So before I give my review understand that for medical reasons I have not driven for about 19 years and after surgeries and medications I am in a better position health wise and can drive again. I also do not like tests of any kind.I called the school and they answered all my questions, told me what I would need to take the written exam. They were clear about all fees and cancellations and responsibilities of the individual who wanted to attend.I took the written exam with them and thankfully passed.I then practiced driving at home during the pandemic and when I got my shots this year went back and scheduled driving practice with them to make sure I was doing everything I was supposed to while driving. Ms. Tanya was polite and direct about what I needed to remember to do while driving. I passed my driving test and honestly grateful for their services.Ms. LaTonya and Staff are very nice people. They know that they are preparing you to do something that is helpful in life but is a big responsibility. So they take their jobs very seriously.

I really enjoyed taking the class at A+ the teachers are all very nice and the information is all easy to understand

The instructors for this driving school don’t seem to care about the pandemic going on. During my last drive one of the instructors had her mask off for almost the whole drive, she was talking on the phone, and eating food, and I was very uncomfortable. I decided to wait until I got my vaccine to take my LAST drive to finish the class. After I got my vaccine I called the school and they told me I was marked incomplete because I didn’t finish my last practice drive in time. The lady on the phone simply laughed and said “no” when I told her I needed to wait to take my last drive until I got my vaccine. During the class the instructors were rude and made me feel stupid for asking simple questions. They don’t like to repeat themselves. I am getting refunded only $100 after wasting $500 on this school. They have horrible communication skills and like to take your money.

I wish i could give 0 stars, they scammed me and my friend. we were nearly done with this horrible class and missed one drive and wasted all of our money without a refund and couldn’t retake the drive

ZERO STARS! The people that work here are lazy, RUDE, and SOUL-LESS. I suggest you sign up at every other driving school but this one. It should be called F minus driving school! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE!

This place was fine up until my daughter had to do her practice drives. She spent almost $700 of her own money for the drivers class and only took the class. Never any of the practice drives. She got her permit and classes but nothing else. My daughter was told she had to practice driving outside of class first BEFORE practicing with the teacher who is supposed to teach students how to drive. She never got her drives. To make it worse her teacher showed up where we live to take her to practice but cancelled because she didnt have a car to practice with in her own first. We dont have family here to borrow a car to practice nor friends who own a car. Were not from here and done own a vehicle. This is her first major purpose and it has been met with disappointment, and not even an attempt to remedy the situation either. Bad business practice and bad form. Shame on the teacher for taking advantage of a student.

So first off I wanna say Tanya is one of the nicest ladys I’ve ever met . I failed my first test due to lack of practice for it. I Was very Nervous to take the next the following week (finally studied for it). And while I was waiting, she pulled my sheet up and let me know what I had done wrong on my fist driving test.This place is Very safe . Very kind . And very considerate. It’s hard during these times . So everything is strict right now . I’m telling this is the place to take your kid for a driving test!

Very nice workers, can retake up to 3 times in one day for $45. Was easy to schedule.

The ladies were nice enough for me. Maybe younger kids would be intimidated by them. But due to covid you have to drive their respective car and that’s alright but the car is not that great. The gas pedal was very sensitive which is just something everyone should know if you want your teen to come here.

Love this place. We have had nothing but positive experience with the owner. It is a small owned business and they make the drivers young and old feel at ease.

The instructors here are great! I just did a few drive classes and my drive test with them but i used to get really nervous to drive and the instructors were so laid back it helped me completely relax, they teach you everything you need to know to pass the drive test. Id definitely recommend going here!

I needed to find a good driving school for my 16 y.o. cousin who just recently came to the USA and speaks little English. A Plus school turned out to be definitely A PLUS. Both teachers were very helpful, friendly and understanding. They worked it out for us the best way possible! This is an excellent school and I strongly recommend it to everyone.

