Before the gym closed, I loved going to Matt’s boxing & conditioning classes. He made sure we got our money’s worth. He was extremely personable and played all types of music. His passion comes across when he teaches.

This gym feels like family from the start! Noel and Kevin do a fantastic job with boxing/conditioning classes and show a ton of patience regardless of your boxing experience. Ive been going here consistently since January 2019 and have become even more involved.

I have been going to this gym and the Alexandria one for over three years and love them. The workouts for the group classes are so intense and awesome. Kick my butt every time. The technical classes are awesome for actually learning technique and Coach Terrance is great at working with you whether you are a first timer or a pro. This place definitely helped me in get into the best shape of my life.

I thought this would be a good place to go because its only 2 stops from where I work and I had never tried a boxing class before, but it was fairly disappointing. The gym itself is kind of grungy/grimey looking. The membership is expensive for a workout that isnt that exciting. Youre punching a bag and hoping around a gym for an hour. The music wasnt great. It was just a lot of pounding beats and loud noises that gave me a headache. Would not recommend. MADabolic or OrangeTheory across the street were more worth my money.

Disappointing. This gym persisted in trying to receive auto payment when the member had verbally and in writing terminated membership. The manager said they did not see the email sent to them stating membership had been terminated and auto debit should not be attempted. It was not until I called that after repeated auto calls on our phone, that the manager searched for our email. The email had been sent over a month ago, and yet the gym persisted in trying to collect membership fees. Why is that? We followed the policy. The gyms persistent automatic efforts to collect membership resulted in overdraft fees amassing on a bank account that had in fact been closed. Now we have incurred bank fees and the gym is not taking responsibility for it. I would be very cautious in believing this gym is financially responsible, and even reads the termination emails. A very frustrating and disappointing experience.

If youre new to this go into it expecting to go 1 - 2 times a week. These trainers will work you, its great. I took 4 1hr classes and to this day my cardio has never been better. I prefer that you buy your own stuff and find some tutorials on YouTube so you have an idea of what youre in for. Actual fighters train here and youll get a lot of encouragement and knowledge from these people. Oh, do not be afraid to breath! Go ham on that breathing.

Great boxing gym with knowledgeable trainers who push me every time. If you commit to the gym, the staff shows commitment to you.

The workouts and trainers are great. UFC billing however is the WORST! If you do decide to join them, don’t use your credit card!

Ive been training here for six and a half months, the staff is nice, and the trainers are tough but fun. Overall Ive had a great experience there, I wish it was cheaper but thats the only real complaint that I have.

This is the review that I have on Yelp as well:I give this gym 4 stars if youre looking for good boxing classes and only 1 star if you have to cancel your membership.I received a trial membership for one month. $116 + the hand wraps was a bit expensive, but I liked that they were on the same metro line as my job so it wasnt too hard to get there. The classes were at decent times and were very good. I took a couple of boxing classes and a kickboxing class. Buy and bring your own gloves. The ones that you borrow have been used by so many people and have a horrible odor.I decided not to continue with the membership because $65-$85 a month would have been too expensive for my budget. Reed told me that in order to not be charged, I would have to cancel before 9/22. I was out of town at the time, but made sure that I called on 9/18. On 9/22, I was charged $150!!!! I spoke to Meche who, WITH Reed, made the necessary adjustments in the system to issue a credit. I firmly believe that they only disconnect you in one system and that that adjustment isnt made or sent to the corporate office. Imagine my surprise when on 10/22 I was charged ANOTHER $150 for a membership that was supposedly canceled!!!! I spoke to Meche AGAIN who told me that Reed would handle the credit on Sunday 10/27. I call Reed on Sunday and hes unwilling to do so until he had spoken to Meche on Monday because I could be telling him anything. I am totally unhappy with how this has been handled, charging me month after month for a membership I canceled via THEIR instructions. After I am issued a credit, I will be forced to cancel my credit card which will be very inconvenient.
