Our son has attended the 3 year old program for the past year, and we absolutely love Channing! The teachers are incredible and the programs are great. This was his first preschool experience, and its certainly fostered his love of learning and been a great introduction into a structured school environment. We couldnt recommend Channing enough.

Our daughter loves Channing! She is always excited about going to school. All the teachers are simply outstanding and very caring. Their approach towards teaching is guided by the individual needs for each child. Moreover, for us out-of-towners, the welcoming nature and involvement of all the parents in school activities is just priceless.

We love love love Channing. It’s like a warm, welcoming family and many of the teachers have decades of teaching at Channing. It is “old school” in the sweetest sense— simple, imaginative learning, loving teachers, lots of outside time. Can not recommend highly enough.

We’ve had the best experience at Channing day school. If you’re looking for a place to send your preschooler Channing has been the best fit, the teachers are so loving and our son wakes up every day excited to go to school. I’ve seen him grow so much this year. He’s developed some sweet friendships. He used to have major separation anxiety about leaving me but everyday he wakes up excited to go and see and play with his friends. The teachers do a good job of working learning into the play that they do so they are having fun and learning isn’t a chore! Can’t recommend them enough ❤️

My son is in the three year old program and he absolutely loves it! He says they just play, but he has learned so much about everything from emotional intelligence to pre-reading, math, and science. Small school that is great for kids who get overwhelmed or distracted easily.
