Highly recommend this driving academy. My instructor Eduardo was very kind and generous. I am glad I took my lessons with them. It was worth the cost. The instructor was very professional and helpful. They coordinated well setting up my classes that fits my schedule and did not hamper my working time. I took the DPS test with them. The instructor Edward is very professional and patient! After my daughter got the driver license from DPS, I was not sure if this was correct one as the document shows Under 21; Edward was so kind to check the document for us and confirmed this was correct. If teenagers want to learn the driving skills and pass the road test, I would highly recommend this school: this school definitely deserves 5 stars!!!

A really great place to take your driving test!The first time that I reached them, they were so diligent and helpful. I spoke to Jackie on the phone and she did a run through of all the documents that I needed to take with me to my test. There is no long wait like there is at the DPS, and definitely better customer service !I took my test with Eduardo. I was really nervous at first, but he was really understanding and helpful.I recommend this place for literally anyone, such a better experience than with the DPS!

I had a problem with the dps regarding a “expired written certificate” but no expiration date on their so they told me to come in and they took care of me !!! I am so glad I took my road test here it was quick, easy and fast ! The receptionist & test coordinator were so kind and patient! I highly recommend this place for people who are over 18 to take it here.

Really glad I chose this driving school. They cater to what you need to improve on and what you want to learn more of. I was scared to go on the freeway until my instructor (Jaqui ♥️) helped me overcome my fear. She also helped me in correcting what I was doing wrong and was patient with me the whole time. They’re a good balance of professional and friendly, exactly what you need when trying to learn how to drive.

Cypress Creek offers a very intensive driving course. My oldest was not ready to drive and I did not feel comfortable teaching him to drive. He made me nervous to teach so I went with Cypress Creek because they offer a very in depth course.There are others courses out there that are cheaper, with less experienced instructors but is that what we want for our kids? I wanted my son to learn to drive successfully and safely. He was able to do that with Cypress Creek. They did not release him until he was ready. I am 100% pleased with the course my son completed. The instructors are awesome and incredibly patient with him. They showed my son that driving is not to be feared but needs to absolutely be respected.

I would definitely recommend this driving school. My driving instructor was Edward and he was very calm and reassuring with guiding me. He made sure I understood the rules of the road and that I would be confident behind the wheel. With his instructions and guidance I passed my test. Thank you so much! I am very greatful!

After 4x attempts trying to get my permit with dps and always missing something ended up calling a young guy from this location he was nice helpful stopped by and he explained everything I needed the process and made it as simple as it shouldve been from the beginning . he made us an appointment with dps to get the permit came back to do the road test the same day and helped make an impact account as well . by far the most helpful place ive been too

I owe this place a review. I went back here a while ago to get my license, and god, just the fact that its not the DMV is enough of a reason to give it 5 stars. I was pretty nervous for my driving test, but the instructor that went on the drive with me (I believe her name was Roxanne? Im so sorry!) made it a much more pleasant experience. The test was easy, and I really appreciated the casual conversation throughout it. It made it much less nerve-wracking. My sister went here to do her driving test, too, and we both loved it. Thank you guys so much for saving us the ordeal of doing the DMV driving test!

Eduardo (the instructor at the Spring Branch) was amazing from the first to last class, extremely patient and had a very good perspective of training you to think right while driving rather than just prepping for the road test! Coming from a country that has different rules and drives on a different side, Eduardo was the one who made it possible for me to be confident in my driving! Cypress Creek Driving School, also known as the best driving school my family has used, the instructors are the some of the most sweetest folks I have ever met! The curriculum is established and well put, we are genuinely driven to do our best so we can do our best on the road and make it a safe place for future generations. Excellent professional service. I only required a road test but found most other driving schools charged a lot for this and some required lessons first. Cypress Creek offered very competitively priced options in own car or school car and were able to offer a test appointment for the same day I called on Saturday. On the test day, the forms and materials were well organised so that the paperwork was all completed rapidly. The staff were friendly and the examiner firm but fair, informing me of the minor errors I made and corrective action. I highly recommend Cypress Creek Driving School to any learners in Spring

My wife had to go here to get her road test in order for her drivers license restriction to be removed since DPS was still partially shutdown. Came here to do my driving test because i was nervous about going to dmv for it. Everyone was so friendly including the tester whose name was Roxanne and they let me practice my parellel parking before the test in the same spot as where i was going to be tested. if you’re nervous and overthink like me definitely walk-in and see how they make you feel so relaxed throughout the process.
