Appx May 2020 I attempted to enroll for Fall Classes in Computer Administration. My counselor Alice was very nice but when I met the financial advisor Kathryn was immediately turned off by the way she handled my application for student aid. She claimed I was already in default and had already consolidated loans but would help me apply for “TheCaresAct”. I couldn’t remember my FAFSA ID or password so she contacted the school I had previously attended and recovered access. Problem is she hijacked my account, my email address and FedStudent account and changed the password!! I had used that email to apply for unemployment and have NEVER again been able to access my emails or that Google account. Even worse, now I receive several notifications of student loans disbursed to my account that I have never received. I didn’t sign any paper granting EFT transfers or attended classes there. I can not get a straight answer from the school and any attempt to access MY Google Account email is blocked by my school or work administrator . I wonder who that could be.

I went to WTI and just graduated. I have some mixed feelings as I had Kimberly Carter and she was great. She gave us a really good foundation to be able to learn everything we would need for the field. I had one class with this one teacher named Kirk and he said he was teaching it the way Wichita wanted it taught and no one in my class could get what he was trying to teach. Then we got a teacher named Derek Burns and he is a lot like Kimberly in his teaching. He is great also he actually spent the time to make sure we understand what we were learning and making sure we were more prepared for the field. Kimberly gave us a great foundation (without her foundation I never would have passed Kirks class). Derek came in and kicked it in gear to build on what Kimberly taught. Together they are the dynamic duo. All of the teachers that I came in contact with at this school except the one was great. As long as they are teaching their way I would not recommend any other school. However having said that if they have to teach the Wichita Way I would not recommend anyone to go here.

Not worth the money I spent. Just to be told I have to spent $23,000 to make $15 an hour. What a joke.

Im an I.T Student at the WTI Tulsa Campus. Kimberly Carter is my instructor. I have to say that she is one of the most knowledgeable teachers Ive ever had! The way she teaches is Second to none! I honestly dont think I would have passed my A+ Certification if i would have had any other teacher. The content is hard and she teaches in a way that makes it relatable. Keep up the stellar job Kim!

Teachers and staff are so friendly and helpful! Teachers help you with anything you need or having trouble with. Staff gets you everything you need to help you like scheduling and job placement or payment arrangements, they really work with you. But what I like the most is thatthe class sizes are small enough so that the individual student gets the help he needs and best of all, the teachers and staff all know your name and story and it feels like home.

WTI is a great place to be. The class sizes are small so you get more one on one time. The staff treats you like family. I have learned a lot already and the medical assistant program is preparing me for the future. I highly recommend checking this place out!

As a current student, this is one of the best schools that ive ever seen. The instructors and staff are great. The instructors all have many years in the field each, which makes for a large wealth of knowledge available for students. The staff are also great, with many years in their own fields. They will help you as much as they can with whatever you need. The classes are presented in a way that makes it easy to follow and understand.

I wanted to find a trade school where i could learn to do something that wasnt back breaking work and I could really use my mind. I found WTI Tulsa and started the the IT program and I have never enjoyed school more in my LIFE. The IT instructor Kimberly Carter is by far the best instructor I have ever had, and she truly is passionate about this field and will do whatever it takes to not only make sure you pass the class but also make sure you get a successful job in the field. Working for WTI has been one of the most pleasant, enjoyable experience that I ever had in propitiatory schools. I have the best boss. I enjoy this school because the students really try hard, and our instructors are phenomenal! We also have a team in our Career Service and Financial Aid department that works our students. I want to retire here!! Corporate is really down to earth, and listens to you, without making you feel your less than. I like that!! I would like to retire from WTI!!!!

WT.I. is hidden gem in Tulsa and is a fine institution if you are seeking a higher education and real skills for the real world. I am in the Computer Technology program and I have gained so much knowledge and expertise in the field thanks to the wonderful instructors such as Kimberly Carter. I love my instructors (Mrs. Sami and Mrs. Alpha) they know exactly what they are talking about and they prove it to you on a daily basis. The admin staff is amazing from financial aid (Deanna) to the career services guy (Shane)! The enrollment process is simple and everyone is straight forward and honest with you. At WTI EVERYONE wants you to succeed.

WTI is a school that actually cares! I have been to many schools before and they treat you just like an income and not a human being. The instructors and staff are very knowledgeable and ready to go the extra mile to lend a helping hand, whether with academics or life advice even. This is a great school! I recently moved here from South Carolina and wti accepted me with open arms. The staff here is very friendly, always smiling. Im a M/A student here and I my list say that my instructor is very blunt and tells you exactly what you need to know and will not play about assignments being late. She is the best! The only down side is you have a lot of work which is expected when youre in school.