Both of my children attending this driving school. They learned a lot and paid attention. They would come home and critique my driving, parking, and turning after attending this course. I was hesitant in allowing them to drive with me and both of the instructors informed me about how important it was for my children to have adequate drive times and that they needed my support to feel secure as well. Its a good place to take your drivers test and written test they make you feel comfortable I was less nervous when I was taking my drivers test felt like family. So far I recommended 4 people to go there and they felt the same way. This is a great place.

A plus driving school is amazing. They have a vending machine for when you get a little hungry. You only answer a small amount of questions then you watch videos, what could be better than that?

Latonya (sp) is the owner and that’s who I dealt with both times for my drive. I did have to retest to get it right but thanks to her I knew exactly what to work on after failing my first try and when I came back I passed! I’m SO grateful for this woman and her help she is awesome!!!!! Coming from someone who tried the first time with little practice and who was very nervous, she makes you feel comfortable and takes her time with people.Getting my license has been an obstacle for me for a long time now and I cried so hard today when I passed the test!!!! Thank you A+ driving school, you’d get 100 stars from me if I could give it lol. I obviously recommend them to everyone! Good luck!

Its a nice learning place. You get one on one drives with the teachers and lots of interaction in class. First time driver so its took alittle bit to get the hang of it but great teachers so no doubt I will be a driver too

My son took their class and both instructors were kind andpatient with him. He didn’t have much road experience. They made sure that he learned the rules of the road and he had plenty of practice time on the road. He passed his written test and road test on the first try. He felt very comfortable with these ladies. Thank you both for assisting my son with getting his license.

Ms. Tonya has an extremely professional demeanor. She has a clean neat work Environment. Theres a high standard for the knowledge that is required for the drivers license tests. I felt very well coached. And I was given adequate information to be successful in the class.

A+ Driving School offered the best price I could find anywhere! I took two of my sons for Drivers Ed there and they did a great job teaching them to be good drivers. Both passed their tests the first time and neither one has wrecked the car. I wish I would have taken the oldest there... 2 wrecks later.

They our newly owned but wonderful Woman Plush and Latoyna. They get back to you ASAP they have wonderful prices and hey are great to the Military and families. Who can beat $450 and that without military discount when in this own your paying 500+ come on now! they teach you everything at a great pace and you past the drive test right after come on now! Give them a try out You wont be sorry with these new owners.

Complete scam artists. After insisting that it was required by law that my daughter take her exam in their car (at a $20.00 additional charge, of course), they failed her because she drove under 25 mph in a neighborhood with speed bumps every 100 feet. Oh, and the kicker? After she was failed, they said that she could certainly pay more to take some driving lessons from them! When it was confirmed by the Department of Licensing that the use our car requirement was bogus, they refused a refund and lied about the condition of her car. Want to waste your hard earned money paying for a test youre guaranteed to fail without first paying for expensive lessons from these scammers? Go here. Want to be treated with respect and given a fair driving test? Go elsewhere. (By the way, state and county authorities, as well as the Better Business Bureau have been notified.)

These guys beat going to the DOL for tests any day. I scheduled a driving test for the next day rather than having to wait two weeks out. Ms. Plush is very professional and clear when providing the test, but not intimidating. Im recommending them to anyone who needs these types of services.

Worst service ever! The lady who did my driving test was very unprofessional and rude! It made me even MORE nervous and tense... After I FAIL, I went the NEXT day to another driving school and what a difference! I felt way more comfortable and of course I passed the test!

The instructors are awesome and make the whole experience a lot less stressful, especially on drives. I really like the energy everyone gives off.

All you really do is watch a bunch of videos while the instructor sits on their phone in the back.

Its an okay place to take the test but your success rate is based on the mood of whoever gives you the test. Not a great place, try 911 driving school or just the DoL.Waiting in line for an hour is better than my experience here.

Had a friend of mine go here, she was insulted and belittled the entire time. I was informed after the fact that this is not the first time this has happened. After they went through the test, which she was put under undue stress, she was failed. This friend of mine was trained by law enforcement officers but that didnt seem to mean much.This place is a scam run by greedy women who dont understand the law. If you must use a driving school, use one that thoroughly knows what they are doing.

