My kids have been going here for about iui but a month and they love it .as a parent it was hard for me to let them branch off as we just recently moved to California and they where still adjusting to new surroundings and a new daycare.but I love it and so do they my kids wake me up in the morning excited to go to school the teachers are very attentive and active with ty h the children also patient and loving definitely reccomend

This place is not ok. Looks can be very deceiving. I thought the outside was nice but the service is horrible from what Ive experienced. Martha and cocoa are great and thank you for caring for ava for that week! A very long story short. Tegest is all about the money! For a fact! Not about HELP! She terminated my daughter without even telling me due to a mistake my child care providers have made. First week my daughter had care she was fine about not even getting paid but once I explained to her thats not going to happen im not that type of person, after signing timesheets she seen the hours that i was eligible for at the moment assuming and not realizing that I qualify for 3 times the amount of hours that was on contract. As she spoke with providers behind my back without me even knowing she went ahead and terminated my child without even letting me trying to fix the problem with my providers. No TRUST she said I lied to her about being qualified for those hours. Because she wasnt aware of my employers mailing employer verifications in. So with that being said I was really shocked and surprised to find out she would call me a liar and say there was no way she can help or arrange anything because she wanted to be paid full time! The problem was so simple that it would of been fixed the first week and day that care providers came back from their 2 week vacation that they had took off. My child only got care for one week because the day care was closed for 2 weeks! But she terminated WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME ! I thought she was very understanding and a bit more communicative! Its more to it at this care. There are all boys enrolled my child was the only girl. So be careful! Enroll your child in a care that really truly wants to help instead of always worrying about the money so much even when you were still getting paid guys. It is really hard to find a trustworthy day care that really wants to help provide for your children. I understand of course we all have to get paid! But the way this service was handled! By far the worst care provider I was in contact with! She definitely turned her back on myself and my child! She never even took the opportunity to show interest towards my daughter because she was gone for 3 weeks! Very sloppy!
