My recently attended Thanksgiving Break camp with the Gleannloch location and my Daughter loved it. The After school Managers, Ms.Collin and D.Q (I think, sorry) were great, they were so happy and professional and made the process so easy during pick up. My Daughter loved her time their and they will be back in Summertime. The only reason I give 4 and not 5 stars is that I entered on the wrong Entrance per Main Entrance Employee, from the little kid side informed me. Thankfully my child is older and I do not have to deal with the Little Kid Side. Overall the camp was great, so grateful for her time.

We love Childrens Learning Adventure in Spring, TX. They offer such a wide variety of activities for the kiddos and the teachers are all wonderful. Love this place.

Came to get a tour of the facility for my children’s care. Was advised by the front desk staff the Director was by herself and couldn’t help. I’ve tired multiple time to get a tour to be able to register my children. The look of uber disappointment on my child’s face was terrible. They had no sympathy or maybe it was a racial thing not sure. But I will be sure to let anyone I know, know that this location doesn’t have time for you or don’t want to do business with other races. Either way a huge disappointment in the Children’s Learning Adventure on Spring Cypress.

I wouldnt normally review a place I have not been to, so understand when reading this that I am reviewing because of anothers experience. The care and love factor, which would require you to treat children like individuals with self determinism, is NOT here. My coworker is in TEARS. Her son was kicked out of this daycare today for biting sever times in the last few weeks. Are you serious? He is 21 months old....anyone with a toddler knows biting happens. It sucks, and it is upsetting, but how can you dis-enroll a child for this? You should fire the teacher, or ensure you have the proper amount of LOVE CARE AND SUPERVISION per room. How did a child bite several times without teachers being there to prevent it? Not only that, but her son has been bitten several times as well. From what I could hear, he was being treated as a number. This is just a holding place for children where they are treated like cattle rather than important individuals. It is about the size of Ikea. I am a mother, my son has bit and been bitten, but I have never had a school or daycare talk about him in the way this place did. I am so infuriated, and its not even my son! I would never recommend this place. My coworker is the 2nd person who I have personally spoken to about this place who had a horror story to share. Check Yelp for more reviews.

Enrolling my son in this school has been one of the biggest mistakes I have made. My son recently turned three, and he was placed in the explorers class. The facilities are great, and I dont want to speak for all teachers nor all classrooms, but the teachers in explorers 7 are the WORST. They are simply hourly employees with no love nor attachment, no engagement to the kids. My son was left in dirty pull ups for 8+ hours a day!!! and when he had an accident, he was left dirty. I wish these teachers would hold it for 8 hrs at a time and explain to me how they feel!!!! There were times my son did not eat ALL DAY and no one bothered to let me know that it was a pattern. We would walk in to a teacher yawning, drinking starbucks during circle time and the other one sweeping while none bothered to welcome my son or even aknowledge the fact he had walked in. I literally had to force my son to stay, and even with me present, no one give a s@*t so I can only imagine what my son felt. When I picked up his stuff and walked out with him, they didnt care either. I guess she was too busy sweeping and the other one yelling at the kids while drinking starbucks. I regret trying so many days and weeks in a row to make my son want to stay and trying to convince him that he was going to have fun. Not to mention, my son got sick twice - 1 strep and 1 stomach bug while here. I highly doubt that room ever gets sanitized. I am sure it is school policy it is, but I am almost certain those teachers never did. I dont expect undivided attention to my son, but for $180 for two days, I do expect them to treat them as the human being he is. That was simply a payment to lock my son in nice looking facilities with an adult in the same room. Those women are not teachers and maybe not even mothers, because no one in their right mind would mistreat little ones like they do.***I have responded to the request of sending over my info even though you shoukd have it, and today is the 6th day with out anyone reaching out***
