Very nice print shop! 11c for black and white, 70c for color, open on Sunday’s too!

Make sure to not refuse any help Bc other wise they’re going to profile you and assume you’re stealing. All I was looking for was a printer and they didn’t even have any of the ones on display. After they stared at us and kept bothering us if we need help we accept and they weren’t even any help anyways. After you leave make sure to drive away ASAP because if you don’t they’re going to stalk you to your car and walk around it inside the public parking lot pretending to collect carts. They continued to walk around my car and they even called security and kept staring. Like dawg what am I gonna steal? Some staples? It’s a failing office supply store it’s not that serious. Never have a felt so harrassed lol. The entitlement of fremont staples just 🤯.

Its a Staples, its exactly what youd expect from any other chain.Theres a USPS inside and the selection of goods is sufficient for most office needs.I come here for one reason and one reason only. To recycle printer cartridges and to buy more printer cartridges to appease the Printer gods desire to waste more ink.

The first time i visit Staples. The brand that we called staples for staple. I just know and realize that. Great place.

I am using this staples for last about 12-13 years. I like this place. They still maintain same setups.

We wanted to print in this store. The computer and printer were super slow. Eventually, the printer gave me a printed page, which was half black. The lady working there was not willing to help.

Print & supply associate Bobbie Is very rudeI had a really bad experience at this Staples today (12/17) at the Printing service. I went to make copies there today around 7:30. The printing machine I was using stopped working while i was using it so I asked the lady (middle aged) who was working in that section ( Bobby) for help. She rudely approached me and asked “What” and I said the machine is not working. She went over and shut off the entire machine. I asked her for the receipt and she ignored me and walked away. I continued to wait as I had more copies to make. I went over to another machine which also wasnt working, and the one printer had sign which said out of service. I asked her if there is any other machine I can use and she looked at me and walked away. She continued to ignore me for 10 min and then called her supervisor. The supervisor came and I told him the machine i used was asking for store associate approval and she ignored me. He tried to manually print the paper and she started yelling from the back saying I already restarted the printer and walked around furiously and beating the machine like I did something wrong. I asked the supervisor if there is any other printer I can use and he asked her if all the printers are down. She barged out of the station, yelling, “no one said anything to me,” and shut off all the machine. Then she said if you really want the receipt come back tomorrow, I don’t want to do it today. As a supervisor, he did not do anything and the lady was just being rude for no reason. If she was having a bad day, it should not be taken out on customers (either the store manager should give her some days off to get herself together or she should see a doctor for her uncontrollable anger issues). There was no need for her to yell at me for asking for help because the machine was showing “store associate assistance”. After all she is not there for charity work, she is getting paid as a sales associate to help customers. Maybe she should be refreshed on her job duties. This is not a proper behavior and customer service representation for Staples. Also to wear a mask at all time esp during this COVID period.

This is my new go-to office supply store. I was greeted when I walked in and several employees helped me to find everything I needed. They recently reorganized parts of the store and helped me navigate the changes. One employee even helped me to find a deal on shipping materials. Short lines and great customer service. I’ll definitely be going back.

Vendors will have you scammed! Charging and adding stuff to your bill without notice you previously!

The best in class service during this corona times as well. If you have some home or office items, I would recommend checking this store once.

This is one of the best stores I have ever been to in California. The store manager was very helpful, friendly and even the store associate Mukund, Print & supply associate Bobbie too. I live in East coast where we do have more office depot stores compared with staples and I really had a pleasant experience over here keep it up you guys are awesome.

Store can be seen from the road, and it is easily accessible, whenever I visited there used to be plenty parking available. The store is nicely organised and has several services available on top of the sale. The store representative esp. Harman is very kind and helpful, understands the problem and very knowledgeable as well as willing to help.

Store has declined in overall service on the sales floor. This could be due to budget constraints. There wasnt any assistance offered. I did find what I needed, the store is neat and organized. The cashier was fast and friendly.

Tall guy that works the computer section is awesome! Knows his stuff and is very patient and understanding. A laptop I was looking for was not in stock but he helped me get a better one shipped out to me. Very much appreciated. Definitely worth the drive.

Was able to go to the self serve printing kiosk and print something for work. 11c for 1 sheet black and white. It does hold $5 on your card temporarily. But very fast and no fuss.

Need office supplies? This is the store for you. Large variety of items, especially paper products. You can also get office furniture, printers, and computers here. Should you is a different question. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Found a great office chair for my home office on sale. It was marked up a little bit on the back, but my hubby was able to get it all off.

Ive been there a few times and I have been given good service. Theres not a Staples nearby me so I have to go down to Fremont - and only because they mailed me a coupon. The prices are average. Watch for wrong prices labeled on products.

