We have been using giggles for our daughter for over six years now. She loves spending time there with friends. She comes home with new arts and crafts masterpieces all the time that the teachers work on with her and others. Their after school program is affordable and reliable, and gives me peace of mind since I can’t be there after school. They have been consistent throughout the years, and I would recommend their services to anyone looking for part time care for their children.

I dropped off my children there for only 3 hours and it was the worst experience ever for them. My children were bullied, physically and emotionally hurt, and the counselors couldnt care less. I could not believe it when my daughter showed me her bruised and swollen foot after I picked them up. There cussing going by other attendees, middle finger stuck at them, even threats. And the counselors did absolutely nothing about it!! Not only that, but the little babies dont get changed and get picked on by older kids. There were many kids who would pull their masks down and wear them under their chin, and they would be yelling and screaming while they were not masked. The food was awful. They dont even have chairs for the attendees, they had them sit on some kind of plastic boxes which hurt their bottoms. The toys are broken. Oh my gosh, I dont know how this place is still in business. Parents be aware!

Giggles has been a LIFESAVER!! We have a regular daycare we use but sometimes we have teacher workdays or my husband and I work half days and don’t want to make the drive to daycare for a short few hours…that’s where Giggles comes in. I love that it literally works as a “drop-in” daycare, so if you have last minute plans, mother-in-laws falls through, etc. you don’t have to explain anything to them-they’re always there ready. My son loves the atmosphere and leaves all played-out with a smile on his face. We always feel safe leaving him there. The staff is always super attentive and doesn’t mind my nervous mom calls to check in. Highly recommend!

Our son LOVES Giggles! He attends both the Cary and Raleigh location and has so many friends between the other children and even the counselors. Some days we drop him off and he is greeted by a group of children chanting his name waiting for him and others he wants to cling to the counselors who are all happy to hold him and play with him. When we pick him up in the afternoons he is always exhausted from playing and falls asleep in the car before we make it home. The manager Jill is awesome and has always been happy to answer any of our questions and help us whenever we needed it. Thanks Giggles!

Fun, safe, affordable child care! My preschooler was a regular attendee here for over a year and loved it! Made lots of friends and developed great relationships with the staff. Highly recommend, especially the membership packages!

My daughter had fun but I didnt have a good vibe from one of the teachers. I dont think she has the patience that requires to be in charge of kids. I heard her yell loud in a rude manner to a few kids that were trying to put their toys down the slide. I understand its not safe to do that but even if you have to be louder so that kids can hear you sometimes, you can do it in a different way and she wasnt too far from them anyway. Im sure she couldve handled that in a different way. This is my personal opinion. I think kids should be treated with respect.

My three boys have been going to Giggles semi-regularly for years now. They ask me at least weekly when they can go again. The fact that they love it so much gives this mom piece of mind in leaving them there. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and they always make sure the kids are well taken care of. It’s affordable and a lifesaver sometimes for those impromptu work meetings that should’ve been an email or if I just really need a few hours to myself as a single mom. Overall, we love Giggles!

They don’t care and watch kids what’s going with kids. My son and daughter was crying when I picked them up. When I asked them somebody hit them. The. I asked the the person who is in charge with kids she said she doesn’t know. So sad that place is still exist.

Giggle Drop-in child care isnt like most others in the raleigh-durham area, their methodology is second to none. You have to press a door bell to enter, and the front desk person will unlock it for you, security is key for peace of mind when leaving a child in someone elses care. Then you pick a numbered basket to put your childs belongings into, but they dont treat your child like a number, they are personable and fun with all the kids. The indoor area is a huge playroom, including a jungle gym, a climbing wall (kid sized), and many other amenities to keep a child of any age entertained.Definitely try them out for one of their date nights, or just dropping in if you need some me time while grocery shopping, worth it!

We have used Giggles three times so far, and have nothing but positive things to say. Our 14 month old son is always on someone’s hip when we walk in to pick him up. They are extremely attentive to diaper changes. He had two changes in the short time he was there. They offer a free snack of goldfish and pretzels. We love the ability to watch via camera how he is doing. They change the password daily so no there is no security issue. When we noticed he was being pushed by an older child on the camera, it was handled promptly and appropriately. Because of this, we feel very safe and trust the staff.

I absolutely love Giggles, and so does my almost 3 year old daughter. I love that I can check on my child via their camera throughout the day, and love that they know her by name! My daughter has always been very attached to me and hesitant about being left with anyone rather than immediate family. Now when I drop her off, she literally tries to push herself away from me and says Bye Mommy! I love that she enjoys being here, and I couldnt trust anyone more than the staff at Giggles to watch my child. Thank you!!!

Our family can’t thank giggles team enough. They were a catalyst in training our 2 year clinger to stay without us. Initial days were bit hard but the team was amazing . Having a camera to sneak peak how she was doing there was a great dvantage .

We just picked our daughter up from her first visit. I’ve heard of kids crying from separation anxiety when being dropped off, but she actually cried when we picked her up because she didn’t want to leave! She had SO much fun playing with the other kids, the staff was super friendly and great with her, and the drop off/pick up process was easy. We look forward to more visits!

My 2 year old daughter tried Giggles for the first time and walked right in without saying goodbye to me because she was so excited about the playground. When I came to pick her up, she was all smiles. The teacher was very kind and informative. I highly recommend Giggles for drop in care!

We love Giggles! Im not sure if its the owner or manager, but one lady who we see often when we go, always recognizes us and knows our boys!! Its that nice small business kind of feel. the playplace is huge and has been a good fit for our kids since they were young enough to start going and has just gotten better as theyve grown into their toddler years. Its such a convenience to be able to drop them off when I have certain errands thats not something they can come with me, and then they get to play, and have fun! they also have video cameras that you can get the daily link for, to see your child when they are there. My husband especially likes that.

