Staff member abused our 1 month old baby, and Tree House academy’s immediate response was to delete any video evidence of that specific incident and that same employee was working again within days of said incident. Their agenda seems to protect those who harm children is what I’ve gained from my experience here, it’s disgusting and I can’t believe these people are even allowed to run a business where they’re responsible for children. NEVER send anyone you love here, or let anyone you know send their loved ones here please.

I absolutely love Tree House Academy! I child has been attending the center for several years now and Ms. Michelle and her staff treat them like them like her own. This place is truly a hidden gem. If you are looking for GREAT, AFFORDABLE care in the south tulsa area, give Tree House Academy a call. You will not be disappointed!

My 15 month old was injured by a teacher here. Do not trust them just because they have a camera system, I saw it occur while I was watching through the app. DHS came to investigate and the video was conveniently deleted despite the fact that the office manager was able to play back the incident a short time before. Look them up on the DHS website, they have substantiated abuse claims! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE! THEY WILL NOT BE SAFE!

My problem with Tree House was never really with the hourly staff, probably because the staff was constantly changing. The director needs to be kicked to the curb. If customer service is something the owner of this facility takes pride in, the director needs to be told that. Our daughter was treated and talked to like she was an inherently bad child and therefore my husband and I were treated and talked to like we were inherently bad parents. The staff TOLD ME she even considered calling Child Services on us... It took us over a year of one on one child play therapy sessions to reverse the damage that school did to her self esteem... To help her realize that her treatment at Tree House was not indicative of who she was as a person. SHE WAS TWO and the director of Tree House-- definitely not a psychiatric professional, was ready to diagnose our child with all sorts of behavioral conditions when in fact, the real issue was that the staff were not adequately trained to work with strong willed children and the director refused to use any type of social services skills or deductive reasoning to diagnose an organizational climate issue. They focused their change efforts on my two year old rather than on the system that is so clearly malfunctioning... A closed minded, improperly educated director led Tree House to implement inadequate disciplinary programs that are at best irrelevant and at worst deceptively cruel. We moved her to another school right down the road and since her start in their program (over two years ago), the staff has never said a bad thing about her behavior under their watch. Send your child to Tree House if you want them to be bullied by adults. I will say that we had a positive experience with the infant room-- our son (under the age of 1) was attending Tree House at the same time and the women in the infant room were nothing but kind to us. I just couldnt risk him being punished by the director, beyond what was necessary, for being the brother of his sister... Get yourselves a director that actually cares about the wellbeing of her Tree House kids.

If you need a reliable daycare, this is not the place. If there’s an issue, the director is conveniently not available over the phone because she’s out of the office and when you go to pick your child up and try to talk to her she’s “busy” or on the phone. To me it seems she tries to avoid major conflict bc she knows she’s in the wrong or can’t handle it. I don’t know how many times I had to pick my child up from having one diarrhea when the handbook states 3 or more and they get sent home. The director makes a good pitch during the tour but once she sells you, it’s a totally different atmosphere. So here is your warning! My child was an older two year old and the director said they had to be potty trained by 3, if she was an educated child care provider she would know you can’t force a child to all of a sudden become potty trained. She always has an attitude and seems like a miserable person, definitely not the cheery person during the tour so we pulled our child and you could tell she didn’t care. She didn’t ask why and didn’t even seem to be concerned about maybe fixing the reason why we were leaving. I moved my child and you can tell she is benefiting so much more to be out of the uneducated, miserable, negative atmosphere that Tree House was.

My son has been there since my wife and I have been able to let him go and he has always been take care of. Michelle the director has not only respected and care for him but all the children. She has always been respectful and kept our family in the loop of anything happening. This daycare has responded to the trouble of COVID and everything else that has happened. She is so good and respected that she has been there since my stepson was there as a baby

This place has no accountability, witnessed abuse from their own staff to children on cameras they provide for you to watch while away at work. Do not send your children here nor let any of your friends send their children here either. Surprised this place is still up and running in business...

The director needs to be fired. I’ve been to pick my child up she’s either in her office on the phone or she always has a staff in her office gossiping. They’re were constantly new teachers they would confide to me about how she treated them. Treehouse is not where to take your child I actually private payed and it wasn’t worth it. I think her name was Ashley at the front she was amazing every evening never frowned or anything at times I felt she was more of the director then Michelle.

We were so lucky to find this gem. We have had our daughter there for more than two years. She has loved every teacher she has had and it has been obvious they have loved her as well. I appreciate them for creating a home away from home for her. Over the past two years, the director, Michelle, has done a fantastic job expanding the program. They offer fun community activities outside of school hours (for example, fall festival and summer bash), there is a monitoring service, parent teacher conferences, and an online report with live updates. Turnover is an issue no matter where you go (we used a Kindercare before this and had the same amount of turnover), but Michelle does a great job finding loving, mama-bear employees. I have recommended this place to friends and family, and I highly recommend it to you!

