The registration was fast and easy. The course itself contains useful information in an easy to read format. I thought it was well done, a few editing errors but with so much content, it’s easy to understand that.

The process was not only easy but very interesting. Actually took a little time each day and was easy to complete. They handle all the court paperwork, so no hassle.

The course was thorough yet concise, and I appreciated the ability to keep track of my progress. My only concern with the content was the overabundance of grammatical and syntactical errors. If possible, an editor should review the various texts and their composition to reinforce the courses overall professionalism.

So I had a video speeding ticket and needed to take defensive driving. NTSI seemed like the best option if I had to take a class. The amount of information in their presentation was significant, and their overall presentation kept me engaged and focused on what I was doing. The amount of information generally also filled the time that was allowed for the section. This process is never fun, but this presentation was informative and interesting.

I was more than pleased with the thoroughness of the course and the professionalism of the staff. The material was not boring and we were thoroughly prepared for the final exam. A special shout-out to Pamela who got me through a few computer glitches, including my Internet going down in the middle of the course. The only thing I would recommend is that the course did take more than 4 hours. More like 5. It would also have been nice if we could go to the next topic once we completed the previous topic and not have to wait for the timer to expire.

Initially impossible to log in online, but a professional, courteous representative helped me on the phone. Text easy to read, reminders about test questions helpful. Costs less than the fine!

This was a comprehensive course on drivers safety specifically geared for Arizona drivers. Online is (taking the course from home) much more comfortable at home than in the classroom! You can do your lessons at your own pace, and upon completion, your certificate is forwarded electronically to the court jurisdiction.

I found this class to be a wake up call when it comes tovdriving. Having to read all the statistics and refresh my mind on others peoples reactions was an awesome thing. Very grateful for the opportunity to get my head straight again. Awesome course!!

Engaging, and they throw in little fun facts or slight jokes to make you smile. I enjoyed it, but hopefully I never have to do it again haha

I am so grateful the audio was available. I learn so much better with audio and reading at the same time. I received my first (and I hope last!) traffic ticket in Arizona. I decided to take the online Defensive Driving course offered by NTSI. I learned a lot!

Website was easy to navigate, user friendly and easy. Course was and quizzes were fairly easy if you just pay attention.

Very professional. Well done. I been driving 40 plus years and i learned quite alot of new laws and suggestions. I will slow down and obey posted speed limits. The risk factors are too high to gamble with.

I want to thank you for the course. It revealed things that I have been doing that may be risky to me especially the Driving While Drowsey and the Stress sections. Since I fell asleep while driving and within 100/150 FEET of my destination when I fell asleep I am more cognisant of this condition after reading your course. One suggestion, please have someone review the material. There are some wrong plurals and missed words. Also some incomplete sentences that are distracting when reading. Defensive driving school provided this poor disabled man the option to drop the charge of failing to yield and I didnt have to go to court. Thanks Liberty! :)

Want to say that this was better than actually attending the in-person class because I could go pretty much at my own pace, take breaks as I wanted and start and stop when I wanted. The only negative was that I didnt realize that the NEXT arrow would only light up after the timer had expired. Once that became clear, it was smooth sailing.

The web site my husband used for his class was very well organized and accessible. Lots to absorb but very, very well presented.

When I decided to take a driving course it was soley to reduce the charges for my speeding ticket. Surprisingly, the course was interesting and it has made a difference in my driving and my attitude towards driving. I realize now how destracted I have been while driving and how dangerous to me and others.For now, Im committed to focusing on my driving and to stop the multi-tasking behind the wheel. The true test will be how I drive two months from now and two years from now....but thats up to me. It was a very good class for me!

I took the AZ Defensive Driving School Online course. The instructions and requirements to sign up for the course were easy to understand. After I submitted the required sign-up information and documents, I was approved for the course in less than 1/2 hour. The course consists of 13 modules each containing up to 10 topics. The material is very comprehensive covering all the aspects of defensive driving, and the driving laws of Arizona. In every module, information was provided on what you needed to know for the exam. There was a clock for each topic that prevented anyone from rushing through the course, which took me altogether about 6 hours. It was easy to sign on and off as I completed the course over several days. The final exam had twenty five questions intended to assure I understood the course materials. I believe I will be a better driver for taking this course. The overall take-away for me was the message that driving values plus driving attitude equals driving behavior. Thanks you, NTSI.

This is an outstanding course and needs to be a prerequisite to obtaining a drivers license.It is very specific on all legal aspects of laws in driver safety.Staff were very professional and courteous.

Was told by the DMV the 4 hour course my son took was worthless. $30.00 down the drain. I was never sent a certificate until after I called and embarrassed myself at the DMV. How this company is still contracted is beyond me.

Great product and good quality for the online defensive driving course. The statistics are old though and need to be updated, and it took 5 hours to complete since there was a timer for each screen.

My wife and I would just like to give many thanks to Berniece a NTSI employ that helped me so much with getting me started on the right track to do the course. I wish all companies had people as helpful as her to give advise for us not so computer smart people. Thank you Berniece for all your help.

I took a class in Tucson and although I could have used my weekend for something fun it was still useful to get the information. I took a long look at how I was driving and where I could improve. He used a lot of stats and information that put driving into perspective, like how long it takes to stop when driving a certain speed or the amount of energy in an impact at a certain speed. So yeah the ticket was a bummer but the class and the instructor were pretty cool.

Unfortunately I got a ticket, luckily I was able to attend a class to avoid points to my license. the class was great with lots of information for better driving. I learnt a lot from the instructor who was very thorough.

Paid for course and emailed drivers licences and ticket. cant start course no idea way called support no answer ever. going to contact CC company and cancel payment. scam sight.
