To the cashier who was being yelled at by a customer because you were doing your job by asking the shoppers kids to stop playing with something, I cant remember what. Then the rude customer stood there telling you to do your job and focus on them. I thought you did an awesome job by not going off on that rude customer.

It was nice . But getting a balloon they have no instructions on what to do if you need a new one. So Ill tell you all lol that you have to get in line with the balloon number you want and pay for it first. So they need instructions 🙄

I love this dollar tree. Its way cleaner than any other dollar tree I have been in and also has way more of a selection In my opinion.

It is a great place to get stuff that is inexpensive. They a large inventory of items.

Dollar Tree is great. I love looking around. Its like a happy surprise seeing what I can find for a Dollar. Unfortunately, this place is always messy. The employees are nice enough.

I usually love this location, however, I can tell that its been struggling more and more. Three-Four female employees were hanging out in the back corner chatting and filling up balloons while there was only one cashier named Colin at the check outstand. There was a very long line behind me and one of the female employees came up to the second register but told the guest that her check-out stand is not open. Colin was polite but very slow at scanning my items. He kept making comments about each item that might have been friendly customer service to him, came off as judgemental to the customer. At the end of scanning all my items in he turned and said that he needed help and one of the females stopped chatting and went over and said oh yeah, how did your line get that long?I usually love this location due to the location and the parking however I will not be returning any time soon.

Was busy today but seemed well stocked and pretty organized compared to our last visit. Had all the present wrapping options available thats for sure. Got this neat snowman wall thing the light behind is my edition but it looks neat on big Windows and closet doors my neice loves it. Happy holidays to all♡

This is the best dollar tree out there. I shop at different locations often and this one is always stocked up. Checkout takes forever but it always does no matter the location. Employees are helpful and friendly :)

Huge selection of Halloween, really upped their game from a couple years ago. Like this location, found some nice silk flowers for a craft project, also have a variety of word searches, crosswords and books available. Love the 3D sticker collection!!

Went to this store to get a few things and their sign says they close at 6 I go there at 5:50 and they had their doors closed. I understand that they want to go home but I needed a few things and they wouldn’t let me in when they were still open for 10 minutes.

I find more than whats on my list at dollar tree.

Good products for the price. Very clean place, only thing I noticed that bothered me was many items missshelved or on the floor. This is a very high traffic store, most likely the stuff on the floor was due to inconsiderate shoppers. The 2 people I saw working here were very friendly and obviously very busy.

I’m surprised with all the reviews of friendly staff on here. I had the exact opposite experience. I had put my handheld basket on the belt and when it came to my turn the cashier (older lady, not the one that speaks Spanish) took one side of the basket and slammed it down and all my stuff started falling out. I had thought she did it on accident before she said “it’s easier for me to get stuff out” i thought that was rude to handle a customers items like that so I turned the basket back over and started taking stuff out and the cashier said rudely “that works too!” At the end of my transaction she turned away and bent down pretending to pick stuff up, with no thank you or have a good day.I know this is just a dollar store, but I couldn’t believe the customer service I received today. Been many times and never had a cashier be so rude.

Good for $1 items. If you find something good, buy it right then because you may never see it again. Theyre good about answering the phones to check stock on an item. Not super organized, but thats what you get at a $1 store

As far as Dollar Trees go this one is alright. There are others in the valley I prefer to go to, but this one does a bigger selection than most. Items are hard to find consistently. Besides the main manager they seem to go through managers quite often. Just wish it was a little cleaner.

Great place for items for neighbor holiday gifts. Store was semiorganized, but not as destroyed as the other dollar trees.

They are super friendly. But I think they need to hire more help. I only go there if Im not in a hurry to get to work.

I just want everyone who writes a review to realize the daily struggles of running a store specifically this one. Think of when your shopping and you decide you dont want an item and you just throw it randomly on a shelf what do you think happens to that stuff? Do you think it just magically goes away? Well think about what happens when you have over 500-1000 people going through that store everyday. Gets dirty right? Well now as understaffed as we already are there are two people at most times, a manager and a cashier, so that falls on the manager to clean the whole store and help Anyone who needs it. Thats a lot of work for one person and heaven forrbid something goes wrong that day. And as many of you workers out there know that tends to happen often. So please understand when going through our store that there are a lot of pressure on all of the workers there and to understand that we are human as well. Im not asking you to rate us 5 stars we want your honest opinion. But maybe just be more understanding when reviewing a store as large (for a dollar store) and understaffed as we are.

This place is a mess. Staff are nice, but theres not enough of them to run such a big store. Merchandise was jumbled together, nothing was very organized. My daughter insisted she had a 12-year-old on the register when she was checking out. Check-out took a LONG time, with so many customers but only one cashier. I like this place, and Ill be back, hoping things are a little better when I am, but its not my favorite store, at all.

The people there are super helpful and kind. Everytime i go there i find what Im looking for and so much more.

Stopped by to grab a few things... 15 people in line 1 cashier who had to keep intercoming for change. Some guy with his hood pulled over his head came and brought her change and proceeded to the back room! After 20 min in line i left my items and walked out. felt bad for the poor cashier! I wont be back!

7200 S Redwood Road. They havent had working restrooms for two weeks! There wasnt a cashier when I was ready to check out so I left my items there and walked out. No purchase was made and I dont know that I will return to this location.

STORE IS SOMETIMES UNKEMPT. HOWEVER, I SUSPECT THAT HAS MORE TO DO WITH INCONSIDERATE CUSTOMERS & THEIR UNRULY OFFSPRING RUNNING UNSUPERVISED THROUGHOUT THE STORE THAN WITH MANAGEMENT. THE EMPLOYEES IVE ENCOUNTERED HAVE BEEN HELPFUL, BUT OVERWORKED. JUST THINK HOW MUCH MORE TIME THEYD HAVE TO TIDY THE SHELVES IF THEY DIDNT HAVE TO BABYSIT...

This place is usually great, but today the cashier was horrible! Purchased 5 things she didnt put them in a bag so I kindly asked her (Nina) and her response was, dont you have hangs to carry them? Or are your hands broken? I was shocked! I once again asked her for a bag and she said, gosh cant you see your hands?! Got my 5 things and left.Worst cashier ever! Never going back to that store! She should be fired!

The store didnt have the item I specifically needed but I did pick up three kitchen utensils I needed for a party the next day and with only one cashier open the line to check out had a minimum of yen people in line. It was not fair to the only one cashier working. Everything I visit the store they are always short cashiers and you wait to check out longer than you have been shopping.

U need more cashiers but the help u had was very nice.

No rest room in the stor is a big problem for the customers.

Nasty, if this were rated like restaurants were, it would be instantly shut down due to unsanitary reasons.Aside from that, nothing organized, and the workers dont care about you or the store.

Worked here a few months ago... They treat their employees like absolute garbage. I was asked to clock out and continue working, was accused of not showing up to work when I had the day off (because they did not look at the schedule) and when trying to tidy up would constantly be yelled at to come to the register. Not to mention they only pay minimum wage....

This place was a total disaster. Items were everywhere and I couldnt find anything I was looking for.