I have been enrolled at WTI for 3 months now, and My experience with them has been a success in Hands on training with Medical Labs for Medical Assistant, as well as the textbook learning. Ive been apart of the HVAC/R program for 2months. I had no idea about electrical or refrigeration before enrolling into WTI. Now, with the help from instructors I can describe an a/c unit by parts and their functions. And the staff overall is amazing. From enrollment theyre always around, helpful with just about anything. Theres never not a smile on their faces or hello/ good morning. Im proud to say that Im a WTI/Tulsa student.

My Name is Douglas Ellis and Im a student at WTI in Tulsa, Oklahoma and I came to this school to start over and get my life back on track and Ive been learning HVAC/R and the instructors at this Campus are amazing and really know their stuff and they actually care Ive went to school before and not to many teachers care any more including high schools but this school is absolutely amazing if youre interested in going back to school this is definitely it.

The IT program at WTI is a great place to start, to become a certified IT technician. In the IT program you will learn the skills you need to know to earn your A+, Networking+, and Security+ certifications. The instructors and staff are great, there to help along the way.

I just moved to Tulsa from New Orleans about six weeks now and I was nervous of a few things, one being where would I find a job that I love, where I feel appreciated, and where I feel like Im part of a family. Dreading having to get a just for now job was my constant nightmare. I surely was blessed to have my nightmare squashed when I got hired and started working at WTI. The staff are so helpful not only to me but to the students as well. I can tell they all care very much for the current and future lives of the students. Come here if youre ready to change your life for the better. The curriculum is tough but manageable. The teachers (Ive dealt with) genuinely care about your growth. Just kinda floating through life, doing whatever was necessary to survive. Job to job, paycheck to barely-passable paycheck, I just... did whatever. Sat around, biding my time til... I dunno. I didnt really have a reason for doing anything except I didnt wanna disappoint my family. For over 10 years, I did this. Hoping Id figure out something.Suddenly, days before my 30th birthday, I get a call from WTI saying they wanna chat just to see what they can do for me. I decide to humor them and it turned into the BEST decision Ive ever made. I went into this totally nervous, but ready. Today I come out of it a changed man. I have a new set of skills that are gonna do nothing but help me. My instructor believed in me. The course was tough, but I did it. Add to the fact my classmates all helped lift each other up... My Experience here at WTI over the past year has been excellent! As a CTNA student I have never had any issues with any staff or fellow students. My instructor literally will bend over backwards to help me pass any tests and therefore pass her class, not because it affects her, but because she WANTS me to pass this class for my own good. I have never had this before and she is the main reason I keep coming back!

I am currently attending WTI Tulsa Campus. I started here at WTI back in September taking on the IT courses not knowing anything about computers let alone how to turn one on. I now in my second course working on passing my 901 and 902 certifications, while i am in class I landed my first entry level IT Job making more money than i did working at McDonalds. I start my first IT Job Feb 11th. I am so excited with this School they have helped me and has boosted my confidence within my self. When i first was looking into going back to school i was so nervous because I havent been to school that in 10+ years. The administrators and staff made it easy for me to start going back to school. My instructor is great and encouraging and wont let you quit.

I have been attending WTI two quarters and love it here. It has provided me with the skills I need to find a job in HVAC. I have already found work in HVAC with a strong company after only 6 months of school. The instructors have been awesome. They make it easy to learn and retain the information. Great school, W.T.I was probably my best choice, after seeing some reviews of the others, and going to look at the other schools such as O.T.C, T.W.S etc. W.T.I, was easily a Great choice, they do a lot here to try and keep the students, such as myself being a student here happy. I believe if you give it a chance youll enjoy it yourself. The people here are Great! students, Instructors, all of the staff in general do great work here. and they would be VERY willing to help you with anything at all. they go out of their way to get you into the field that youre training for, I.T, HVAC/R, Medical Assistants, whatever it is out of those choice here for the people who may walk-in and want to actually learn how to do this type of stuff, will learn from who I would call the best at this school. youll take test to get your certificates, studying may seem difficult, but in the long run it will be well worth it. Like I said though, the staff go out of their way to get you into the field.Hope this review helps whoever you maybe have a great day!

