The Principled Academy is a wonderful school that helps students become good, well-rounded individuals through their focus on character education. They help students learn to become compassionate and responsible individuals in and out of school. Additionally the teachers are great, the staff is supportive, and I love the Christmas and graduation performances they put on every year. Two of my kids went there and two are currently attending. They all have learned and matured a lot during their time there. Overall, The Principled Academy is a great school.

This is an amazing school. My son has attended classes here since kindergarten, hes in the fifth grade now. Low teacher/ studet/ratio. So kids get personal attention with teachers that want to ensure success. Great communication between all staff and parents. They use positive discipline and reinforcement methods that work.I suggest The Principled Academy to everyone looking for a great school!

My daughter has been attending The Principled Academy since preschool and she she is now in third grade.Everyone has been great since the very beginning. Specially now during COVID-19 all teachers and staff have done their best to bring the kids back to in-class learning. I am very grateful for all the dedication and full efforts.Our daughter loves to go to school everyday and she always has positive things to say about her day and what’s she’s learned.

A great school with principles and character building at their core. The administration and teachers are heart-driven, which means they truly care about our children, their students.Their COVID-19 response has been spot on...did an amazing job getting the students back to the classroom.Our child has grown leaps and bounds educationally and emotionally, and that was KEY for us in picking a school. We are blessed to have The Principled Academy (TPA) helping our student learn and grow.

My 4 kids went through The Principled Academy. They went on to Bishop Odowd High School. My oldest graduated NYU. My second is attending UC Berkeley. My third is preparing to be a nurse. My fourth is a senior in high school. TPA is a place that cares about character education while challenging the kids intellectually.

I moved my son from another school because it was very disorganized, communication was terrible, teachers werent well trained, they reused a lot of the same work over and over, etc...Everything is the opposite at The Principled Academy. Communication is great, teachers are great, hes learning so much more and new things constantly, and its a great atmosphere. The transition was very smooth as well. It took my son about a month to adjust to his previous school but only about 1 week at the Principled Academy. (And prices are reasonable)

A year ago, my family moved to the Bay Area from South Korea. We were looking for a good school where our kids could attend from preschool until high school.  Our daughters (five years old and three years old) adjusted well to the new language and environment through this school.  I think teachers here are very kind and our daughters are always excited to go to school. I am very grateful to the teachers and staff.

Its a small school, we know each other, like a family. Helping, support and growing together academic and character area. I really appreciate all the teachers and staffs full efforts.

The moment we started a tour of the school, my daughter felt comfortable enough to leave my side and ran off to play with the other kids. I was surprised as she is generally on the more timid side when shes in new spaces and meeting new people. Having visited several other elementary schools in the area, the warmth and joy present among both students and staff at the TPA was very apparent to me as a parent. My daughter has thrived here and feels a strong sense of community with her school. I cant speak enough to the amazing support and commitment of the staff/faculty of this school to the students and their families.

We have been at TPA since 2009! Three kids. Two graduated recently. We feel safe dropping them off at school each day as it’s a safe environment with family atmosphere. Small classes, great teachers. I highly recommend this school.

I am so happy I find this place. My daughter has been attending the preschool 5 months. She learns alot and develops wonderful friendship here. She is always looking forward to going to school.

We have had our children at The Principled Academy for 6 years. We are so happy with the community and the educational opportunities. At this school you are not just another face, you are part of a small family. I highly recommend TPA. Its also great that its K through 8th. The teachers are very talented and the principal is extraordinary!

Excellent School. All of the teachers and school administration knows the names of the children and invest extra time and effort into our son. Our son is so very happy at this school. Apart from the school academics this school foster growth in each child in community service and civic activities. Overall this is a wonderful learning environment that focuses on the holistic development of the child at his/her pace.

We absolutely love TPA! We vetted the school for about a year because although our daughter was ready to leave the in-home daycare that she had been attending since she was 4 months old, for the pre-school environment we wanted to ensure that it would be the right fit.And, it was totally worth it! There is an awesome sense of community that money can’t buy. The Administrative Staff, Teachers, Principal and Founder are caring, helpful, attentive, and work diligently in ensuring that the children placed in there care learn how to be compassionate, well-rounded and be good people-in addition to how to excel academically.While there is always room for improvement in every scenario, I would say that an uptake in communication from teachers/staff about children’s development and/or happenings throughout the day upon pick-up would be beneficial in ensuring that parents are involved in the happenings each day so that situations that need to be addressed can be done within a timely manner.

I sent my 5 children through Principled Academy from pre-school through 8th grade. They were all prepared for life free middle school and excelled in high school. I highly recommend the school for its smaller classrooms, caring teachers, academic excellence and focus on character development.

My daughter is new this year. Everything meets or exceeds expectations. Back to school night is tonight. Eek!! EXCITED!!

The perfect fit for my son who is now in 8th grade. Also, my daughter graduated years ago and has been incredibly successful with her academics. Thank you TPA!

Very friendly school

From morning to evening, you can see the principal talking and communicating with each child. He always runs around and works hard at school. He talks at the childrens level, and guides them to have the right thoughts and live a life for good. At first, when the eldest daughter went to school and was not able to adjust, the principal took care of her separately.I stopped crying and was absorbed in painting, but thanks to his meticulous care, the child was able to have a good time. I also play in the water these days. The children love the schools programs so much that they ask for more play.
