I paid for the in person class, and received emails at this time discussing the payment & the class. Was told they might not even continue in person classes due to covid. From this point, Ive received 0 replies to my numerous emails directly or through the site. I wanted to cancel & get a refund as I am having surgery and wont be able to attend the class. I paid for the online class, but due to lack of communication I didnt start any of it & now just want a refund for that as well. I have been sending emails for a month now with no reply and have spent well over $500. At this point, Im considering it a loss & its made me really unmotivated to look at this type of career.Edit: thank goodness I posted this & finally received a reply. Unfortunately, my demonic email as mentioned from the owner reply was so off-putting I wasnt valued enough previously.

I highly recommend Nature Coast Real Estate School!I took this course 2 years ago with a different school and failed it with a 69% score. I didn’t understand anything the way that it was taught by the instructor in that school. Needless to say I was very discouraged and thought that real estate wasn’t for me. I had taken the the pre-licensing class with nature coast and I just completed the Brokers Course with Nature coast. I highly recommend this school. Her brokers course was great because it wasnt about reading a book but each class was a discussion rather than a lecture. I had a super hard time with the math in the pre-licensing class but he had a way of teaching it that made it so much easier to understand. Jeanne Gavish is an amazing instructor, and goes above and beyond for her students. Even now that my class is over and I am licensed, she continues to be supportive and available to help.

My husband and I both took the pre-license course with John DiPalo as our instructor and we were both VERY pleased. We learned so much and feel extremely prepared to continue studying and pass our state exam. John is a wonderful, caring, patient teacher, and we learned so much from him! Lots of cool ways to remember important information necessary to pass both our class and state test.
