This place takes advantage of elderly people and those who cant speak English or do not understand the procedures of paperwork stuffs. A fee to renew Vietnamese passport is $110 and you only need to download a form, fill it out, send it with your expired passport, a check, 3 passport photos, and 1 return envelope. Thats all and they charge you $240 ( as first Mr. Minh said $260) then later on another person said $240. This place is not ethical and unprofessional. Do not come here unless you cant have anyone to help you.

27 year in us, this is the first time in this place ! The young fat guy is extremely RUDE, irritated and mean to customer since most of customers are Vietnamese people ! If you can not be communicate as a human being and do not respect yourself, you can only work at that position!!! Not all Vietnamese could not communicate English well are dumped and not well educated, you are don’t know who are dealing with, young man ! Remember: we are also human! We are living in US, not communist social! Please act and communicate as A HUMAN BEING! Thanks UNCLE MINH FOR YOUR POLITE AND NICE MANNER !

Terrible traffic school. I did the test,passed everything but got failed.

This place does not do their job. They dont send the proper paperwork to DMV or court to resolve your ticket. They wont help you with it either

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I doubt this place is certified and licensed to open an online traffic course. Never trust Vietnamese traffic schools. I thought it was cheaper than the other locations ($20) so I tried it out, BIG MISTAKE!!!!

Really bad customer service. I called 2 times and nobody pick up the phone so I left a clear message with my phone number to sign up for traffic school. I waited for 3 days and still no one bother to call me back. I guess they dont need business. This is how business goes down hill when you dont put your customer first.

I got a ticket and took the home study traffic school here. It was super easy and I didnt have to go to an 8 hour class for it.

Got the job done.. sorta... Still had to go DMV to request for moving permits since this place only gave one and charged me $20 bucks for it when the DMV gave me 5 without charging anything. O.O

Bad customer service. They don’t Have enough knowledge about DMV paperwork. Overpriced compared to other place.

Worst customer service! I came here to pick up documents. The paperwork was already done but the guy at the front desk said to come back when all he had to do was get off his lazy ass and go to the back desk to get it for me.