Extremely rude, dishonest staff. When I called them, they said they had a spot available and I could come in and enroll my child. I was there in less than 10 mints as I live very close by. One of the ladies at the office saw me and decided to say it was not there any more( I do not believe that was the reason given the demeanor the lady). When I asked why I was asked to come in in the first place when they filled in the spot within those 10 mints, (since they had my contact number and could call and tell me) I got a very irresponsible, arrogant response. This happened not once, but twice. I am so thankful to this date that I could see their true colors before anything else. We gave our business to a better place.

Treehouse Academy needs to be shut down or a new director needs to come in. I have come in numerous times while Michelle just sits there in her chair on her cell phone talking very loudly why the center is in pure chaos. There is no communication and it seems like they look down on Dhs families. My children only attended treehouse because the director only made me pay half, or I would give her medication for a copay. My kids are older so they can speak up if something happened to them. The turnover rate there is crazy, my kids were there for 2 years and I seen multiple teachers come and go so fast. The new staff seems incompetent and unprofessional. I watched the camera and only saw them playing and no learning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Half of the reviews here are from the staff. They have to rate the place 5 stars.

Recently I re-located from Texas go Tulsa Ok. I was a stay at home, work from home mom and was pretty terrified to put my sweet girl in school. Upon my arrival in Tulsa, I found the Treehouse Academy. Academy - a society or institution of distinguished scholars and artists or scientists that aims to promote and maintain standards in its particular field. Let me just say that Treehouse Academy lives up to its distinguished standards. The educators and caregivers in this school are the most caring and accommodating of its kind. They truly love and set the best standards for the children. I have seen only EXCELLENCE. My daughter loves her school and is excited for school everyday. She loves her teachers and her dance class. Because of Treehouse Academy in Tulsa, I can honestly say deciding to work outside the home has been one of the best decisions I made. Thank you to Mrs Michelle and all staff for making it easy for me to feel this comfortable working outside the home.

We switched our daughter to this center and it is beyond amazing. My little one started talking so much more once she started here. I love how they dont just let the kids free play all day. The teachers and staff help them with curriculm and arts crafts. The director is great she will address any concerns or problems youre having and will not just ignore them.So if youre in the South Tulsa, Bixby, or BA area defintely check this center out. They are super affordable and actually do alot of events and activites for the kiddos. ALSO a huge plus they have cameras in the classrooms so you can check in on your little one through out the day, and they send detail reports out daily about your childs day. :)

If you are thinking of taking your child here, please reconsider! We relocated our child here when we bought a new house and our childs previous daycare became inconvenient. With that being said, we had our child at Treehouse for 3 weeks before we realized we made a big mistake! We had a terrible (lack of communication) experience with the Director (Michelle), and her assistant. But the actions of the caretakers is what caused us to withdraw our child immediately. Our child constantly had a diaper rash due to not changing diapers, not applying diaper cream as requested and one incident, the caretaker stated she did not change a dirty diaper because she did not have a diaper. That particular dirty diaper (among others) was obviously not fresh. This is only two of many examples of our extreme concerns about this daycare. If you have another choice, I would recommend taking your child there.

If there was a way to give -5 stars, or half star, or no star, I would. Ive got to be honest my kid is not in their care but with that said he has been on the waiting list for about a year and a half now. WORST COMMUNICATORS EVER!!!!! I have reached out to Tree House so many times through their contact us option on web site and have never NEVER gotten a response or a phone call. Almost every time I called to check on how far my son has made it on the waiting list I was given a different number, first he was third next time I called he was 6th then, when I confronted them about it they were going round and round about how there are two waiting lists one for part timers one for full timers. WHY? That doesnt even make sense. At certain times he was even number 1 on the waiting list LOL mind you were till waiting. Anyway, we also made calls to them and had a receptions tell us how, the waiting list person is out, and take our number to call us back. They have never called us back. With that bad of communication I would never put my child in their care. I cant even imagine in emergency situation trying to get a hold of someone. Worst experience ever, and were not even enrolled there.Thank you Tree House Academy for literary nothing! You guys are 2 stars rated day care (by DHS) so yes I will take my business to someone with at least more stars. Clearly theres no way youll ever have any more than 2. You need to reconsider your business!!!

The 2 fat ladys that seem to run the place dont seem to like young hard working parents. Every time i walked in and one was there i got a bad look from them. Teachers seem to change like a 2 month babys diaper never saw the same teacher with my kid. Dont seem to punish kids either if they are bad. My kid was there not even a month. Time to find a better daycare! ✌