I have taken my son there 4 or 5 times. The first time he was bitten and they said they had the boys parents come pick him up. Then this past Saturday I came to pick him up and he had an ice pack on his neck. They said they didnt know what happened. My son said he was kneed in the stomach by an older boy then choked violently until he got whiplash. Thats what happened Giggles!!!! Never again!!!!

What a great option for folks with young kids and sporadic child care needs! They also offer after school programs and summer camps, as well as late night hours (until 11p on the weekends) for date nights. Our daughter loves it here and will frequently ask to go and play if its been a while since her last time there. They offer bulk rates on hours if you prepay and have always been very flexible with our family. I couldnt recommend them enough!

This was our first time leaving our almost 2 year old somewhere that was not family. We were pretty scared, but it was amazing! The people were fantastic! When we picked her up, she had the BIGGEST smile on her face! We will definitely be going back

My son loves coming here! Its convenient, provides quick drop off and pick up, and my child doesnt ever want to leave (which is a great sign!). I highly recommend this company for providing wonderful child-care in a fun facility.

We needed a night out & Giggles came through. Its drop-in so you decide when its needed. The kids enjoyed themselves they wanted to stay. Safe and clean. Thanks for the Google Virtual Tour too glad we could see inside before we decided. Wish more places had this.

We are new to the area, and had never heard of the drop-in experience. We had tested a few before going to Giggles. Giggles is by far the best! I was very impressed from the moment I walked in. We got a tour by the owner, I loved how clean they are, and how much they had to offer for the kids. I also like that they have more security than most drop-ins (locked door & asking for ID when picking up), I felt very confidant leaving our kids there. I love the idea that my kids can play with other kids while I get me time. As a stay at home mother of 3 year old twins, knowing that I can have a break when Im having a bad day is Priceless!!!

My son loves this place! The staff is wonderful and really takes the time to get to know the kids. We just moved to this area a few months ago and I am so thankful to have stumbled across this place. Plus they offer after school pick up which makes my life easier bc I get off work way after the time school lets out.

My son hasnt quite had the Giggles experience yet, but he soon will. I only took him on a tour of the facility and as it was time for us to depart the facility, my son cried hysterically because he did not want to leave which was a great sign for me. So therefore, I will be utilizing Giggles real soon. The place is very play friendly, very clean and the administrative staff was very helpful and professional.

Today was our fourth time taking our kids to giggles. The first three times were in the late morning/ early afternoon. They had a great time and the crowd size was pretty modest.Today, we took our children from 3:30-5:30 and it seemed completely over crowded with kids and extremely understaffed. As my husband was picking our kids up, someone pushed our 2 year old down and no staff was there to correct or facilitate the situation.During the morning this place is great but they should have more employees working during busier/Best times.We won’t return after today’s experience.

My nephew LOVES going to Giggles! His favorite staff member is a nice young girl named Savannah! Will definitely be coming back for her.

This is the best drop-in care center in the triangle! I had been searching for somewhere that we could take our 3 year old autistic son while we run errands or have a date night when I came across Giggles. I found other drop-in centers to be limited on space and activities. Giggles has a huge play structure and activity areas for all ages, so I know its somewhere that he can continue to go as he gets older. Our son loved the train table and the big slide. I would highly recommend this facility.

The quality care keeps us returning. They have wonderfully accommodated my boys with their medical equipment and with eating. The space is large and loud but they have areas partitioned for the various ages.

I purchased an Amazon Local deal and we will definitely be back! Good amount of caretakers available. Fun toys, clean. The kids loved it.

This place is a godsend! Movies, jungle gym, crafts, costumes; its a kid wonderland. With the variety of package options its good for people like me on a limited budget. My girls LOVE to play here and are often trying to bargain their way into an extra visit. The caregivers are so loving, attentive & fun that even on the occasions when my youngest has separation anxiety, she gets over it quickly & enjoys herself. The location couldnt be better for us. They have my business so long as my kids are in need of care.

This is my 2nd time visiting this facility. The 1st time was during peak hours (and it was quite crowded and a bit chaotic).I’d called earlier in the week and opted to come in around 9am on a Saturday with my 5 year old. Though she was immediately intrigued by the treehouse, within I could tell she was troubled by hearing another child that was having a difficult time. She still wanted to stay, but asked for her brother to remain with her.There were less than a handful of children at the facility, and the smallest child in this care (crawling age) was screaming at the gate for over 2 minutes, while there was a caregiver available (within a few steps) to pick him up to offer some comfort - or at least a distraction.While I continued to wait at the check-in area for the greeter to complete their phone call, my oldest child (10) had walked over to the fence to see what was wrong with the child that was crying and said “mom, I think that kid is trying to warn us that we shouldn’t leave her here”.My instincts mirrored the same and we immediately left. Though this location is more convenient to our home, I’d rather drive the extra 30 minutes to the Southpoint area to know that my daughter is in a clean, secure facility with engaged care providers.I understand that drop-ins have hectic moments, but I’ll not be giving this business a 3rd chance. I’m a long time user of drop-in care and am no stranger to type of business and have used them for years.

While visiting North Cary Park, Giggles was there with a group of children. One of the teachers was repeatedly yelling at the kids loudly that I could hear it across the park.

It is very convenient but they looked pretty overrun when I first went in.

It was my only bad experience with my first baby she was almost 2 and I came to pick her then saw a big scratch on her nose, she was sleeping then she woke up and cried for a long time, then she scratched her self ( she usually doesn’t hurt her self), so from this bad experience I don’t trust any daycare,!!
