This gym is amazing. For anyone familiar with Krav, the gym does a great job of combining technique and aerobic training. For anyone new to Krav, it’s a fantastic way to build on any fitness training you do and learn self defense. I’ve done all different types of workout classes for years, and this has taken my fitness to a different level. Plus the community is very welcoming! Highly recommend.

Love KM Capitol Hill! Welcoming environment for those whove never taken KM. The instructors are excellent - highly knowledgeable, take time to correct poor form, etc., and always supportive though consistently challenging students to go hard. Great facility as well.

Classes were great, I moved so it was no longer possible for me to attend. Here is the cancellation process:1. Submit written notice of intent to cancel by mail to their headquarters.2. Receive an email directing you to the secret login information required to access the cancellation forms of the website3. Document you have a disability or have reached the end of your contract4. Print, sign, and email that document back to them - noting that every time you email them their automatic bounce back is We are currently experiencing a high volume of messages, and we appreciate your patience. Someone from our Member Services team will be in touch with you soon! but they will ignore your follow up questions and not get back to you.5. Be charged for two additional months while simultaneously receiving Late payment notices. When you respond to those you get the same Were so busy messages6. Who knows - they still havent stopped charging me and I started this process in September.Edit: As of January, and after a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, my additional charges were refunded and no new charges have come through.