The store has the usual setup making it easy to find what you need. I could NOT give them my money after they tried to bait and switch me on a 2 terabyte hard drive they so called had for sale. I didnt leave the east coast to get scammed in California... Do yourself a favor and walk away if they try the same.

Dropped by Staples @ Fremont hub after grocery shopping since $200 Master giftcard was on sale. A female staff was really unfriendly and rude. She told me the GC was out of stock without even checking then called the store manager right away when I questioned her there were still GC in the back when my friend just purchased it a few minutes ago. I hope she is not racist since she is also colored). Store manager and the other male staff were friendly. The manager told me they were facing delayed on delivery. I told the manager that I totally understood and that is fine, I could come back next time if the GC is OOS, but she found one for me at the end...Wish the staffs stay healthy and safe during this difficult situation.

It is fine for the needed supplies to get the job done. Don’t shop too often but it does have what I need immediately available.

Although the store usualky has the office supplies I need. I found myself being followed by the female supervisor. I took my shopping bag with me and I started seeing her on every single aisle I went to. Instead of providing customer service to people, she is looking for people who goes inside the store with backpacks and shopping bags.

I was looking for a paper pad with a one week layout for meal planning. One of the employees was not very helpful. I tried several ways to explain to her, what I needed, but she was not understanding. I explained that it had been on an end cap, before. Finally, I asked her where the stationery was. She didnt understand! I said, papers for writing letters. People still do write letters, right? First, she showed me where the pens were, then she tried to tell me where the copy/computer paper was! SMH. I finally went looking for someone else, who knew what stationery was! He was helpful.

Over priced, but luckily they price matched. Place was very clean and well lite. Plenty of staff and they were helpful and friendly.

The customer service is a lot nicer here than the other locations Ive been to. The products arent as diverse as say...the foster city location, but its closer to home and just as clean and stocked for what they have.

Clean store. Cannot find help on the floor. If you can find help, they just plot in a general direction.Not well organized. Prices are high.They will match on line prices for exactly the same item. They will not march Amazon. I only go if I cant wait for Amazon.They provide free electronics recycling.

Copy center tried to help but could not but very nice & clean store. Clean bathrooms. Nice staff.

Spent 20 minutes trying to find help with a price on some furniture. Nobody around. I finally took a photo of the SKU and waited in line at the cashier. Then I noticed a man behind the counter and asked him if he could check the SKU for me. Alas he was busy doing a fed ex order. It was 6 pm. I gave up and left. This is why Staples and other brick and mortar stores are struggling. No staff. The staff they do have isnt helpful. Im done. Amazon, Im sorry I cheated on you.

My husband went to this store on Monday, July 25th to purchase some items and saw an HP laptop on sale for $299 (originally $419). When we tried to purchase the laptop, he was told that it had to be purchased online. He took a picture of the shelf tag that clearly says $299.99 and came home. The next day, I went online to purchase the laptop and found that they do not offer an HP laptop for this price. It says right on the tag in the picture that the sale lasts until June 30th. So I called the store and asked them why I could not find the laptop at the advertised price and they told me to call their customer service office. The guy at customer service asked me for the zip code of the store that gave me the sale price so he could call them to verify the price. This took so long that I just hung up. I have never had to go through so much just to purchase one simple sale item. I have never purchased anything from Staples before and I am never going to this store again.

I wanted to choose Staples over Target just this once, but it turned out to be a huge mistake. The service was terrible.

The staff here is friendly. The printers didnt read my USB. But they offered a discount for the inconvenience since printing from the other printers costed more.

Worst service ever seen, I need my important documents to be printed but there is no papers to print ... when I ask help no response from the employee. .

They do screen repairs for phones for not cheap. The guy, Julian quoted me an hour wait (since its back to school season). Any other time and it would only take half an hour he ensured me. I waited around nearby at a restaurant and took nearly 2 hours. I returned and they told me that Julian was on his lunch and had not even started the repair yet. 2 hours later after quoting me only one hour and it wasnt. So I wasted half of my day for no progress cause I took my phone with me for work after he told me it wasnt started. I return a day later with plenty of time for them to get it done in 2 hours and I would still be able to go to work, only this time they quote me 3-4 hours and now I have to leave it with them overnight and come back the next day. I do not like wasting my time traveling there and back 3 separate times for something that should have been done in the first day.

Very Bad experience. Staff is not helpful. I purchased one product and not picked up from Fremont store, After more than 10 followups with staff and Manager, they are still analyzing the issue since 3 months and telling me that they will returned the amount. But amount is not returned to me.
