This is my daughters first time at a public daycare, I knew i was in for a challenge with the change. The staff here has been nothing short of amazing to my 2 year old. From letting me check in on her too many times a day to understanding how hard it is leaving your child in their care. Truly amazing place! Now my 2 year old cries for daycare when she’s not there.

This is My daughters seconded week and I am loving the transition with myself of there help as well on how they are helping my daughter to have fun and get used to the new rhythm. I call Lots I feel but they tell me good positive about my daughter and how she is doing as well for me to stay strong. I Highly recommend them. Very Pleased that I went with them. All the co-workers are amazing.

I know I’ve posted before about the learning tree in west valley but I need to praise them again. My daughter had her kindergarten assessment this week and afterwards the teacher that did her assessment came out and stated “she did very well. She is ready. She is beyond ready for kindergarten.” I have to say as a mom who work full time I didn’t have her time to spend with my daughter to get her ready and I owe all of the readiness to the miss Melissa and miss Julie at the the learning tree. They are fantastic. Thank you again for all you’ve done.

Love this daycare and so does my daughter! I searched around for a place for her to go. I was a very picky new mom. She loves going to school here and everyone is so friendly.

I grew up attending this daycare over two decades ago, and its still going strong as a great childcare center. I recently moved here with my 5-year-old daughter. It was a big adjustment but she settled right in. The staff are polite and on-point to address issues if they ever arise. The cost is incredibly low compared to the quality of care, considering they provide transportation to and from public schools. Lunches and snacks can be a little lackluster on days schools are closed (and the kids eat at the daycare), but I find this minor. After all, many daycares require you to pack lunch. There arent any PTO days you can elect to take to reduce cost of care when your child isnt attending (like for vacations) but again, I dont mind. This too helps ensure total cost is kept down. Less expensive than on the east coast, thats for sure.

I do not have children that attend this facility, and I never will. I am a crossing guard, and on a daily basis, Learning Tree transport vans speed though my school zone. They are easily going 40 in a 20 (the regular speed limit on this road is 35 mph). Ive called and spoken to Jeanette, the director, and nothing has changed. They obviously dont put much importance on the safety of any children!!!

Absolutely the worst daycare i have ever been to. Every day I had an issue with them. My daughter was sick on day so I stayed home with her but yet I still had to pay for that day! Then memorial day they were closed and I had to pay for that day too!! $60 down the drain for both days!! Absolutely ridiculous. I am moving my kids to a new daycare. I highly suggest NOT going to this daycare. You dont have sick days, vacation days, or holidays!! You are required to pay for a day even if they were closed or if you were absolutely unable to take them there.

My oldest has been going to this daycare for almost two years now. When I enrolled him, I didnt plan on him being here for this long, but because of the caring teachers and academic curriculum, Ive decided that he is thriving here. I now have two kids enrolled here and we love it. My three-year-old has learned how to recognize letters so well that he can already spell his name. His teachers, Annie and Christina, have shown the utmost care for him. My youngest is communicating through sign language thanks to his teachers Cahlea, Lisa, and Bree. Most importantly, though, I know my kids are happy here. I love all the staff here. There is a real sense of family here. The owners have put a lot of effort into making this place great. But the teachers are who make the kids happy.

Lets face it. When we as parents choose a daycare/learning facility to care for our most precious possesions....our children, we are at our most vulnerable AND critical when we review said facilities. After all, no one can care for our little ones as we would each expect, can they?Having said that that, Id like to offer my honest opinion of my experience with Learning Tree West Jordan.I had previously been sending my little man to another local facility that I can only describe as utterly chaotic when I arrived each night to pick him up. I.e. children running wild, fighting, and screaming, while teachers were somehow not present, or otherwise uninterested in controlling their environments. I was willing to accept this lack of control because I was saving almost $80 per month compared to other options. Yes, I thought the savings was worth it. That all changed when another parents toddler was killed at that establishment by a caregiver unknowingly suffocating him by sitting on a bean bag chair that he was playing hide and seek under. Of course this was unintentional, and she was devastated as we all would be in her position. After the investigation into the death, my understanding was that because of utah state child care regulations that were ignored or otherwise disregarded, that little boy would never go home again. And my son would never go back. EVER.My heart is still broken for that family. Now, for the meat and tatoes....When I first walked into Learning tree, I was greeted with the undivided attention of Miss Jeanette. She took as much time as I required of her to show me every nook and cranny of the operation. It was a night and day difference from the previous facility. Teachers teached. Children did arts and crafts and played games. Children READ BOOKS. Children were obviously loved and cared for. My decision was simple. I enrolled my son on the spot and have never looked back.Cut to MANY months later. Each member of the staff here has taken such great care of my little guy AND myself, that I could now count them among my friends.I can not, and would not, ever tell another parent what is best for them or their little ones. EVER.I can, however (and did), tell you what was best for me and my boy.Thank you Learning Tree West Jordan. I am so grateful to have all of you looking out for my most precious possesion.-One little mans daddy