I took my drivers test here and got the worst service I have ever received. While taking my test one of the ladies insulted the way my hair looked and was extremely rude. I am confident in my driving skills but she made me question everything. I know when I do wrong but she marked me for things that I literally did not even do. If youre looking to take your test, go literally anywhere else. I wish I could rate this place even lower.

The two women were so rude. Ive never seen people like this. I dont care whether I am a customer or a examinee, you guys should show basic respect to me at least. Unfortunately, you did not. I will never recommend people to A plus. NEVER!

Im 41 and took both my tests for the first time with you and was totally nervous. I have test anxiety and thought for sure i would fail. Plush was my instructor and she was very patient and kind and let me repeat what i would have failed and got it right. I could not have asked for better help. Im so grateful i came here. Crooks and cheats. Scheduled a driving test with them in our own car, but were denied use of it for a reason that employees at the Department of Licensing said is ridiculous. The DOL said our fee should immediately be refunded without question, but A+ wanted to argue. I will be filing official complaint with the DOL in Olympia. Go anywhere else for your testing. The response below is irrelevant as the car was in perfect working order and not even inspected by an A+ employee. The car was denied use because of the results of the previous weeks test at the DOL. at which time all lights, glass, and so forth were in perfect shape. I repeat... Crooks and cheats.

JUST GO DO KNOWLEDGE TEST IN DOL OFFICES...PAYING 40 DOLLARS THEN GO PAY 25 DOLLARS DOESNT MAKE SENSE JUST DO YOUR THING IN THE DOL FOR 25DOLLARS...BUT GOOD SCHOOL FOR STUDENTS!!!

The instructors are unqualified and fat. they do not know who to teach right. make A plus your vary last choice, the cheaper price is not worth the life long trauma you will have to deal with. i now have PTSD. they dont teach you vary much and when you ask clarifying questions they yell at you and make you feel l a sack of garbage like they look

The lady I had was horrrible she stressed me out way before starting my test telling me that I was late when I showed up 30mn in advance . She took me to a really bad road and told me to go back 2mn after. She didnt even tell me in depth what to work on so I could work on it but nothing I understand failing and going back to learn but help me learn before failing me .Go to 911 Lakewood yall they are great

Really great customer service and advice.

This place got very mixed reviews but I decided to give it a try. Called on Monday afternoon and got their voice mail. Left a detailed message asking for information. A day and a half later, I still have not received a call back. To me, that signifies indifference and unprofessionalism. I will continue my search for a driving school for my son, I guess - this lack of response plus the bad reviews are enough to scare me off.

The driving instructors were very nice and made sure we understood everything that we needed about driving and were reassuring during actual drives.

I was stupid enough to believe the little good reviews they have. Was a mistake. These women are TERRIBLE. There money hungry and rude. They yell at you and talk to you like your stupid. I never asked them questions cause I always got sharp snippy responses. Plush is the worse of them both. And my cousin said on one drive after she had told her how much money she saved up for a car the lady asked her to stop and buy her food!!! Like really??? They also sit in the back office and talk to each other laughing very loud and watching fb videos while eating and not giving a damn they have a class to be teaching.Me and my friend who went had a horrible experience and 3 of my friends who went here after us said the same thing explaining them as getto and unprofessional.DO NOT SETTLE FOR THIS PLACE!! Just cause it’s cheap it is NOT worth it... I made the mistake of looking past the bad reviews but they would of saved me a lot of money and waisted time if I listen to them!!

The instructor was very nice and patient.

The female instructor Linda, was rude to my daughter, spoke down to her, and belittled her. Very unprofessional in how she speaks to and instructs students, I felt this was a waste of money as I dont pay anyone who speaks poorly to my child. I raised my child to be respectful of others and Linda acted and spoke regularly in an immature rude manner...Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy...

Terrible!! Yes, their prices are the lowest around but their attitudes will prove to you they arent worth the money! So rude and inconsiderate. They look and speak to you as if you have no common sense no matter the question. DONT GO HERE ! Those 2 women do not know the 1st thing about customer service.
