This review is not for quality or anything to do with the product. It is for the process, it took over one week for the order to go from ordered to them printing a label, then it took an additional week for the box to get shipped out, once I received my products weeks later 2 lipsticks were broken so i contacted them asap, I have reached out through social media and email as well as called and have not had any luck reaching anyone! Now Im sitting here with 2 broken lipsticks and cant seem to get a hold of anyone to replace my product, im sending this ones back and not simply trying to get free $#!+ but itll most likely be the last time i order if I cant have any resolutions to my problems

I made an order a few weeks ago the order arrived, it was not what I expected, it was not the colors that I had put the palette, it arrived broken in a corner, I try to communicate with them by email and I send them several and they do not answer,, Then they put a number where you can communicate and call to make matters worse, they are ill-mannered, they take the phone and hang up on you, they dont solve your problems, I send you photos of everything and they havent done it. Nothing really disappointment
