So my daughter and I went to an open house this year. Due to the virus we were yet unable to visit the school and have been doing remote learning. The staff is absolutely among the best staff Ive ever met. The schools cleanliness is easily 100%. What they offer children is it a chance for the very best learning available. My daughter is chomping at the bit to get in that school and stop remote learning. We have our fingers crossed this virus nonsense will be over soon and she can go to school and learn with all her new friends. Thank you everyone at the Snipes Academy of Art and Design for all your hard work.

It is like disney channel, it was good back then but not as much now. I went there six years ago and it was lit uwu. Just work on this school because I dont want no parents to be complaining about the school that taught me to be a person, PERIOD

Sadly my daughter has to attend Snipes Academy because this is the only school in our district that have programs for austim. I really hope Forest Hills have one soon because Ill be looking for another school for my daughter to attend. She has a good teacher however the staff is very rude and inconsiderate to families. At the end of the day they only care about themselves and not very understanding at all. I would love for my daughter to attend Forest Hills with her brother the staff is way better and more understanding. I do agree with other reviews that the staff can be a lot more better, I feel like theyre only there for a paycheck and not for the kids.

I strongly believe this is such a “low level school” due to the nonchalance of the faculty. They make up excuses for bullying instead of handling the problems and even have gone so far as to call me and lie about my kids injuries in attempt to hide the truth before my kid comes home to tell me what happened. Went to school today to address my child coming home with bandages repeatedly from being pushed down, and the assistant principle was very unhelpful and didn’t even seem concerned about the issues at hand, in fact tried to tell me that this must not be that much of an issue since it’s my first time to the school to address. If you don’t care about what you do, especially when involves the children of america, please move on. Don’t blame the kids because your staff has literally given up at this point. Read the other reviews if you think I’m just one disgruntled parent...

My child has been in this school since kindergarten. She is now in her last yr of elementary and its turning into a nightmare. The faculty and staff ( not all) are very rude and unapologetic about everything. Everybody seems to be in a rush and very insensitive to the needs of students or parents. Sadly to say I was just giving this school five stars 2weeks ago, before I had to deal with the administration and staff personally. NO!!! this is not a disciplinary problem Im having either. Im just happy this is her last yr. at this school. Get it together Snipes Academy its not about the staff, its about the students.

This school helped me relized what my passion was, Mrs.Dellinger helped me relized that i am good at stuff i didnt even think i was good at (aka theatre). Ms.Fasion Help me control my singing(aka chorus),actully all mu teachers helped me inprove in alot of stuff.my 1st grade teacher Ms.holland,my 2nd grade teacher Ms.skinner,Ms.Kausak my 3rd grade teacher,my 4th grade teacher Ms.mortenson(she is married now),and my 5th grade teachers Mrs.Halloran (1st half),and Ms.Sloan (aka Mrs.Sharkey),My AIG teachers Ms.Leak (2nd grade to 3rd grade) and Mrs.Costello (4th to 5th).but i have to give this place a three cause there are students that dont listen and they dont help us learn at all. Dont get me wrong there are alot of Nice behaving students in there,but there are also a lot of not behaving kids in there. This gave me alot of stress,but i am glad it has art and music classes cause they help me calm down and relax (AIG Helps me with that too) but when i am in middle school i hope that there would be less of the misbehaving and people could learn!One more problem....MORE HISTORY AND SCIENCE, kids need to learn this. Cause when they get to middle school these two will be everywhere and they will expect us to know those.Welp,thats it Bye hope this gets you thinking!(if you get to the end)

Some of the fifth graders are mean and they bully other people. I know this from experience overall good school I guess.

IT IS THE WORST SCHOOL EVER I WENT THERE IN KINDERGARTEN THE TEACHER WAS MEAN AND SOME OF THE KIDS WERE AWFUL AND I ALWAYS GOT SUSPENDED FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS OR A WEEK EVEN WHEN I DID NOTHING I HATED THE TEACHERS AND THEY HATED ME ONE DAY IN THE MIDDLE OF FIRST GRADE THE TEACHERS HAD MADE ME SOOO MAD I BLEW IT I TORE UP EVERY THING I GOT MY HANDS ON COMPUTERS, DESKS, TABLES, (only mine cause I didnt want to mess with the others stuff ) EVERY THING ON THE WALL ... YEP I DID A LOT OF DAMAGE TO THE PLACE THE TEACHER HAD CALLED MY DAD AND TOLD HIM I DID DESTROYED THE SCHOOL AND SHE WAS RIGHT BUT IT WASNT MY FAULT IT WAS HERS MY DAD DIDNT CARE AND I WAS PERMANENTLY SUSPENDED FROM SNIPES FOREVER SO I HAD TO GO TO A BEHAVIOR SCHOOL CALLED LAKE FOREST I DIDNT LIKE
