Super cool

CHER the old lady/man is very rude to my son who is autistic and is fully aware of his situation because I told her/him my self, she/he tries to talk to him and tell him things like what to do or where to go with an attitude and he’s non verbal. Keeps doing this every time we come in while she/he knows he is autistic. Please FIRE Cher because she/he is inconsiderate ignorant and extremely rude to autistic children. This is a discrimination and will not be tolerated until she/he is removed from her/his job

I really like that this store has a variety of all kinds of things from current holiday decor and supplies, to dishes, to storage containers, health and beauty, food items (at least 2 aisles of junk food), childrens, teens, and adult books, magazines, coloring books, toys, office supplies, and so on. And I like that everything only costs a dollar. Though the store has never been too crowded when Ive been there, the line(s) are usually backed up.

This location is well stocked, people are friendly and the store is relatively clean. Just a reminder, I dont give 5 stars to chains or franchises unless there is something extraordinary.

My 1st time at this dollar tree and I love it here 😅🤗 Had everything i needed but forks 😂😒 but who cares i walked out with a cart full and might go back for ROUND 2 😂🤷😁

This store is large and very organized. The isles are wide so you feel safe in this pandemic to shop there. The staff at this location is very friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Thanks for a great shopping experience each time.

Just moved here from Washington, D.C. and this dollar tree is very nice.

They have everything that I need every holiday occasion, happy they are always open!

When I went there on Sept. 3 it was crowded and the checkout lines were long so I did not get anything.

Store is a bit more organized & clean. Not too crowded. Stood in line for 5 mins.Friendly staff!

Got stuff I needed, but customer service is lacking

I like the $1 Tree on Stevenson way better than the one on Newark Boulevard. The manager Nargis at the Newark Boulevard stored is rude and condescending. I called to complain about narjiss with the main office but nobody ever called me back that is also a concern for me. It seems maybe they just dont care but with that being said I will continue to shop at the Stevenson the store where all the employees at the manager of super nice and the stores never have best like the one on your full of

Neat and organized with many name brand products I would pay 2 to3 times the price at other stores. Has dozen too. Our cashier was above and beyond pleasant

Great place for Holiday bags, decorations, candles and cards. Kudos to the super polite and cheerful staff in spite of dealing with entitlement-ridden rude last minute customers. Spread the holiday cheer but not the virus.

Clean and friendly. Everything was a dollar. Check out was slow. Prices made it worth the wait. They have frozen/refrigerated food,party supplies,craft, pet,hygeine,candy,household cleaning and storage,drinks,electronics,gift wrap/bags,and a lot more. Ill go again for sure.

Obo: everything is dollar. Been there twice . First time had a not so great experience becaise of the staff. I wanted to take tri fold poster boards, the representative told clearly that they dont have any.After searching for a while i found them. Either they are lazy to help or new to dollar tree or they dont know what they have in store. (May not be all of them, but one for sure) . For customer service thumbs down.Garden stuff and decor stuff is the cheapest you get it here.I would definitely go there again but i will help my self.And yeah enough parking. But Restroom out of service

Seemed well stocked today being one week before Christmas.

I just needed to pick-up some first aid supplies at the store, which was rather reasonable. I saw some tools, which I could have used, and decided to buy them,also. For a dollar, I did not expect much but they have held-up reasonably well. I did buy a solar garden light for my window sill — nice to see at night!

Rude worker! This place has gone downhill fast! During the Virus isolation I went in early with mask & gloves in place. There were NO CISTOMERS in the store. I had 90% of the items needed & was approached with a Excuse me. Are you, 65? In which I answered No, Im 60.....she said The first hour open is for 65 & over ONLY! I went straight to the checkout, paid & left the store. I understand the 65 & over, but she didnt understand ( or bother to ask) that Im HIGH RISK. SO ACCORDING TO POLICY, I WAS ALLOWED THERE EARLY TO SHOP. I will be following up with a call to the Corporate Office. RUDE!

2 stars, and only because they actually had the item I needed/wanted. The customer service was the worst, and if I had not been on vacation and searching for something specific, I would have walked out and not got the item, purely because how the service was.

These directions were almost spot on until google made me take a big turn to get into the parking lot right next to where I was driving

I have to write a review for my own sake so I remember not to come here. The cashier Victoria is extremely unprofessional, loud and rude. She was very slow during the transaction and was more busy in sharing her life stories and how much she hates her job with other customers. If you hate your job so much then why are you even working there? Beyond terrible customer service.

The dollar tree in Fremont is much more neater, well organized, and much cleaner than the union city dollar tree.

I only needed some wrapping paper, which I found quickly, however with only 9 days until Christmas, there were only 2 registers open and each register had a line all the way to the back of the store.The store is very busy with shoppers everywhere.Um... this is Dollar Tree....it is probably one of the busiest stores during Christmas, and only 2 open registers?Definitely understaffed!

Working executives are friendly and helpful. Got lot of useful items.. like literally everything for $1. What else can be ask. 😅 Quality is not the best.. but decent enough to help you catch up on your monthly expenses.

Yesterday i visited the Dollar Tree store. It was my first time experience shopping in a dollar tree and i was not disappointed at all.They had every item which i wanted.The cashier was also friendly and good lady.I would definitely visit this store again.

Neat and fun store to pick up inexpensive gifts and household stuff. My kids love shopping here too!

Have the worst costume Service they have you wait in line for 20min so they can tell you the close that line and go to the other one and go to the end of the line when I all ready been line for 20min now go stand an other line the has 20 people in front of me and the manager is not even using a mask dont go to this store

As always great deals. This use to be where you could get your bouquets of ballons for every occasion, but their helium provider has not returned for a while. So if your only trip is to get ballons I would call before going in.

Its is a dollar store, they have some good bargain buys .

Always seems to be super busy and never seen more than 2 cashiers at a time. Customers rummage a lot so its not the most visually appealing but tends to stay pretty stocked. Just bought a whole bunch of bday decorations for my moms surprise party and was completely happy with it. The decorations were even durable enough for us to put away for the next bday party 😊

I dont usually go here except when I need to, but its always a great experience and I find what I need. The store is a little disorganized in some places, specially the toys section and the perfume section but all in all its a very nice store. They seem to be under staffed because theres usually a long line at the cashier and they wont open up other registers.

Okay place. Most of the time it’s very messy and never organized. The staff there is average. When you go to pay you have to wait awhile since the cashiers are incredibly slow. Which results into long lines.

They have a pretty good variety of stuff really cheap, but they dont have enough help. 10 people in line tonight and only one clerk running the register AND the balloon station.

Always messy but you usually find what you need. Cirra is the friendliest person here!

I was there today and the cashier Shes So Mean because I asking to her can you can you change $2 dollar for quarter and she say I cannot Change $2 because my manager then say NO!! And say okay well thank you and her answer is well do you need to go to the bank and change this $2dollar. Like us !!! She was sarcastic..en her name its DOMINGA!! shes is Hispanic like me,, I cant believe it her reaction with other Hispanic.
