare for infants. Teachers never know what is going on with your child when there is an issue. They have no joy in taking care of kids, it is obvious they are just sticking your kids in a room in front of a TV. The only person there that tried to communicate with us as best as she could was Batonya. My child was always sick and had bleach on her clothes and no one could provide any answers because they didnt know as usual. My child is now enrolled at another daycare and have not been sick since she left here. They would always give her milk when I clearly told them she couldnt have it. They would put milk in her cup and it would still be in there when I pick her up. Parents with infants/toddlers stay far away from this place. This is definitely just an after school type facility.

My child went here I recently took her out because we moved but I am actually looking for places closer to Kidz Rocket again because she loved all the kids and teachers there!!

My son and daughter recently joined this daycare and it’s the best decsion I ever made for them. They are so happy here and the staff is great with kids.two thumbs up for Kidz Rocket.

I just really wanted to thank the director here Aisha for handling my concerns! I am a very concerned mom who feels the need to know how my chid is doing. She shared with me the feeding times and what exactly she eats, as well as all of the activities that they do thru the day. she reassured me about my child which made me feel much more at ease!

My 15 month old attended this daycare for a couple of months and I had to pull him out asap. These people do not know how to care for infants/toddlers. The staff members are pretty much young careless females that obviously have never cared for children in their lives. They lack basic communication skills which is extremely annoying! My child was sick every single day being there because the rooms were freezing and they dont clean the children properly. The managers act like theyre concerned when you voice opinions to them but nothing is ever done. I wouldnt recommend enrolling your kids here unless theyre older (3-5) and can speak for themselves.

My son went to kidz Rocket for awhile until my job changed my hours and I had to find another daycare with extended hours. I miss this place. I went to another daycare and my child hates it. So now I’m looking for something else smh.PARENTS I STRONGLY RECOMMEND KIDZ ROCKET. BEST PLACE BY FAR!

Communication has been wonderful!I always have problem on what my child is doing . We moved from Dallas and he went to kids r kids . I love the affordable priceAlso owners are superb always there and very involved . Thank you kids Rocket staff !

Poor management, never help kids with homework. Not open on Saturday. Manager-Nancy is very rude and unskilled, no respect to parents. Don’t waste your money here, go somewhere else.

Both my kids love going here. I am very pleased that they always have time to talk when I pick my kids up. I have one infant and one schooler. My infant is always happy when she sees her teacher in the morning and my schooler gets mad if i pick him up early. Also they always have things going on such as face painting and parties for the kids which makes me happy because not all daycares spend and do extras for their kids.

Looked around this area for a daycare, found Kidz Rocket. I was so scared to leave my 3 month old there with strangers. I hated it. I really didnt like how the infant room is the SAME room as the toddler room. My baby was in a crib where an toddler can easily walk over and grab/touch/cough on him. I didnt like that. Another thing is their cribs look like they havent been cleaned and they say they wash the sheet every friday. What if the kid poops and it seeps out on Monday?? Do they keep the sheet until friday? I made sure to bring my own blankets for my baby to lay on. Anything I addressed they would try to make it better, I will admit that. I picked up my baby a couple of times and he had dried up boogers. How long does it take to get a wipe and clean it. One of the teachers actually has a toddler of her own and they just let her walk around everywhere. That is not ok. I know she goes and messes with the babies. I really didnt like that. Overall, my baby came out of there alright. I thank God.

So far my kid has been going here for almost a year, Ive seen all the day cares around and honestly its the most cleanest one. My daughter has alot of fun here and doesnt come home with any rashes like the other day cares iv dealt with.One thing i dont like about it is that they dont accept credit card payments so i have to get money orders or cash. wish they do something about that it becomes a inconvenience sometimes. Overall I really am satisfied since my daughter comes home happy,clean and smelling good.:).

My son went to the beechnut facility and loved it. Had no problems with his behavior or eating and he seemed to like to go. Then when that facility closed and he had to go to the 2nd facility on westheimer things changed. They tried to change the rate I paid,and when I wanted to enroll my second child back that price seemed to have changed also. My son no longer wanted to go and cried every time I dropped him off. Then to top it off he lost 3lbs in the 2 months he was at the westheimer facility. I had to ask them to monitor his food intake and let me know what was going on. They they tell me hes not eating lunch or dinner,just only his snagsnack. So my child was going 5 days a week for 2 months not eating adequately. He hasnt returned since.

I its very bad they lost my son jacket and my son cry all the time the teachers were careless