I love WTi! I was very hesitant about going back to school, but everyone made it so easy. Everyone in the office is there to guide you through and make sure you understand every aspect of the program, financial aid, etc. . My instructors, Mrs. Sami and Mrs. Alpha are so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I am so grateful that I chose to come to this school. Everyone is on board to help you succeed. #wticlassof2019

I started the CTNA program at the Tulsa campus in September 2018. So far, the only draw back about the campus is their refusal of coffee makers. Most of the students in the night classes have full time day jobs, and its rather inconvenient to make a trip to Quik Trip multiple times a night for coffee. Other than that, the CTNA instructor is knowledgeable, fun, and pretty easy to get along with. She genuinely cares about her students overall success. She ensures that each student understands the material and is able to apply it in practical exercises. Ms. Carter not only gives instruction on the certification material, she also gives advice on how to perform duties in the field. She makes recommendations on where to go after the program as far as educational advancements are concerned. Overall, I would say WTI has a rich learning environment with faculty that isnt just there to get a paycheck. Within the first week the career adviser gets the ball rolling with a solid resume, and it just progresses from there.I would recommend anyone interested in the programs WTI has to offer, to look into WTI. The classes are very affordable for the certifications you receive.

Ive worked at WTI for a few years now and I enjoy interacting with the students. We have great instructors that really care about our students whether they are new to the School or getting ready to graduate.

I just passed my Registered Medical Assistant National Test and will graduate in March 2018 after I complete my externship hours. The office staff are amazing especially Lisa. They were so helpful and always so nice.Two of my teachers were always going above and beyond, doing whatever it took to make me understand. Jill and Angie will always hold a special spot in my heart. Without them I never would of finished.I rated the school a 4 and not a 5 because one teacher and I just didnt click. You cant always get along with everyone so this is no fault of WTI but just wanted to explain why the 4. Other then this issue WTI is fantastic.I cant really compare WTI to any other schools as I never have gone to any other, but what I can say is that I definitely made the right choice for myself. If you interested in becoming an RMA or going into HVAC or computers WTI is totally worth checking out.

They held graduation and didnt even let me know they have have also done this to other people i know personaly. I went to HVACR school here for 13 months Around the beginning of me changing my life I was looking for a job and WTI coached me into going to school to better my life. So I went to the HVAC course for 13 months and watched like 6 different professors quit or get fired, in class we didnt do anything hardly it was a joke. now they are saying I owe between 16,000 and 28,000. I didnt even learn anything and I am now a PLUMBER. School was the worst idea ever and a waste of 13 months. They take advantage of people that are desperately trying to better themselves. DO NOT WASTE UR TIME HERE. Unless u want go to court over student loans

Great instructors and good customer service

$24,189.86 MISTAKEI took the HVAC/R course. I finish my final class in two more days and I do not feel prepared for this field after spending 15 long month at this school. Which is partially my fault BUT.. this is my review on the school. In my 15 months at this school I saw 3 or 4 different instructors come and ago which in my opinion is a great indication of the poor leadership of this school. Underpaid and mistreated instructors cause distractions to not only the class that loses the instructor but also the other classes that have 20+ student thrown into their classrooms while their instructor is forced to teach two courses at once. The instructors are there from 7 A.M. until 10:30 P.M. which means by the time the night class starts they are exhausted and probably do not give the same effort they would during the day class. The classes seem to be over full making it difficult for the instructor to give any individual guidance in the very few lab hours we actually have. Now on to my biggest complaint of all. This school is 100% in this to make money. They do not care about you or any other student, (some instructors and office staff probably do but not the schools owners) They just simply want your money. Things that are mandatory in the HVAC, EX: changing filter driers any time you open a HVAC System (approx $10 part), are skipped because they wont give us the funds this quarter to buy filter driers. Taking short cuts in the classroom is training students to take short cuts in the field. My final complaint and the main reason I am giving you this warning is when I originally decided to go to W.T.I. in Tulsa, I signed an enrollment agreement and worked out a payment plan to pay $23,777.62 and I paid all my payments as scheduled and even paid my last 3 month of payment early just to be finished paying. Less than two weeks left of school and they send me a bill saying I still owed them money and If I did not pay the additional money that they would not allow me to have my graduation certificate. After looking over everything with the financial add lady in the office she informed the that I some how had to pay $24,189.86 even though I have signed paper work agreeing to the original amount that I do have to pay that extra $327.81 in order to finish my course but nobody can tell me what the extra charges are even for.

Great School to go to all the staff actually care and want to see you succeed

The school misrepresents the job possibilities for the programs that it offers. If you do not have an associates degree instead of the certifications that they offer, you will have nothing but problems getting a job. Go and get an associates degree, do not enroll in their IT program.
