All this month, there has been a sign on the window advertising paint night on July, 17th from 6:00-7:30 for $35 a couple including doeuvres and drinks. We have been to similar functions in the past, and felt like giving this one a try. My wife and I were exiting about attending this event since we had such a positive experience with paint night at a different location. We arrived at the Highlands Art Garage around 6:05 to discover the front doors were locked and the inside nights were off. There was no cancellation notice on the door nor the website. My wife and I are extremely disgusted by this carelessness, and refuse to ever attend another function advertised by the Highlands Art Garage.

This is where the Barrel of Makers is. Once you pass their safety course, you can come back and use their equipment. They have a table saw, a radial arm saw, scroll saws, a drill press, and a chop saw.
